I'd been wanting to visit this place for a while, and a few days ago my boyfriend and I finally got around to it. Everything was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was great too 😊 (I would have liked them to have some spice in the food, but that's just my personal opinion.)

10000/10 The food is truly delicious. I loved my chilaquiles, and to my pleasant surprise, there was a 2-for-1 deal. The service was also excellent; the waiters were always attentive. Yadury was always friendly, as was Jason. I would definitely return because the service and the food are outstanding. Plus, their ring-finding game is super cool!

A very pleasant place, we're so glad we found it! The food is delicious; everything we've tried has been a great selection. The service is excellent, very friendly and attentive to your needs. I personally recommend the green chilaquiles with arrachera and the Yucatecan enchiladas. I loved the salsa, and the combination with the Edam cheese is the perfect touch. Highly recommended!

I have tons more photos. My brother, sister-in-law, and I love this place. The best chilaquiles are here. But overall, all the food we've tried is delicious, with great ingredients and presentation. The drinks are also excellent; they have a great selection. We always recommend this place!

This place is amazing, not only the Menu which is diverse it's delicious, the service is on point Melissa was really helpful and nice, the ambient really comfortable, they have chilaquiles,and toasts, the cheesecake is really creamy, the drinks are very refreshing ask for the "me quiero casar" it's a latte that is not too sweet, they also have homemade pastry.

Quiet (at least when we went), many options for food and (both cold and hot) drinks. The ones we tried were quite good.

Un lugar pequeño, pero agradable. Fue la primera vez que voy y lamento decir que me llevé una sorpresa desagradable en tema de servicio. Quiero darle el beneficio de la duda porque hay mucha gente, y tal vez es ahí donde debe reforzar el servicio, es decir, esperaba empatía, con que me hubieran dicho "tenemos un tiempo de espera, pero se estará trabajando su platillo" me hubiera quedado tranquilo, pero no fue así y me quede esperando mi otro platillo (que lo terminé cancelando) 25 minutos más, cuando el primero no tardó mucho, con la misma cantidad de personas en el lugar. Alegría por servir, solo lo noté en la persona que recibe, que por cierto bastante agradable al dar la bienvenida. Ojalá la segunda vez que vuelva cambie de opinión. Éxito.

It was my first time there; I went to celebrate my birthday. The place is very nice, and the service is good, although it could be improved since it's a bit slow. When you arrive, there's no one to greet you and check if you have a reservation; we had to approach someone to see if there was space. As for the food, I recommend the chilaquiles from the house special 1806; they were delicious, and they gave me a small cake for my birthday. Miss Dafne served us; she was very friendly, although I don't know if it's because of her young age—she looks very young—but she needs to learn a bit more about being helpful. Nevertheless, she was fine, and we hope she continues to improve!

The service is very good, generous, attentive, and very helpful. The food is good; the skirt steak burrito is okay; the sweet bread could be much better. The atmosphere could be improved; it feels a bit neglected, and with a few tweaks, it could be better. The only downside is some dying plants.

One Sunday with the family, we waited about an hour from arrival until our food arrived. I personally had high expectations for the drinks, but I was met with a cold brew latte that tasted only of milk (and was presented unappetizingly), and the traditional lattes were so weak that we couldn't taste the coffee. We ordered chilaquiles with chicken, which were supposed to come with beans and bread, but the beans were just a tiny portion to share, and the bread was quite stale. The dishes were lukewarm and tasted mediocre. The servers were very attentive, and the place is pleasant, but there's only one bathroom (and no toilet paper).

The place is nice, although when they tell you they want to go upstairs you imagine a spectacular decor, but when you get there you're disappointed by how gloomy and simple the place is. However, the terrace is very nice. The food is a bit geared towards a certain population from outside the state of Quintana Roo, but the coffee is really good. Recommendations: Go for a coffee, any of the ones they serve, with good company.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday here, but the experience was very mediocre. From the moment we arrived, no one greeted us. There was an event on the terrace, and the waiters were outside, but they just stared at us. We went inside and had to ask if they were serving. A girl with blue hair just told us, "Yes, but upstairs," in a very serious tone. No one showed us around, no one opened the door for us, nothing. They served our food very quickly, but without silverware. By the time they brought the silverware, the food got freezing cold (it took them ages to get the silverware). I called a waitress to ask for something spicy if they had it, and she never came over. Even when we asked for the check, my wife called three times, and no one paid any attention. I had to get up and ask for it myself. The concept is the only saving grace; the food is just okay, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We wanted to stay longer to order some alcoholic drinks, but we decided to leave.

Los de más tenían las colas ocultas por "el cremoso rosa" e ingeri una cola grande de camarón que trague a medio masticar y me causo malestar inmediato. Posterior "desenterre" las demás colas de camarón que estaban cubiertas por el cremoso rosa (todas de un tamaño considerable y filosas). Me dolia la traquea, se lo comenté a la mesera y encargado del establecimiento, Ni siquiera me ofrecieron agua y solo dijeron que tomarían en cuenta mi experiencia. Yo terminé pidiendo 2 bebidas extras a lo que tenía presupuestado para reducir el malestar en mi garganta, por el dolor no puede terminar el platillo, me retire. Toda la cuenta que fue cobrada y pagada en su totalidad incluyendo los trastes en los que me pusieron la comida. El día de hoy presento dolor abdominal desde la madrugada a causa de su platillo.

Mi pareja y yo íbamos muy ilusionados por que era nuestro aniversario y venimos a comer aquí ya que me salían muchas recomendaciones y todo se ve delicioso y muy bien, pero lamentablemente no puedo decir que sabe bien o que está delicioso, no por que estuviera mal preparado si no que, no fueron capaces de tomarnos la orden y ni si quiera ofrecernos algo, tardamos más de 40 min esperando y nadie nos atendió, el mesero entró y salió varias veces del lugar donde estábamos y no nos volteó a ver en ningún momento tuve que ir a preguntar si nos podían atender y aún así nadie fue y mejor nos retiramos. (La foto que tomé se puede apreciar como había un plato, ese plato no era de nosotros y la mesa no estaba limpia). No quiero decir que no recomiendo el lugar pero viví una muy mala experiencia

The place is pleasant and well-maintained, at least on the outside, with ribbon decorations that give it a special feel. The waitress who served us was very attentive and welcoming. We asked her about the menu and any suggestions, and she answered very kindly and with extensive knowledge of the menu. When we asked if the drinks were natural, she said yes, so we ordered two frappes. However, they didn't taste as expected. Mine was rice pudding, and it didn't taste like rice pudding at all. It tasted like food coloring, and while the drink wasn't bad, it didn't taste like what we had ordered. The same thing happened with the lotus drink, which didn't have that flavor but tasted more like coffee. We ordered a panini, and that's where things got complicated. We ordered a panini that promised a variety of cheeses: goat cheese, Swiss, cheddar, blue cheese, among others. However, the bread had hardly any cheese on it. The cheeses were indistinguishable, and it even looked like it had a slice of American cheese. The blue cheese was nowhere to be found, which was very disappointing. The goat cheese seemed to be mixed with Philadelphia cream cheese. Although the final result wasn't bad, it wasn't what the menu promised. It came with some potato chips from Sam's Club, so we asked for Valentina hot sauce to go with it, but they told us they only had ketchup. They didn't have any dressing; we had to ask for it since it wasn't included with the meal until we requested it. Although our experience wasn't bad and the staff was friendly, we weren't very happy with the issues that arose with the food. They gave us a small cup of tea.

I visited 18 Ceroseis with two friends, since it's very popular on social media, but my experience was very different from what the influencers portray. To begin with, the place doesn't have parking. The first waitress who served us was very friendly; however, after ordering our drinks and food, the wait was excessive. I noticed a tattooed waitress handing out welcome tea to other tables, but she never offered it to us. When I mentioned it, she was unfriendly. When she brought me the chilaquiles, she took the sides (beans and bread) and placed them on the other side of the table. This tattooed waitress offered me hot sauce, but I never got any. As for the food, the chilaquiles didn't taste good, although the portions were quite generous, but that didn't improve the flavor, and the drinks we ordered were quite ordinary. El lugar solo cuenta con un baño para todos los clientes, está en muy mal estado y además se encuentra justo frente a la cocina, lo cual resulta incómodo. Por la mala atención y la experiencia en general, le doy 1 estrella. Es un café común, sin nada que justifique la fama que tiene.
