Best hibachi ever. Seriously. Wonderful flavor and service. Everything was cooked perfectly. You get what you pay for.

Polite servers, delicious sushi and other food, and upscale atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Whenever I'm in town I always try to make sure I get in a visit at Feng. The food and service are fantastic. Elizabeth was our server and did a wonderful job. She was super sweet and very attentive to our table. Always a great experience when I'm there. Definitely try them out if you're in the area.

Me and my family have been coming to Feng in the shops since the day they opened in 2009. They have always been accommodating to our large family of six. They are very polite and respectful. Fun atmosphere and great food. I will always recommend this place. do call ahead for hibachi, they get busy. The khe will enjoy the cooks flipping food on the table, cooking right in front of you.

Super delicious food. The restaurant is clean, has a Great aesthetic and the servers are polite. Also, prices are reasonable. Wish I would've taken a pic to post but no biggie, hubby and I go there often so I'll post a pic next time.

Everything we ordered was delicious. They really have their own style of culinary combinations here and they are very tasteful. The restaurant was comfortable and service was excellent. Easy to see and get to from the local highway.

As a Vegetarian, never thought of going to a Japanese Restaurant. I went there once and became a fan of this place n a frequent visitor. Sweet Potato Tempura roll is one of my favorites from the standard rolls. Glad to see they have specially outlined a couple Vegan rolls and the Green Machine is my fav from the specials list. Must visit if you are in Avon / Canton area. If you are not into rolls, the Thai fried rice is great option. Sufficient veggies and cashews make it scrumptious and the rice itself has a fantastic flavor to it. Looking forward to try their Hibachi once.

Been going here for years. The Hibachi is always a wonderful show and delicious. I like it with noodles and fried rice! The other side is nice for regular dining. Great service super nice!

The food is of high quality, and most ingredients taste fresh. This place almost always has sea urchin available.

Like the food here... kids like the Hibachi but tonight we ate on the regular side... menu is not correct and needs to be updated... they no longer have some items.... too bad.

Went for lunch, food was ok, prices are wayyyyy to high for what we got. I'd rather go to the China Buffet in Torrington.

We were a group of 12. Food was good hibachi chef was good we were there for a 7 yr olds birthday and felt like they just rushed us out. As soon as the chef was done it was like we had to leave. We were still eating and it was like rush rush rush us out. Didn't even get to enjoy my 7 yr old grandson open his gifts. Thought that was just awful. Oh I didn't mention it was on a Sunday around 2 and not overly busy either. I just didnt like that feeling of being rushed out the door when we were there to celebrate my grandsons 7th birthday.

We used to love this place but it has done downhill. Last night we called to make sure our favorite dish the Chilean Sea Bass w Orzo was still on the menu. We were told it was.(the waitress told us front of the restaurant doesn’t have a clue) they said yes! We go there and the Sea bass is on the menu but NOT, what we asked about. Its a totally different recipie. So we decide to stay and order several apps.. my daughter ordered white sangria they brought peach. We asked if it was white were told it was but they would make another, the 2nd one was white. Ordered the Dynamite rock shrimp nothing dynamite about them they had no Sirachi anywhere on it . Everything else was fine, except for the swarm of flies all over the windows next to our table, which looked like it had not been cleaned in week.. we spent most of the evening swatting flies away from our table. Not one employee said a word even as they brought our food over.. needless to say we will not be back 🤨

My boyfriend and I are big sushi fans. Menu did not have much to offer in specialty rolls. Decided to create my own roll using ingredients from 2 separate rolls. There were fruit flies everywhere!

Food was excellent but the wait staff was rude and over charged me strongly suggesting to the owners to hire a new daytime waitress

2 stars are for THE FOOD being so consistently delicious... Otherwise I would’ve rated 1 star. Problems: 1) I called ahead, made a reservation, and still had to stand around for a good 20 minutes. 2) when our table was finally READY, the chef didn’t start cooking until 1.5 hours later (not making this up... walked in at 7:40, we got our food at 9:15. SMH!) 3) one of the waiters made an INCREDIBLY INAPPROPRIATE comment, flirting with my girlfriend while I was away. I’m very disappointed and this may have cost them my business. I’ve been around the block long enough to know that this is NOT cool... at all!

1 STAR VERY VERY UPSET WITH THE CANTON,CONNECTICUT LOCATION,ON FRIDAY NOVEMBER 30,2018 AROUND 7 : 00 PM .THE FOOD WAS HOT AND GOOD BUT THE SERVER WAS LEFT 10.00 TIP ON 41.48 BILL HE WANT ANOTHER 9 % AS A TIP. THE SERVER CHASED ME OUT THE DOOR FOR ANOTHER TIP.SO I GAVE HIM 20.00 TIP ON A 41.48 BILL.SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. GREEDY SERVER NEVER AGAIN I EVER GO BACK TO THE LOCATION OF FENG IN CANTON,CONNECTICUT. TALKED TO MANAGER HE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE AT THAT TIME.HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN .MY TIP NOT TO GO THIS RESTAURANT

I've been here a couple of times, never impressed, and after this last experience will never return. We showed up at 9:20 (I know, late, but they closed at 10 and I had just gotten out of work). Ordered quickly, knowing the time. Our hibachi food was prepared (they need to fix their hoods, the smoke from the flat top was blowing directly into our faces). Food was mediocre, relied too heavily on salt, could make better at home, certainly not worth the price they are charging. But the worst part, apparently our waitress had gone home and everyone else FORGOT about us. We sat with empty cocktails for 30 minutes, and empty plates for 10 before my boyfriend finally got up to find someone for the check. Staff were walking around us but no one could seem to be bothered, even to notify someone else that we were completely done. Horrible customer service, no employee here seems to care.

Some of the worst sushi rolls I've had, and I'm not very picky. I work in the plaza and I'm wishing I opted for ShopRite! I ordered a veggie roll and a shrimp avocado. Took over 30 minutes to be prepared. Barely any filing. Charged me an extra $0.50 for avocado in the veggie roll (and all that was in it was 1 asparagus, cucumber, and a yucky pickled vegetable). Plus they add an extra $1.50 for ordering online.. Just flavorless and skimpy. Looks like their specialty foods are good but they can't make the basics.

We go to Fengs 3 to 5 times a month never had a problem intel last night. We Waited and waited with no service almost 45 mins. We decided to leave as we walked out I talked to the manager It was like no big deal She said The waiters or waitresses didn’t know that was their table. No apologies no nothing. It’s very sad that is how they treat there customers. With this kind of service and this kind of Attitude not care about their customers will never be back again. It’s sad it my kids favorite restaurant
