This is their best branch. It's very clean, and they've remodeled it beautifully. It makes you want to come back.
A very good place to eat, good location and they are very hygienic.
Excellent service, quality and price, very friendly staff and very tasty food
The quekas were delicious. They served me and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. I ordered a paella with chorizo and a mushroom and blue corn salad. I had a delicious and affordable breakfast, and the staff was friendly.
Really good quesadilla place! Didn't blow me away, but I wanted decent quesadillas at 20 pesos apiece and it gave me exactly what I wanted. Got the chicken, chorizo, sliced peppers, and the chorizo with potatoes. The potato one was mediocre, but the chicken was fantastic, and the chorizo and the peppers were both great. 4 was a good portion, so about 4.1 USD, 3.6 Euros, or 5.7 CAD at the current rate. This is a really local oriented place, and though there are just 2 workers, service is pretty quick you can go in, order, sit, eat, and leave in maybe... 15-20 min? Be warned that they don't speak any English, but really I see that as a plus. All told, really nice and affordable, especially with all the damn tourist traps clustered around.
Pay $20 pesos ($1 usd) for a quesadilla. I’m not complaining
The guy who went out of his way to explain to me in Spanglish made the food even more special. sopas was great. Ordered both pork and it didn’t disappoint specially with the Mexican bottle coke. It hit the spot after a long tiring day. For 4$ come on now you can’t even get a single taco in US for that price.
Tasty Food & Clean Vibes, But Pricing Needs Clarity! The Good 👍: - Spotless environment: The restaurant is impressively clean, which makes dining here feel safe and comfortable. - Value for money: Portions are generous, and most dishes are reasonably priced for the quality you get. The Bad 👎: 1. Inconsistent Pricing: The menu claims "everything is 20 pesos," but that’s not the case. For example: - Wipes cost extra (charged higher than advertised). - Sopes were 25 pesos according to the staff, but my receipt showed they cost *even more*. Always check your bill! 2. Hit-or-Miss Service: Staff can seem rushed or unfriendly when greeting customers—don’t take it personally, but don’t expect warm hospitality either. The Ugly 👹: – Overall, the food and cleanliness make this place worth visiting. Just double-check your receipt to avoid overpaying! Final Verdict: A solid spot for a hearty meal, but update your menu prices to match what’s actually charged. Transparency would make this gem even better!
I'd give it 5 stars! But... The quality is okay. The place is fine. But some of the employees are the worst. The cashier acts like she's doing you a favor and always... Always... has that look on her face like she hates working. (I'm attaching a photo) There's another guy wearing an orange cap who I assume is the manager; he swears in front of people. He says they don't give a damn and that he's used to being treated badly. This is a clear example of a place that's fine but has bad employees. I hope they improve their hiring practices. Good place... Terrible atmosphere.
No esperen gran cosa.
The guy training the cooks in front of me has had to ask me six times because he can't hear anything, and when he brings me the horchata, he's holding it under his arm. When I complain, he calls me "papa" or "my boy" in a very informal way. I ask him for another one, and he scratches his hair with the mouth of the bottle, hahaha. Don't expect hygiene here. This is the trainer.
The food was all good, the service from the cashier Angel was terrible, he doesn't give you the sauce or offer you soft drinks, he doesn't give you change, he tells you he doesn't have coins and laughs behind your back, he did this to me and to several people who came in, the worst thing is that they have the music at full volume, rap with offensive words when it is a family restaurant and there are always children.
If you order a huitlacoche quesadilla, be aware that it will be 90% onion and 10% huitlacoche, you pretty much get huitlacoche flavored onion. Not good at all and to think we were so excited to finally get to try huitlacoche 🥲 in the other hand, their tortillas are freshly made so maybe the other quesadillas are good
Terrible experience, the employees are very rude.
Would never go there again. It takes forever until you get your food and everybody is unfriendly.
