El lugar es amplio y tranquilo. Tiene variedad en el menú, cuenta con comida rápida y es servicio a la carta. Se encuentra dentro de la terminal 3, frente a los mostradores del aeropuerto. El menú ejecutivo para personal del aeropuerto cuesta $120

El menú es variado, los platillos son deliciosos, las porciones son bastante generosas, la atención del personal es muy buena. El pollo BerryHill esta delicioso, lo recomiendo. Aceptan pagos con todas las tarjetas. Cuentan con sillas para niños pequeños.

I'm so glad I stopped here on the way out. The food was so good. I was pleased with this restaurant. We had a burger and fish tacos. All prepared to perfection. Service was good and it passed the vibe check. You can't ask for more from an airport restaurant and honestly it rivals standard restaurant dining as well. They get the all clear from me.

I have terribly low expectations for airport food, it’s usually mid or worse. We came here only because we were hungry and it was this or starbucks lol. But I was pleasantly surprised because the food was tasty!! The shrimp tacos are so crisp and saucy, tamales were solid too. Food didn’t take long to come and our server was really friendly.

We've passed through the Cancun airport many times over the years and tried many of the airport restaurants. Maybe it's not saying much, but Berryhill has proven to be the best for us. Yes, it's overpriced like all the airport restaurants, but their food is pretty good. We like their breakfast tacos and they have pretty decent fish tacos too.

Suprisingly good burger and fajitas. We ordered the Baja burger and the patty is made from Angus beef and comes on a local made jalapeño bun that was delicious. The mixed fajitas were good as well, beef a little tough but flavorful. The tres leches was also delicious. I rated the service lower because we sat and waited and waited and actually has to call someone to take our order, there were 3 waiters and a manager chatting away and the place was empty. Atmosphere is ok for an airport grill. Too many flies though, made it uncomfortable to eat. Overall I would stop again. $52 for fajitas, burger a water and a dessert seems a bit much, but it's an airport and the portions are big.

Trabaja sorprendentemente buenos para ser comida de aeropuerto. Hay té y refresco de refill, con lo que esperas largas se amortizan. El problema: en la carta pone que los precios incluyen el IVA pero luego te vuelven a sumar los impuestos cuando te entregan la cuenta.

Si hubiese una calificación 0, sería la apropiada. Simplemente quería una quesadilla pequeña, la cuál SI TIENEN EN EL MENÚ, indicado como "menú de niños". La pedí porque era lo único en su menú que sólo tenía queso y no era una porción grande. Nunca tuvieron ni siquiera los pantalones de decirme abiertamente: "porque no eres una niña" y aún así ¿qué acaso no podía pedir algo para mi familia que estaba por llegar? ¿pretenden que un niño llegue y pida su comida por si sólo? ¡¿qué estupidez es esa de no querer vender algo de su menú infantil a alguien solo porque es adulto?! ¡¿quieren que lleguen los niños sólos por su cuenta a pedir?! La mayor estupidez que jamás me han dicho en algún restaurante. Por si fuera poco, eso sí, me ofrecieron "hacer un platillo" que NO tenían en el menú, obvio cobrando un extra. O sea ¿no venden lo que si tienen en el menú? porque "no pueden", pero si me ofrecen hacer algo que ni siquiera tienen en menú con tal de cobrar extra?! Y qué pésima imagen para la gente que viene de fuera. Con estas cosas simplemente dejan la peor imagen. Ah porque además, es carísimo para la ridícula y desabrida comida que tienen.

Este lugar ubicado fuera del aeropuerto de Cancun es súper costoso. El tipo de margarita que deseábamos no estaba en el menú, pues solo tenían en con doble y triple shorts de tequila y queríamos solo 1 shot de tequila. Paganos $150 dólares por comida de muy poca calidad. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Pésimo lugar, ni siquiera nos atendieron. Llamamos 4 veces a los meseros y simplemente nos ignoraron. Decidimos quedarnos sentados a esperar el momento para el check in de nuestro vuelo y en la hora que esperamos nadie se acercó...

Acá estamos y no nos quisieron dar unas croasan, porque ya eran las 16 hs. Pregunto, el lugar se encuentra en un aeropuerto, se supone q trabajan con el turismo. Y los horarios son diferentes en cada país!!!! Atienden bien al turismo!!!!

Me and my wife went to grab a bite before we get on the plane to return home I ordered grilled fish tacos and as for my wife she ordered fried fish tacos which came out to $47 usd my wife said her food taste funny me not wanting to waste the money decided to wrap it up and bring it on the plane with us in case If one of us was to get hungry when I opened my food to eat she was feeling nauseous and ask for me to close the food back we get home food goes in fridge I went to eat it the next day to find out that the restaurant had sold us old spoiled not stored well food do not waste your time or stomach

A$$holes deserves zero star. I sat down after my check in to order a drink before going up to security. The waiter came to say the restaurant was closing - but still had at least 15 tables with people. I asked if I could just sit for five minutes and he declined saying they are storing the tables and closing the salón. Then I stayed and watched in awe as other people sat at the same table for more than 15 minutes - enough to take a picture and write this review. Just go up the stairs to Margaritaville people!

Sunday May 21 2023, Worse customer service I've ever had the displeasure to be around. The staff were having serious problems with another customer before I got there and they were very upset about it. Turns out passive aggressive behavior is alive and well everywhere in the world. Close to where the incident happened,.they ignored all customers around. Mostly bad luck on my part but the staff did seem extraordinarily incompetent to deal with their own emotions. My first 0 rating. They really had to work at it. The food didn't look bad so you're probably fine if you go on a day where there isn't drama. Too bad the staff ruined it with their childish behavior. When I confronted one member staff about it, they didn't care. Incompetent and indifferent, not sure what's going on at this place but if they're busy and stressed you're taking a risk of wasting your time.
