I had the banana split with two scoops of chocolate ice cream... one scoop of vanilla and hot fudge...oh my God it was so good !!! My guy had a chocolate milkshake...he said it was delicious and very chocolatey

I was lucky enough to be the last order on a Saturday night and I felt absolutely truly blessed. I was practically in tears from jubilation - we had stopped there the night before and missed that crucial cutoff time and we're just hopping to make it in! - The food was amazing - everyone that was working that night was so kind and so awesome about letting us be that last order. The service here is unparalleled in my experience. I think everyone here deserves the biggest raise. DQ needs more places like this - easy 5 stars.

Kayla, the drive thru window cashier, was so nice and so helpful. Great food and even better service. Kayla deserves a promotion. She is a great multitasker, it was really impressive. The staff here are super friendly.

The Capitola location provides generous portions of food that is always fresh and hot. You can't beat their $7 meal deal available on the app, which includes a burger, fries, and a sundae for such a low price. Additionally, the service is excellent. I would give them five stars!

Dairy Queen can he a bit maddening: the desserts are awesome (the Blizzards are especially tasty and decadent), but they are terminally under-staffed. I rarely see the same people working there for more than a week or two, and once we came up to the drive-through in late afternoon, just to be told that it was closed because they didn't have enough people working there to run it. The drive-thru can also be very slow at times, most likely because they are short-staffed. We like to go there for the ice cream, but it can often be a frustrating experience.

We normally love the DQ, but today the drinks were almost 90% ice, very little beverage, and the fries had a bad oil flavor - almost fishy. Please change your oil more frequently - it was yucky - we threw them away.

Came 40 minutes before they closed, the workers purposely ignored me and mocked the older gentleman behind me because they closed out their sever bank at 9(it’s posted everywhere that is closes at 10) . Don’t waste your time or gas driving over here. I even tried to come last night but the worker yelled at everyone in the drive through and said they were understaffed…. When it happens two nights in a row you know that it’s just bad customer service…. I work in the restaurant industry so I am aware when someone is just too lazy to do their job. What really frustrates me is paying for a Blizzard with extra candy and a topping, only to get the same small amount as a regular order, a tiny pump of topping, and none of it mixed in. The first few bites have everything, then the rest is just plain ice cream. For these prices, customers should get what they’re paying for. The food itself tastes fine, but the value and effort aren’t there. Also, the “under new management” signs have been out front for months, at this point it just feels like an excuse, not an improvement.
