the potatoes are HUGE …. You can split one they’ll put them on two plates even. Good music and a man gave us 20 dollars because it was our anniversary …. Can’t ask for more…. The one downside is that they don’t send a confirmation email when you buy tickets!!! But they still have your name on a list so it’s fine

Old School Jazz Club My wife and I was looking for the quintessential jazz club where the music is groovin' and heads moving. Luckily, we found the Baked Potato. When you purchase tickets be sure to sit inside so you can see the band and feel the music. The seating inside is cozy so be prepared to rub shoulders with a new friend. Here are a couple of tips to get the most of your experience: 1. Arrive early about 6:00 and purchase inside seating (seating is first come first serve) 2. If you arrive early you can park in one of the metered parking spaces in front of the club. The limit for the meters is 2 hrs and it's free after 8:00 so 6:00 is the perfect time. 3. Grab some ear plugs when you walk in. They are next to the masks. 4. Order a baked potato-They are huge so you may want to split one. 5. Go to the bathroom before the show begins 6. Order a few drinks and relax. Great venue, we will definitely go back!

Where technically trained musicians go to listen to a jam but I often think about the odd potato enthusiast who must also frequent this establishment. What’s that guys story? What does his life look like? Is it wrong to assume he’s Irish? Is it that he needs to have a potato for every meal or just on special occasions? is he a recreational potato enthusiast or is he eating potatoes every night? what does his cholesterol look like? is his marriage suffering? Is he happy? Wherever you are know I’m thinking about you dude.

Cool funky spot with great music. Loved coming here with my partner for a nice, casual jazz night 🎶❤️

The most intimate setting to see/hear the best players around! The sound is perfect - small like a living room but not cramped for audience. Musicians are cozily set up on stage a few feet away from audience. I saw Blanco Diablo with a friend, my first time there… what a TREAT! Andy & his band conjuring a magical experience like inviting us into their meditative dream state. I will be living off the fumes of this night until the next time I get to The Baked Potato!

Can’t give anything less than 5 stars to one of the only places in LA that hosts live jazz. Real jazz. Just wish they would host jazz on the weekends, too! Also, be wary about booking the patio, as it’s not in the room, it’s a completely different and separate room with TV streams of the show (a la Covid). Great vibe great place, go and support!

The Baked Potato is a really fun venue! The staff was great and the intimate show room made it. The band was phenomenal. I didn’t try the food, but it smelled great! If you’re planning on walking up, check their website first to see if the show is ticketed since space can be limited.

I was waiting in line, and a couple guys walked out of the sushi restaurant next door. I heard one of them wearing a nettspend hoodie say “aw hell nah” upon learning the line was for “a jazz show”. Knew I was in the right place

The music and performance was awesome, potentially the highlight of my year before college drains me. I barely smile these days but going here made me do so. The place is cozy and the seats are close, their website has photos if you want a better understanding. Dress code seems to be a mix of smart casual and cocktail, if you’re worried about that, but you’re just an audience member so yolo. Definitely bring something to keep warm if you’re not used to cold weather, I think the AC was set to 60°F and wasn’t slacking. As for the food I ordered (I forgot what it was), the serving is huge, I had half of this potato thing and it was the size of my face or 3/5 of a 60% keyboard. They had takeout boxes so yay. If you want a non-alcoholic alcohol drink, you can only get it if you’re over 21. In summary, it’s fun, keep warm, and if you’re ordering something there, don’t eat that much before going. I will definitely be coming back. ALSO REMINDER: bring an actual card to pay for food, I’m not used to tabs and almost forgot when I went oops The price I listed for spent per person was including the ticket to get in

I've been going to shows at the Baked Potato since the '70s when I lived in the LA area, and still on occasion all the way from San Diego. So many great memories, the late Allan Holdsworth's concerts in particular, and so many delicious baked potatoes!

Visited Sunday night to hear jazz virtuoso John Daversa and had a great time. Somehow they we able to fit John's huge holiday jazz orchestra on a very small stage but it all worked perfectly to the audience's delight. Great acoustics and food and music.

Visiting from UK. Nice small venue with great sound. Went on a Sunday night and saw a good 3 piece band featuring a singer guitarist who sounded quite Hendrix influenced. Original songs were good. Didn't eat but could see that the jacket potatoes were enormous - perhaps they have crossed potatoes with Melon? Table service was fine and prices were reasonable. Entry was $20. Recommended

My wife and I went for Teryn Re and her big band and it was a packed house! $25 tickets were well worth it. All previous comments about it being super tight are 1000% on point but that adds to the atmosphere. We didn’t eat but the baked potatoes looked fantastic. But at 10pm, a potato the size of your head was a little too heavy. There is a 2 drink minimum, but you can get water or soda and the bartender was super chill. The acoustics in the room are great. Just a super funky, legendary jazz venue.

This place is amazing if you are looking for great jazz in a small room filled with jazz nerds! We went on a Monday and was super lively and the vibe was awesome! Musicians were superb!

Take a trip back to the 70s at this LA jazz institution. Don’t eat lunch beforehand if you want to eat a baked potato…they’re literally the size of a football! If you’re not here for the food, you’ll still get a treat in the wild and incredibly talented jazz musicians that know how to jam. Every night is different and you will not be disappointed with any performance. Come early (street parking can be hard to find) so you get a great seat, put your phone away for the night, and vibe w the best jazz club atmosphere LA has to offer!

It's a one-of-a-kind music venue that's cozy and charming. You get to be right next to the musicians as they play. The food and drink menu is great and the service is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend The Baked Potato, especially if you're into experimental or jazz fusion music.

My Dad, Leland Clifford Davis, frequented the Baked Potato in the early 70's. It was his home away from home. Fast forward to the day when I heard the news that Nick Menza, my most beloved drummer & friend I never knew, died onstage here. Present day: when I saw that Ohm would be here on April 11th, I told my Son we were going to that show to see Chris Poland, one of my Son's favorite guitar players. I, being 56, watched Megadeth when they first appeared in Headbanger's Ball with Wake up Dead, a beyond legendary song & video of the time. Needless to say, when my Son & I walked into the Baked Potato that night & saw Chris Poland, for both of us it was surreal. But for me, I thought mostly of Nick. When the show ended, we could have easily walked up to Chris Poland & said the typical things people say when they meet someone that they've seen & heard from afar for years, on TV & records....... but we left into the night absorbing what we had just seen...... Thank you Ohm, Chris, Nick & the Baked Potato, for being there. P.S. Earlier that day of the show I bought a bottle of Essentia water because Nick drank that water when he played at the Potato. I brought the water inside & set it on our table with the cap off so that maybe some of Nick's spirit would waft into the bottle. I still have the bottle.... Next time we're there, I may have a potato, for I know that Nick used to finish all of his potato 💚🤍👽🥔 😇🪽🛸🪐🌌🌠🌕🎸🥁🎶🎼🎵👽🤍💚

Amazing experience if you are into jazz and enjoy a life performance from talented musicians. Prepare for enough time to find parking if you’re driving. Book your ticket online for extra convenience, line start as early as an hour before your booked show. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere while enjoying your backed potato of choice and favorite drink. The place is a little small and crowded try to go early to be pick your seating.

I love this place. Been going here for years. The Baked Potato is LA Music History! It's a small, intimate place to hear Jazz of all kinds: New Orleans, to Trad, to Latin, to Blues to Progressive. The performers are all with the top of their game. It's a pure delight to be able to go here. Music is 7 nights a week. Tickets may be purchased in advance on their secure website. Don't forget there's a two-drink minimum. And, hungry for the famous baked potatoes. A large menu of choices including the chef special of the day. The desserts are also very large and homemade Parking can be a challenge.

My favorite club in LA. You are very close to the players, who generally hang out in between sets and sometimes afterwards. The servers are very friendly and always close by if you need anything. They're pretty good at reading lips as well! The other thing The Baked Potato does well is get amazing talent on their stage. I've gone on nights when I hadn't heard of anyone in the band and they still amazed.

You go to the baked potato for the music and the vibe. If you know, then you know. The best of the best in LA and from out of town play at the baked potato. Tickets range in price from $35 to $80 per person to sit inside and see the band, depending upon the fame and draw of whoever's playing. Add to the ticket price the two drink minimum per person and it can be over a hundred bucks per person. The namesake of the place is the baked potatoes on the menu. Huge, like you'd get in an expensive Chicago steakhouse with a variety of fillings and toppings. My girlfriend and I usually share one, and a half a loaded potato is more than enough to fill me up. I was there seeing Mike Landau recently, I realized that some of the young hipsters in line weren't even born yet when I started going there to see Mike play with his various bands back in the '90s. I'm glad the place still lives on, and it hasn't changed at all. There's a parking lot behind that may only be for the sushi bar and liquor store next door, but you can usually find parking on the street.

Always a good time here. Love the potatoes. We saw Cosmosquad. 👌 However, the bartender needs to learn how to make more drinks. I had requested a special drink..... And it turned out horrible. But it's alright, they have quite a few other options. Oh, and bring ear plugs!

Best jazz club west of New York City, maybe the best in America. I go all the time, often without even checking who's playing, and I always have the best time. The food is good, best baked potatoes hands down, but the service is even better. You can even see the owner (Don Randi) play! If you have a friend in town, or just want to see some jazz (often jazz-fusion), then get you some tickets today! You will not regret it!

Went for a performance of Billy Childs! Was a last minute decision so tickets were hard to come by! Got the patio seats but there was a TV there to show the inside performance .. not what we expected. They later moved us inside to a corner for an additional charge. The vibe was great and performance too! Loved the intimate setting but patio seats are not even worth the $15 charge, recommend to go if you get inside seating.

The Baked Potato is a jazz institution in LA! As one of the city’s most frost formidable and long standing jazz bars, it host a variety of modern and veteran jazz and jazz/rock/fusion players from around the globe. The decor is full of authentic memorabilia dating back many decades with original signatures on most of the photographs. The sound is incredible and is well balanced through the entire club with attention to detail. There is no bad seat anywhere, great views from front left and right of the band. The staff is also amazing! The baked potatoes are huge and equally amazing!!

The Baked Potato is an excellent venue. The sound is mastered in this small building and gives you the full body experience of live music. Servers do a great job even though they are slammed. A simple cheese baked potato was fine and the drinks were as well. Ronnie Foster Trio was one of the best live shows I have been to. Look for parking around the corner if the side or front is full.

Just the right size to make you feel like that ten piece group came to play jazz just for you and you personal friends. Every show is different and it’s even nice to see a few parents of young teens bringing them here to experience life and live music. The menu features a couple dozen Baked Potato entrees, with and without meats, they are filling, plus steaks and pastas. Of course great desserts. The well drinks, beers and wines are all affordable and there’s a full bar. What can I say, enjoy life, listen to some good music at one of Los Angeles’ iconic jazz venues.

Great funky little jazz club with lots of history. The club is TINY so you will be close to other people. Chairs are uncomfortable. Plan to eat & get yourself one of their fun, big ol' potatoes! Great cocktails. Excellent place to hear fabulous musicians and be up close & watch how they perform. (You're pretty much in their face since the room is so small.) We had a blast!

I visited one night in Aug 2024 and my wife & I visited two nights in June 2025. Thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The baked potatoes are outstanding and the size of a small football! We got the marinated steak baked potatoes. Great atmosphere and the service was fantastic! We visited for the Michael Landau shows. It was packed with patrons and bartender and wait staff did a great job! We will be back!

Visiting all the way from Chicago, IL and stumbled across this late night gem. The gentleman at the door welcomed us and quickly found a seat in a very packed venue. We only ordered drinks. But, the waitress was very kind!! The band and singer (Allen band) were phenomenal! Had an awesome time and will definitely visit again the next time we're in LA!

I live in LA but only recently went to the BP to celebrate a friend's birthday, who was in from the East Coast. Super cool venue (reminds me of the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville). Music was great; super intimate seating -every view was good- without feeling smothered. We had the most FABULOUS server named Abby. Truly she was on top of our orders, kind, helpful, efficient and hilarious!!! Also, as a healthy eater, the food was great. Sure, the baked potato is a theme, but there a so many choices. I had mine with broccoli, spinach and some cheese. Looking forward to going back again soon. Pro Tip: bring earbuds or earplugs as it can be loud. Fortunately if you forget them the BP will give them out at no coast :)

To get right to the point, 5 stars is not high enough of a rating to be accurate. The Baked Potato is easily 8 stars. More like 10. I attended a performance on a Monday evening and was blown away by the quality of the establishment. The place was clean and maintained, even in the men's bathroom. It's small but easy to navigate. And the history just pours off of the walls. It's more warm and welcoming than any other venue I've ever been to. I got a brief peek at some of the food storage areas, and everything was very clean and maintained well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and worked hard to fill orders quickly and accurately. They were knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with suggestions. The food was amazing, and the menu centers around - you guessed it - baked potatoes. These potatoes are massive! I had a chicken pesto special and it was prepared to perfection. The live acts on the schedule are top shelf. I'd be at every show if I lived close enough to regularly attend. While there is a house PA that handles the sound, it's not cranked up to uncomfortable levels. While it is completely out of control of the establishment, I must note that the quality of the patrons who were also in attendance was exceptional. Nobody was rude or short with anyone else. Nobody got drunk or became a nuisance. If that was the case at any point and I just didn't notice, it was handled in a manner that wasn't disruptive. I was only there for a single evening, but my impression was that the customers care just as much as the establishment. Can't say that very often! The Baked Potato is a slice of heaven on earth and must be experienced to be believed. It's obvious they go way above and beyond to make sure it stays that way. I hope I can return someday.

WOW! Mike Garson!! What a show! Cocktails were excellent, baked potatoes so yummy, staff very nice. Split a potato, they’re huge. We went to the 8:00 show, arrived about 7:20, still some very good seating. Loved that Mike featured some young musicians.

I hung out at the Baked Potato in the mid-1970s. Loved it then and I see that it's still going strong with Don Randy and Quest. Miss those gigantic baked potatoes... Met Al Jarreau and a few others during my visits. Left LA 24 years ago. If I ever get back this will be one of my first stops...

Was visiting from out of town, and The Baked Potato is in walking distance of my son's house, and we had heard great things so we decided to try it. We had the BEST time! I've been to the Potato many a time but never eaten there but that night was different, I had a person that never been to LA before and I'm putting him through the paces. The potato (I had the Philly Cheesesteak) was excellent, we had good seats and of course Tom Scott gave a tight set. There is a free parking lot, diagonal across the street from the Potato, DON'T park at any of those restaurant parking lots.

Okay. If there were more than 5 Stars, I would give it to them! The Baked Potato was EVERYTHING it is advertised to be, seriously. From the food, ah-mazing and the biggest Potato I have ever seen not to mention the over-the-top generous toppings to their baked apple pie (enough to feed all three of us!), to the atmosphere and fabulous entertainment! And to top it all off our server, Gina, was extraordinary! If you go there sit in her section! Lol! What a doll and on it like Blue Bonnet waitress! Definately, definitely going back. Worth every single penny! Thank you all for the fantastic evening! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hands down my favorite venue to go to. The level of musicianship that regularly performs here is second to none, with some very familiar names routinely playing here. On top of that, its the most intimate place to see live music. It's like seeing your favorite bands playing at a coffee shop. If you trip, you're falling on the instruments. Thats how close it is. Everyone that works there is also super cool. Justin is great, Logan is great, and all the servers are always very pleasant. Do yourself a favor and support this wonderful venue. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. The baked potatoes are amazing as well!!

A mainstay of the jazz scene in The Valley for many years. I remember seeing Don Randi and Quest here, decades ago. Was in recently, and it is still an intimate spot to see some great jazz. The food has improved. The service has improved. The ambience is still great. A shout out to Gina, our server, who worked her butt off before, during and after the set, and managed to keep a smile on her face throughout.

We've had a great night watching live jazz here! The band was phenomenal!! The place is small yes, but I think that adds to the whole vibe. We've only had drinks, no food, and they were good. There's a policy of 2 drinks minimum but non alcoholic drinks count as well. Taff was very fried my too. Book in advance and arrive early if you want good seats! If you don't book, you may have to stand/not be let în, depending on capacity.

Funky little jazz club in studio city. This venue is small, intimate and a great place to see live jazz. The baked potatoes are very generous and taste great. We had our cut in half and and served on 2 plates both with salad for an extra $4.00. Two drink minimum per person which wasn’t any issue for us. Fantastic place to watch live music with a view from every seat. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

Love The Baked Potato! Such an intimate venue for some jazz music. First time coming tips: (1) come hungry so you can order one of their 20+ baked potatoes that are the size of your head, (2) pay for the seating inside so you're by the band, (3) show up early to get in line for better seat options, and (4) bring a light jacket as they keep it cool inside. The patio is a nice setup but you view the band view a live feed on a screen. Great friendly staff and an overall great experience!

A lovely, cozy and intimate venue for amazing live jazz. I highly recommend reserving tickets ahead of time, and I recommend getting indoor seating. Inside, everything was a little pricey. The baked potato ($21) was pretty good but the drinks were underwhelming. The wines were mini bottles (187ml) instead of the half bottles (375ml). The other cocktails were just okay. Overall, however, the jazz was great! I’ll definitely go again just for the jazz and the ambiance, but not the drinks.

Wow what a spot! Genuinely had a fantastic time, the staff was amazing and accommodating! Jazz was *chefs kiss*… but food not so much unfortunately but very filling! Definitely recommend splitting an order because they are huge! Which I love! The baked potatoes could use some improvement, the potato came out a little overdone, which made it taste a little dry and bland unfortunately. But the inside and the topping were good! Sad to have to pick around the potato skin

Went here for the first time but was my second time at a jazz club. The food was amazing, especially the apple pie. The jazz was great of course, and atmosphere/decorations were a great vibe. The selection of baked potatoes is varied, maybe could have used more seasoning. Hoping to come back for sure! Sad that the pie doesn't count as a two drink minimum

If you like baked potatoes and love jazz this is the place for you. Small venue, great music.

This place is great for live music, ambiance, charm, and intimacy. Be prepared to enjoy a very friendly and diverse environment, come here for the music, drinks and the overall vibe. Be aware of their drink minimums and dinner doesn't count towards their drink requirements.

Great music venue. 8p show will start at 8:30. Seats need more padding. Spuds are bomb, several gluten free options.

Took the wife out for a pre birthday celebration. She had the Parmesan Chicken Baked Potatoe, I chose the Bar B que chicken. Both orders were tasty. Chased down with Cadillac margaritas. The Baked Potato is a nice little cozy spot. Entertainment was provided by a gentleman on guitar. Blues hunky tonk. The band was tight. Bass player exceptional. I'll be back when they have a jazz group.

This is a fun little intimate place for some good jazz without pretentious energy. The whole idea of the Menu is “baked potatoes”. ⭐️ Menu is full of giant baked potatoes of any kind ⭐️ Live jazz shows ⭐️ Great staff 👎 Street parking

Facility: We drive from Orange County 45minutes to come here. Stood in line for 50 minutes. We went to see Michael landau. I didn’t get a picture but I wish I would have because they say this place is pint sized but they also don’t mention the seating area is crammed together. There are two seating areas, in front of the stage which that area is about 25’ x 25’ and the stage takes up about 1/3 of that area. The seating there is crammed like 6” of walking space between tables. The other seating area is a cave, I couldn’t see how much space it had. I saw people mention a patio but I don’t think there is one. It is very intimate but there is no dance floor. Service: There were two females working that night and the dark haired girl was working hard, however, we got the blond and she was terrible. We wanted a potato and she asked at the beginning but never came to ask what we wanted. We had to ask the dark haired girl to get our waitress two times. I saw the blond leave the building twice…..awful service. I will never go back or recommend this place. Music: I watched some videos of Michael landau on YouTube and his music sounded good. Bluesy rock it seemed like. However, they played 3 psychedelic jazzy rock stuff (I have no idea what it was some fusion jazz-rock I guess) all three of those songs sounded exactly alike! There was maybe two other bluesy rock songs but I was greatly disappointed. My husband is a Hendrix fan & thought the show was pretty good. I am a southern blues girl so I was none impressed. Recommendation: KNOW for sure you want to see the performer. Don’t expect to dance to the music. Don’t expect quality service or attention.

The concept is a pretty great idea but our experience was subpar. We walked up to what we assumed was the front door and were greeted by a man standing in front of an instrument panel telling us they were full for the night. We said "Really? when we left our hotel there were still some patio seats available online." He replied, "Oh yeah, those aren't sold out. That will be $20 per person." It was a weird way to be greeted but my wife was very excited to try this place. So we get led through the front bar. At this point, I'm glad they sold out because they packed people in there like it was an art form in the front room. We made it to the patio and saw that there wasn't a $20 drink minimum like the website said, there is a two-drink minimum now. Functionally the same thing I guess but kind of an annoying policy when you pay money to get in and they're even making the driver get two drinks just to avoid getting kicked out. Anyway, the patio was empty except for two other single diners, we got seated and our waitress was very good. I paid special interest to how well she wrote our orders in her notepad. She was very nice and did her job well when she was allowed to do it. We ordered our food and it came out surprisingly fast. I had the chicken parm potato and my wife had the cheddar and mushroom potato. Both were good but not exactly mind-blowing or anything. Just some simple hardy cooking. Anyway, after we finished our meal and two drinks our waitress came back and asked if we needed anything because they were about to set up for the next show at 10pm so she would be busy taking orders for a whole new crowd in the main bar for awhile. We said we were ready to close out and she said she'd be right back with the check. But I guess the window of opportunity closed and we didn't see her again for 45 minutes. My wife and I think she's a pretty good waitress but the business just isn't being run for customer experience. They're just trying to make as much money as soon as possible. Once they have as much money as they think they can get out of you, they drop you until you're convenient for them again. We paid $40 just to be there, another $60 for drinks, and another $50 for food, and were pretty much held captive for nearly an hour after we finished our meal and the band was on break because it was between shows so there was nothing to do. If they don't have the staff to run the service for the outside patio they shouldn't even offer it. That was crazy, disappointing, and kind of made us feel taken advantage of. When the waitress came back she offered us two bottles of water and one of our 4 mandatory drinks to be refunded but we're on vacation, our most valuable thing is time.

The “Patio” at the Baked Potato. A miserable experience. So the band/person you want to see in the main room is sold out and you see the patio option. JUST DON’T! It is a covered area in the alley 30 feet from the main room. There are some big screen TVs and terrible audio. The old KRK speakers, one in front 2 behind, not sure who thought of this idiotic configuration, sound like the tweeters are blown. The wait staff and others stand just outside the patio and smoke non-stop, so the entire room stinks from fresh cigarette smoke the entire time. Plus when I was there, several people were speaking full volume even after I asked them if they would mind whispering while the band was playing. I don’t know why someone pays $18.75 to sit and have a conversation while a band is playing and others who also paid for a ticket are trying to listen, but this is life in public spaces in 2024. Add the 2 drink minimum to this disaster and you have the most expensive, least pleasant arrangement to see live music on TV you can imagine. NEVER AGAIN. if I can’t get a ticket for main room seating, I’ll stay home and do something more enjoyable like have an argument or clean the bathroom.

I showed up at 1130 pm and couldn't even get in. They told me they were done for the night and closing. Why have that you are open til 1am when you actually close at midnight. Misleading and guy at the door was rude. Do have online that you stay open til 1 am if you arent open til 1am.

Well I would have like to have an experience at this club but they would not swap or refund my tickets that I stupidly purchased for the incorrect date. I understand the 'no refunds' policy but I BEGGED for an exception since we were from out of town, would not be around to attend that show, I was going to IMMEDIATELY purchase tickets for the correct show AND this was for my school-aged son who is very into jazz. The person on the phone was a jerk and they never returned any of my emails (which he advised I send). So, lose-lose, as those were two tickets wasted that someone could have used. Left a bad taste in my mouth about this club.

the main part of the house is an incredible atmosphere with a high level of music. But patio seating doesn't make any sense, do you watch the show on TV? a jazz club of this level cannot do that to its customers, listening to live music is totally different than watching it on television. the patio area is just putting the level of a great jazz club at risk.

I wanted so badly to enjoy my time here, this seems like such a cool idea. I was, of course, a little hesitant though when the tickets to sit inside were almost $40. Nonetheless I bought tickets expecting the best. That is NOT what we found. To get even a remotely decent seat you need to get there more than 30 minutes before the show starts, and then if you go to the later show, they won't even let you in until after the time it was supposed to start. So if you go, be prepared to stand for a long time outside. Getting in after the line started moving was pretty easy. Once we were inside however it was a different story. We were guided to a back corner with 6 stools pushed together and pointed to go sit in the back two seats. Given that this was a little unclear and we were the last people to walk in, we picked the back two seats that were against the bar so we could mostly see the band and have an arm rest. This meant we were required to buy two drinks from the bar, annoying but ultimately not a big issue. The issues came later when the same man who sat us came back and asked if we were 21+, which he had not asked earlier when seating us. Then when we said we weren't he rudely told us to move back farther into the corner and let another couple (who were already clearly quite drunk) sit in front of us at the bar. Now we couldn't see anything. I had to strain my neck to get even a glimpse of the band. For the amount we paid, I was very disappointed to be essentially stuffed in a corner. If you don't have enough decent seats (which ours were not), do not sell that many tickets. The place was packed so there was no flexibility. We did not bother ordering a potato as we thought they were overpriced considering the cover charge, and after getting stuck in the corner we didn't want to give this place any more of our money. Although they did have a nice looking selection of potatoes and toppings. Long story short, despite paying the same high cover charge as everyone else, we were stuck in a corner unable to enjoy ourselves and ended up leaving early to do something more enjoyable. Very disappointed as this place has a lot of potential, and the band was good too.

This place is a fire hazard, waiting to happen… Even if you make reservations, you're not guaranteed to seat… They will not give you your money back. Stay away!!!! And they have you waiting out in the cold for about an hour even if you pay in advance like I did you're not guaranteed a seat.

Bought a hat at the merch booth—website says $30, but they charged me $35. Staff lied, saying online costs $30 + $5 fee. Came all the way from Japan, no complaints about the musicians, but the dishonesty was so upsetting. Visitors, please be careful.
