Everyone was extremely nice and polite. One of the best DQs I've ever been in. Had an issue (my fault) with my meal and it was quickly resolved.

Best chicken strip basket I have had in a while. definitely not small pieces like in the city. These here are like the picture on the menu. That's all I got for you. Clean place to dine in, good AC, nice courteous customers. People here know how to use the word "excuse me" and employees are quick and attentive. No long wait lines. This drive through moves as quick as dine in. Plenty of parking lot space.

Ordered tacos. Said to make sure and give me taco sauce. When I picked up the order I asked if they put taco sauce in the bag, the girl said yes, a lot. Got home and had 10 packs of ketchup. Maybe wake up and pay attention. It's not rocket science.

Long wait for the drive thru but to be expected from a fast food place right off the freeway. Friendly and quick service otherwise, got some Blizzards and they were good. 👌

I asked to replace the gravy for the steak fingers for the dq sauce and they charged me 80 cents. Why?

Clean, very friendly service, and free drinks for Seniors. What's not to like? Had to lower my review to 3 stars. They don't have chili anymore. Now I have to go to Sonic to get a Chili Burger, or Chili Cheese Tots.

My wife and I went to this establishment this past Sunday and there was no one in line. We stood at the counter approximately 4 minutes before someone addressed us. The girl who took our order was not very friendly, but that is not a big deal. I ordered no onions or tomatoes on my burger. Burger came with onions on it. The fries were lukewarm at best and the burger was just a burger. Typically, DQ food comes out nice and hot. That was not our experience at this location. Waiting at the counter was common for each customer who came in after us was consistent. The girl taking orders was off doing other things, which I understand. However, when she saw customers standing there, she did not address them and just slowly finished what she was doing while customers waited to order. We will go back and see if we just caught them on a bad day.

Not great at all. I ordered in the drive thru & had to park to wait for them to bring out the food. This just happened minutes ago. After 5 minutes I went inside. The manager said they are still working on it & said it’s only been on the board for 6 minutes. The total was $9.51. I had to leave because I had somewhere to be & it shouldn’t have taken 10+ minutes to get the order. I need a refund somehow.

Really annoying ordered 2 medium dipped cones and they gave me the smallest melted cones possible definitely no curl on top. I asked for one to be remade it was so bad and they basically refilled it and put it back out the window at me. I just rolled my eyes and left but I should have requested a refund because it certainly was not a pleasant experience.

This store continues to get worse. Drive thru was not moving at all so I go inside. Huge Mistake!! I place my order, one small M&M blizzard and one medium vanilla shake. That is it, 2 drinks total. It took them 20 minutes to make the two drinks. Unreal!! Get it together. Address the customer with what happened and how you will correct it. Customer service goes a long way!

Got steak basket. Just awful. Starving dog would not have ate the steak fingers. Also got onion rings that tasted terrible. Stick to blizzards, you oblivious don't serve quality food anymore. Extremely disappointed, don't know how you stay open.

This place sucks I found a roach in my burger and the fries were soggy and moist, the drinks were so carbonated I couldn't even drink it. When I asked the manger to refund me she rolled her eyes and walked away.

My family and I have been going to this location for a very long time. It used to be one of our favorite places to go especially with my daughter and her friends. The last year or 2, its really went downhill. They used to have top-notch customer service, but now everyone is so rude and unfriendly. The really young girl they have working the drive-thru with the big fake lashes is one of the rudest girls I've ever met in my life. We're always friendly and she is never nice, ever. I'm actually shocked she hasn't lost her job yet. We have now stopped going which is really sad because my daughter grew up here and met some amazing homeschool friends there. The atmosphere is so different now.

The food was the only positive aspect of our visit. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude. I ordered one of their specials, but they charged me for the burger and then added additional charges for every topping, which seemed unfair. When we asked about it, the staff argued that this was their policy, and we ended up paying much more than expected. To top it off, I didn’t even receive the correct order. We won’t be returning, and I would advise others to consider alternative options if they value good customer service and accurate orders. Edit: Owners responded on Google saying to reach out via email. I emailed them the same day I got their response on Google. Fast forward 2 weeks and they still have not responded. What a joke 😂
