The tapioca drinks are generally good, but I didn't like that they give you more ice than tapioca. Another drawback is that there's another place across the street with better prices and flavor. They even give you more tapioca. The only redeeming quality is the variety of flavors. And it's only for takeout. I wouldn't recommend eating there; there's not enough space to sit around. And the sun beats down on you for several hours.

As an asian boba connoisseur, I really had very low expectations. But the milk green tea was actually drinkable. Not bad for mexico, if you're desperate for some bubble tea.

I've enjoyed bubble tea in China since I was little, but I'm worried that other foreigners might think this is really Asian bubble milk tea. The tapioca bubbles here have a chewy and sweet texture, which is fine, but the milk tea black tea flavor is too weak. And I heard that in my hometown, Korea, they sell even tastier milk tea for half the price 🥹🥹😭 Ha!!!

Pésimo servicio, fuimos 20 min antes del cierre y no nos quisieron atender porque ya habían hecho corte 🤦

Frappe sin uniformidad, encima sucio, el trabajador que usaba su celular, me cobró dinero en efectivo y NO se lavó las manos para hacer la bebida

Prefirieron cancelarnos toda la orden para por no cambiar un billete 🙄 súper groseros

Las bebidas son buenas, el servicio es pésimo y su higiene peor

We ordered a purple mystery and it even seemed like some plastic bits had gotten mixed up in the blender. My girlfriend was swallowing little pieces thinking it was hard tapioca until we decided to open it and saw it was full of those things inside, including some huge bits—I don't know if they were from the blender or what. They should be more careful with what they prepare.

Disappointed with the product: I ordered a taro black tea, I prepared it and noticed that when I put away the container where I had the product concentrate, the powder was wet, there was a lot of product left in the mixing glass and I threw it into the sink, when I tried the product it was full of balls of concentrate that did not mix, it smelled a lot, no flavor, paying 105 pesos was not worth it, I would not buy it again

The coffee promotion for 15 pesos with a thermos was the worst coffee I've ever bought. I'd rather pay more for better quality. I only bought it because I was passing by and it was convenient, but I don't recommend it.

Frankly, a total disappointment. Ice cream prepared with an unpleasant-tasting essence. At Plaza las Americas in Cancun, they only blend it in a frapper, and the place is full of cockroaches due to poor hygiene.

Prices are higher compared to other places around town —but I wouldn’t mind the price if the product was good. The taste was bland, and as you can see on the picture, it wasn’t even blended properly, so there was a chalky/sand consistence in my mouth every time I took a sip. The girl at the register had a nasty attitude like she was begging to catch these hands. I would strongly encourage everyone to try other places with better products and service

So I came up to get cafe , I order espresso Americano and the person didn't know what it was,I explain what it was the guy make it for me , but Ohhh !!! Was horrible looks like dirty water it was like no cafe in it , so disappointing experience.
