Carlos and Alfredo provided excellent service. The Food and The view was amazing! The ambiance made everything even better. There was a cool breeze and we loved the music. It was so serene. It’s was our anniversary and they surprised us with dessert. They played A beautiful love song just for us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Cancun.

Carlos was our host and Mauricio helped us as well they were the best! Explained the menu so well and answered any question we had. Very patient and sweet. Great attention to detail. Made my friend birthday so special. Food was delicious came out hot and so flavorful. I love the rocket shrimp appetizer as well. Will come back again when in Cancun :-*

I brought my daughter here for dinner because she loves crab legs. Although the menu didn’t offer crab legs, the crab claws were a really nice size and she loved them. The service was also great! We had everything we needed at the table, including a bowl for hand washing. We will definitely come back if we visit Mexico again!

Crab House Cancún ranks among the very best dining experiences in the city, especially for seafood lovers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, with a beautiful view that set the tone for an unforgettable meal. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: ceviche, fried fish, blackened fish, and fried shrimp. The ceviche was the first to hit the table, and it was absolutely phenomenal—fresh, vibrant, and packed with citrusy flavor. It could have easily been the highlight of the night on its own. But then came the rest of the meal. The fried fish was golden, crispy on the outside, and perfectly flaky inside. The blackened fish had just the right amount of spice and char, delivering bold flavors without being overpowering. The fried shrimp were juicy, lightly battered, and full of flavor. Every dish was clearly prepared with care, using top-quality ingredients. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made excellent recommendations. From start to finish, the experience felt polished and memorable. If you're in Cancún and craving fresh, expertly prepared seafood, Crab House is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip.

We had the pleasure of dining at the Crab House restaurant recently and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience. The restaurant is situated right on the waterfront, offering stunning views and creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its expansive sitting area on a dock, which is perfect for larger parties or for those who want to enjoy their meal while taking in the gorgeous waterfront views. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. As for the food, the variety of seafood options on the menu was truly impressive and it was the main reason we went there. We tried the grilled octopus and the snapper, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The freshness and quality of the seafood was evident in every bite, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended it!

I visited on a Sunday evening to celebrate my birthday. The staff made sure I enjoyed every moment there. They were extremely attentive. The bread was served warm. The croissant and the chipotle butter were divine.The food was so delicious and flavorful. As an appetizer I ordered a softshell crab taco, which may do a second take the first bite into it. I also got oysters Rockefeller, which a few of them were slightly salty for my taste.I got the gratin crab and lobster with risotto. I wanted to ask for an order to take home. My waiter was amazing taking pictures for me, as well as redoing my birthday celebration to take a video of me since I was dining alone. I will absolutely be back.

It was truly an amazing experience all round. Not only was the food great but the staff put in genuine effort to ensure our needs were met. Would highly recommend checking it out.

Grat place in Cancun, the highlight of the menu are the mariscada and the paella, not pricey at all compared to the palm or au pied de cochon, the music adds to the atmosphere and the ocean view amazing

Great food and service. My family and I came here for dinner. Armin and Frank were great hosts and we really appreciate their attentiveness. Will definitely visit again when I am back in Cancun!

Words can't describe how good this place is. The service is 1st class and the food is amazing. I had the Lobster Thermidor and the Shrimp Fetachini and both were amazingly delicious. I started our with the Roca Shrimp for the Appetizer and washed it down with an ice cold Modelo. For my main dish I had the Lobster Thermidor that was a average size tail that was prepared so perfect and the mushroom enhanced sauce was amazing, with nothing to overbearing. It was the perfect blend and it tasted amazing. The second dish was a Shrimp Fetachini that literally had a tail on Shrimp in every bite and was served with a generous portion of parmesan to add if you wish. This dish was also amazing but if you are Jewish or Muslim, tell them to hold the bacon bits that are added. (Religious Preference) the entire experience was perfect and I recommend this place for a Birthday or Anniversaries or just a nice place with a nice atmosphere and setting for a romantic occasion. You have a choice of eating inside or out on the deck with a nice lagoon view and a beautiful sunset if it's not cloudy. Enjoy this place as I did.

5 stars on food only. The food was delicious! But, there were some kind of wood bugs crawling all over our table. We moved. The ambience was lacking. There's was a beautiful sunset in the lagoon and that was nice. It was hot, but pretty. The music was eclectic and not in an appealing way. If we come back to Cancun, I'd get the food to go or something.

Gábriel and Eeugenio was very helpful and super friendly. They sales us why we are here and when they found out that it was our honeymoon they gave us a little show, and a complimentary dessert. It was a great experience and we 100% recommend the place to any one. They also helped with the drink selection that would fit our food. The food was also 5 star. Make sure you will visit this place.

Service was wonderful, good was wonderful. Ceviche appetizer. We had the Red snapper and the cream cheese filled shrimp wrapped with bacon for dinner. The lobster 🦞 were some of the largest Ive seen! Great deck on bay side. Bill was $249.00 u.s. dollars.

The best place in Cancun! Guacamole was incredible. Octopus was off the charts good! Risotto was amazing. They brought small cakes with Roman candles in them and danced happy birthday for my sons. The service so great, and the staff is amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great food, great service. Manuel was knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, he was friendly and helpful. Nathan with the bar cart was excellent. He made his signature drink the Ginger Sunset, which was light and prefect addition to watching the sun set over the water.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was well worth it. First place we've eaten in Cancun, and they left an amazing first impression. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a beautifully presented dessert after our meal along with the live band right at our table. They have fantastic, beautifully presented seafood, and even unique items like gator tacos, right on the water. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best dining experiences ever. It was all around layers of flavor and amazing teamwork from start to finish. I loved every bit of food that we ordered. The portion sizes for the price you pay are amazing. And Nathan the mixologist handcrafting drinks table side as well as the flaming desserts also table side was an extra layer of fun and flavors. I will definitely be back anytime I'm in Cancun!

Honestly, I'm not one to drop a lot of money dining out to eat while at home, but while on vacation with the family I sometimes splurge once or twice during the week. This was one of those exceptions for me. From the first impression, to the last, this place was top notch ! From mixed drinks being made table side, to a superb wait staff whom were extremely professional yet not overwhelming. I cannot say how impressed I am on how our food orders (all different ...Party of 6 plus 1 child) all came out together, hot and delicious 😋 (with exception of child whom we asked to be served asap and were accommodated). The portions are not overwhelming, but just right in my opinion to leave you just enough room for a dessert 🍨, (and I love to be served big portions ). Upon completion, I, and all family members were content, and felt we had enough to eat. Our bill was probably around $550 USD after tip (roughly $100 pp) which for me is more than double what I usually would treat myself too. With that being said, I was not disappointed I visited this Restaurant. Staff was exceptional, atmosphere was very pleasant, and food was very good. An experience that I will remember.

Had lunch here one day while in Cancun. Friendly waiters. Great drink menu and the food was very good. The fried Soft Shell Crab and Paella where fantastic. And the beef and shrimp fajitas are also worth a try.

The food here is over the top good. My salmon was perfect with a pineapple sauce that I never thought I'd like, but did, of course. My daughter's filet was perfect, and the fries! (Don't get me started) my wife had a crab cake that she says was 100% crab. Not breading with a taste of crab. And flavored very well.

This place was fantastic. We were immediately greeted warmly and taken to the best table in the house on their beautiful patio overlooking the water. Armin and Ruby took wonderful care of us and the food was fantastic. 100% would come back again the next time we're in Cancun .

The seafood was amazing, and the service was excellent. Edel, our waiter, was prompt, polite, and provided great service. I also loved the thoughtful touch of bringing a bowl of lime water to wash our hands after eating seafood with our fingers, along with refreshing papaya to finish the meal.

I ordered the red snapper, steamed. The meal was awesome ! The flavor was outstanding. The service was excellent. I definitely will be coming back. Our servers Alexis and Rubi were on point

Food was excellent. We had the lobster Thermidor that the chef prepared to our taste. The waiter was knowledgeable and spoke English to make sure every dish was perfect.

My family and I went to the Crab House for dinner from one of the nearby hotels. It was a great experience, with a close walk/taxi option, making it a MUST visit for any visitor in Cancún. The food was amazing surpassing any expectations, with impeccable service. Out of any restaurant on the strip of Cancun restaurants, the Crab House is by far the best option with an amazing atmosphere and menu, showcasing the best of the best culinary experiences that Cancun has to offer If you ever have the opportunity to visit this amazing restaurant, request Jàun who provided the best experience and service along with his colleague. We had an amazing dinner with Juan as our server! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We were getting tired of the resort food and looking for a nice change. It was easy to book a reservation through google and the staff was very professional and welcoming. We caught the sunset and enjoyed the warm breeze from the bay with a lovely view for the evening. We were lucky enough to have Edel as our waiter and he put the steps on ensuring we were content and satisfied. Thank you Edel

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was made with real care. Edel served my table. On business trip with Southbrook Business here is Cancun promoting one of our brands. We stayed in the hotel zone Cancun. Decided to stop by for a bite at the Crab House. I have to say it was not what we have expected as far as the atmosphere but the visit was pleasant. It’s on the pricier side and geared to tourists. Service was pleasant and food was plain but tasty. We had Mexican beer seafood soup and clam chowder followed by paella and grilled shrimp. Patio has a nice view of the sunset if you come in the afternoon.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice but we had some issues while we were there. The staff was very friendly but unorganized. Once our food was served, we disappeared into the background. They only checked on us once, until they were ready to sell desert. The food was pretty good, but for the price, I would have expected better. To be honest, I've had just as good seafood at Joe's Crab shack. I wasn't able to speak with the manager about this because she was very busy.

An Ok sea food restaurant, a bit too loud for my taste. Pretty pricey, 5 adults and 2 kids spent about $500 USD for dinner. Food is OK, but not very impressed, a bit salty. Well, the appetizer bread’s better. For example, I found the restaurant at JW Marriott to offer better food, much nicer atmosphere and actually cheaper. Well, there’s some fireworks and birthday songs for some party, which’s nice.

The service here and the atmosphere were excellent. Loved the music, the vibe & the view. The drinks were really great too. However, the food was just okay, nothing stood out, nothing too special but in the end it was expensive. Lastly, I hated how these huge lobsters are kept in small containers and how they are taken out for pictures etc...looked both inhumane and painful.

What a total disappointment! Food was too pricey and not tasty at all! The $70 lobster was rubbery tasting...the stuffed chicken was way to salty and the mashed potatoes had no flavor what so ever. The shrimp and pasta was very disappointing. The desserts were ok. And to charge $10 each for a bottle of water is RIDICULOUS...they could have at least offered us another brand that wasn't so pricey. To pay $50 for 5 bottles of water was disgusting on top of our $350 bill was a ripoff! Staff and manager were pleasant!
