Indochine - Hotel Nizuc

Wow the service and the food was outstanding everything was delicious and the vibes were 10/10 definitely recommend. If you’re complaining about the price then you probably shouldn’t even eat here.

Absolutely stunning restaurant with great service and the food was SO GOOD. I am going again tonight as I write this review. Couldn’t recommend more.

The atmosphere is….. Indochine! Unique place. View, vibe, senses expanded to take all flavors. Chilled tequila, good chicken soup ( flavorful into the mild spicyness ) is a great experience. Nice place. Well managed 🙏🏻

Indochine is unbelievable!!! The dragon roll sushi is definately my favorite hands down. The resturant has inside and outside seating. The service is muy bien. I dont think kids would enjoy this resturant but I did not ask if a kids menu was available. I enjoyed an amazing cocktail called a paloma. Definitely a must try adult beverage. You will pay to enjoy this resturant but its definitely worth it. Buen provecho!!!

La comida sabe muy bien, el restaurante tiene buena decoracion, el ambiente es tranquilo, los precios equilibrados, y el servicio al cliente es excelente.

We have been enjoying this great Asian restaurant located in the gorgeous Nizuc Resort for the past 10 years Now they feature Peking Duck carved tableside that rivals Philippe in New York This resturant is Not To Be Missed

Amazing flavors by taking the gastronomic experience into a flavored piece of art. The diversity of dishes is great to request them at the center of the table and shared in between friends and family. Buen Provecho!

The atmosphere was incredible and the food equally so. We had the tasting menu and the food was second to none, even the chef came out to ask about our experience, nothing but high praise for this place. After our meal, my wife and I both said that this may be the best food we have ever had/will have. The food was insanely good to put it lightly, the food was portioned perfectly, and the food itself displayed perfectly. I can’t help but highlight the service as well, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very social! I find that most “higher end” restaurants have staff that are slightly dismissive, Indochine is not that, the servers are amazing and extremely nice! Be sure to be ready to drop a pretty penny though for the full effect!

Indochine restaurant inside Nizuc Hotel. Wow wow wow, this place is amazing for dinner and the food is superb. One of my top pleasures during my stay in the hotel. The atmosphere, design and the terrace view is amazing.The service was the best and we even congratulated the chef in person. I ordered Malayan Coconut Soup, Sushi with Truffle mayo which was a speciality that night and is not in the menu, Indochine Fusion, Satay Chicken. Must come!!! I was here in Sept. 2022

Decent meal but overpriced for what it is We had the lobster roll (3/5), habachi roll (4/5), grilled garlic shrimp (4/5), pork bao (5/5) and yuzu cheesecake (4/5). We also had 2 cocktails which were pretty good Overall no regret but wouldn’t go back. Of you’re hungry and at Nizuc it’s a decent option

Great asian food that being said the name is misleading as very little is vietnamese on the menu but loved the food anyway

Meah... average.. It's a BEAUTIFUL place with AMAZING service. However.... the FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE.. Sorry I have to say this but for the prices of high end restaurants like we have in New York we were very disappointed. The food just OK for Mexico at an average place you find everywhere in Cancun

הנה ניסוח מותאם לביקורת: החוויה במסעדה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. הסושי היה רחוק מלהיות טוב, ובוודאי לא מצדיק את המחיר שגבו עבורו. הזמנו רול פשוט של סלמון, אבוקדו ומלפפון, ונדהמנו לגלות שחייבו אותנו 160₪ עבורו,– מחיר שלא נתקלתי בו מעולם, במיוחד כשהאיכות לא מתקרבת להצדיק אותו. כמובן שהמחירים המוגזמים היו לכל התפריט. בנוסף, המלצר מילא לנו כוסות מים לאורך כל הארוחה מבלי לשאול, ואף פתח בקבוקים חדשים למרות שהיו כבר בקבוקים חצי מלאים שלא סיים, וחייב אותנו על כך בלי בכלל לעדכן אותנו. חוויה מאכזבת ולא מוצדקת ביחס למחיר.

I’d give 0 star if I can. This place supposedly fine dining restaurant,however when I made a reservation in advance and left a note that we need a table outside because we have a puppy, we arrived and the hostess told us that there are no tables outside and there’s a waiting list to sit outside, when the dining room is almost empty! When we asked to speak to the manager he said first come first serve regardless our reservation, he was so rude that he told me to go outside in the patio and find a table myself!! Thankfully I acted fast and took the situation to the concierge person Leo who kindly informed the manager it’s his responsibility to find us a table as we requested!! The manager name is Rodrigo, he’s unprofessional in so many levels and not up to Nizuc’s standards and I hope he’ll be removed sooner than later!!

Had a dinner here last night. The food quality is no way close to real Asian food, but the price is higher than Manhattan high end Asian food. Unacceptable.

Hours are wrong on here. We walked down from a nicer resort and they were closed. Just kinda tacky.

No one answers the phone. We have been calling for two weeks. About to cancel our hotel stay over Christmas because we can’t get reservations anywhere.
