Indochine es un restaurante único en todos los sentidos. Cuenta con comida, servicio, y atmósfera inigualables. Está ubicado dentro de Nizuc resort and spa hotel. Probamos la tostada de pato Pekín, la tostada de atún, el Dragón roll, Pollo Gai Pad Med, Yakimeshi de verduras con pollo y res wagyu, el Platillo especial de la noche que eran Noodles con camarones y pescado, una verdadera delicia. Indochine es una fusión de comida de Malasia y Japón. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra cena, el servicio impecable y la atmósfera del lugar.

Small, but delicious portions. The restaurant is the nicest one at nizuc, overlooking multiple water features, it’s quite pretty The food was delicious, with good flavor. Good fresh sushi, and the dessert was to die for. Matcha chocolates as a treat after dinner were unexpected and appreciated
Dining at Indochine was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with a perfect balance of sophistication and comfort. The service was outstanding — attentive, knowledgeable, and warm throughout the entire evening. We tried their duck specialty, which was cooked to perfection: flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that truly elevated the dining experience. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and a highlight of our stay at Nizuc. Indochine is not just a restaurant — it’s a full culinary journey. We can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu on our next visit.
A little pricey but you get what you paid. The dining environment was amazing. Some vegetarian options on the menu and I requested the tofu fried rice was tasty. Vegetarian spring rolls also recommended. My wife said the sea bass was one of her top list by far.
Absolutely beautiful and an incredible dinner! This time they had Peking duck and it was one of the best I had. We have been dining at Inochine for a few years and it’s amazing!
Every year that we go to Cancún, we always make it a point to dine at Indochine (several times!). It is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. Every dish we’ve had — be it the Yakimeshi rice, the mero frito, the beef wok, sashimi, nigiri, maki — they are all very good. I want to highlight even more the grade of sushi here at Indochine. It is one of the best we’ve ever had in all our travels and local experiences. The sushi here is fantastic! The ambiance is modern and intimate. And the service is quite good. Many of the staff have a good knowledge of wines and can offer recommendations. We will keep coming back!
Fantastic meal and excellent service, in a wonderfully built location. They were extremely cognizant of the gluten allergy that one of our party told them about when they asked us if we had any allergies, and they took extra care to make sure that what we were ordering would not be a problem. They put things that did contain gluten on the side so that those of us who could eat it had it available. Their staff were very accommodating and demonstrated top quality service. We had the special which was a chutoro roll that had been seared with a torch and was delicious. We also had the Soft Shell Crab roll, which is often called a Spider Roll, and it was also very good. The dessert was quite exceptional, we had the Yuzu which was a cheesecake ball wrapped in a yuzu shell on top of a yuzu sorbet with some fruit. They put the chocolate strudel on the side as it contained wheat, and I honestly thought that while it was very tasty on it's own, the Yuzu dish was even better without it, so I might recommend asking them to set that aside if you do order it.
Absolutely incredible experience. Get there a little early to walk around hotel and experience. Awesome place. Had a little bit of all food and the quality was very high. Ambiance was great. Good for group or date. Need a reservation and not easy to find as in hotel. Will be back
One of the best restaurants I've been at. The staff are friendly and polite, they have answered all our questions and make sure that we'll have a wonderful evening. The food was divine, all the ingredients were fresh and delicious.
Wow the service and the food was outstanding everything was delicious and the vibes were 10/10 definitely recommend. If you’re complaining about the price then you probably shouldn’t even eat here.

The atmosphere is….. Indochine! Unique place. View, vibe, senses expanded to take all flavors. Chilled tequila, good chicken soup ( flavorful into the mild spicyness ) is a great experience. Nice place. Well managed 🙏🏻
Indochine is unbelievable!!! The dragon roll sushi is definately my favorite hands down. The resturant has inside and outside seating. The service is muy bien. I dont think kids would enjoy this resturant but I did not ask if a kids menu was available. I enjoyed an amazing cocktail called a paloma. Definitely a must try adult beverage. You will pay to enjoy this resturant but its definitely worth it. Buen provecho!!!

We have been enjoying this great Asian restaurant located in the gorgeous Nizuc Resort for the past 10 years Now they feature Peking Duck carved tableside that rivals Philippe in New York This resturant is Not To Be Missed
Amazing flavors by taking the gastronomic experience into a flavored piece of art. The diversity of dishes is great to request them at the center of the table and shared in between friends and family. Buen Provecho!

The atmosphere was incredible and the food equally so. We had the tasting menu and the food was second to none, even the chef came out to ask about our experience, nothing but high praise for this place. After our meal, my wife and I both said that this may be the best food we have ever had/will have. The food was insanely good to put it lightly, the food was portioned perfectly, and the food itself displayed perfectly. I can’t help but highlight the service as well, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very social! I find that most “higher end” restaurants have staff that are slightly dismissive, Indochine is not that, the servers are amazing and extremely nice! Be sure to be ready to drop a pretty penny though for the full effect!
Indochine restaurant inside Nizuc Hotel. Wow wow wow, this place is amazing for dinner and the food is superb. One of my top pleasures during my stay in the hotel. The atmosphere, design and the terrace view is amazing.The service was the best and we even congratulated the chef in person. I ordered Malayan Coconut Soup, Sushi with Truffle mayo which was a speciality that night and is not in the menu, Indochine Fusion, Satay Chicken. Must come!!! I was here in Sept. 2022
Decent meal but overpriced for what it is We had the lobster roll (3/5), habachi roll (4/5), grilled garlic shrimp (4/5), pork bao (5/5) and yuzu cheesecake (4/5). We also had 2 cocktails which were pretty good Overall no regret but wouldn’t go back. Of you’re hungry and at Nizuc it’s a decent option

Meah... average.. It's a BEAUTIFUL place with AMAZING service. However.... the FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE.. Sorry I have to say this but for the prices of high end restaurants like we have in New York we were very disappointed. The food just OK for Mexico at an average place you find everywhere in Cancun

הנה ניסוח מותאם לביקורת: החוויה במסעדה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. הסושי היה רחוק מלהיות טוב, ובוודאי לא מצדיק את המחיר שגבו עבורו. הזמנו רול פשוט של סלמון, אבוקדו ומלפפון, ונדהמנו לגלות שחייבו אותנו 160₪ עבורו,– מחיר שלא נתקלתי בו מעולם, במיוחד כשהאיכות לא מתקרבת להצדיק אותו. כמובן שהמחירים המוגזמים היו לכל התפריט. בנוסף, המלצר מילא לנו כוסות מים לאורך כל הארוחה מבלי לשאול, ואף פתח בקבוקים חדשים למרות שהיו כבר בקבוקים חצי מלאים שלא סיים, וחייב אותנו על כך בלי בכלל לעדכן אותנו. חוויה מאכזבת ולא מוצדקת ביחס למחיר.
I’d give 0 star if I can. This place supposedly fine dining restaurant,however when I made a reservation in advance and left a note that we need a table outside because we have a puppy, we arrived and the hostess told us that there are no tables outside and there’s a waiting list to sit outside, when the dining room is almost empty! When we asked to speak to the manager he said first come first serve regardless our reservation, he was so rude that he told me to go outside in the patio and find a table myself!! Thankfully I acted fast and took the situation to the concierge person Leo who kindly informed the manager it’s his responsibility to find us a table as we requested!! The manager name is Rodrigo, he’s unprofessional in so many levels and not up to Nizuc’s standards and I hope he’ll be removed sooner than later!!
Had a dinner here last night. The food quality is no way close to real Asian food, but the price is higher than Manhattan high end Asian food. Unacceptable.
Hours are wrong on here. We walked down from a nicer resort and they were closed. Just kinda tacky.
No one answers the phone. We have been calling for two weeks. About to cancel our hotel stay over Christmas because we can’t get reservations anywhere.
