Friendly staff and tons of options! I wanted to grab a smoothie before I headed out for the day and the service was great and the drink was yummy! I am glad Jamba has developed upon their menu since 10+ years ago, with healthier options available which still taste great!

Super welcoming team members. The atmosphere was really nice of had a loud of decoration which made the store look lively instead of bland like other stores. The cashier was very friendly and answered some questions I had. The smoothie tasted great. I ordered a PB banana Protein( whey) with ex whey. It was well blended no banana chunks present. I would recommend trying Jamba they have a lot of options and are flexible when it comes to substituting ingredients and juices. A plus as well since there's no 25 cent cup charge like the one in Santa Cruz has!

J'adore! They always make my orders so well! Hubby and I frequent this location, knowing our drinks will come out perfect. Only bummer - no more strawberry Boba! But we survive anyway!

Maria the Manager was extremely helpful and prompt with a bulk order I made for nurses week! Will definitely be visiting more. We were super excited to enjoy yummy and freshly made smoothies exactly when we ask for them during our busy work day!!

The Services was fast , we order sat down while we waited for our order. I ordered a smoothie orange boost c i think it was called . It was refreshing, had just ginished with my work out and this hit the spot. Plus the enviroment was chill, it looked cleaned

It's the staff that makes this Jamba one of the best I've been! There are friendly, cheerful, have a great attitude, very welcoming, and willing to go the extra length to make me a very old off the menu drink.

Love this place but not always accommodating. 1.Wouldn't take phone order so it's ready when I get there unless a large quantity is ordered (forget the actual quantity needed, maybe six orders). 2.Showed up 10 minutes before opening 8 am, door was open, and they wouldn't write down my order so it would be ready when I came back. 3. rewards machine not working no accommodation made. 4. They open later than other JJ stores.

Now, I rarely go to Jamba Juice because there are so many local places I can go to get the same kind of smoothies, for a lot less money.

The second to last time I came in, I had to wait over 30 minutes for two smoothies, and one of them was wrong. It was not busy. The most recent time, I had to wait 20 minutes for two smoothies, and the sizes were wrong.

My daughter ordered a togo order and I was treated rudely when I got in the wrong line ( wasn't clear) with everything changing I think rudeness has no place when people are just trying to figure it out. My daughter said the smoothies were great though.

Worst.... Asked for add energy drink(they sold here) in my smoothie as the other location ( anywhere).. They had to call manager to confirm.. Been waited 5mins and said no. Because it damaged their blender.. Huh? Few secs of blends damages how much? And why other location does that? Worst service ever.. I wouldn't go this location

Luckily, there are some great options at the Whole Foods in Capitola, Staff of Life in Seabright, and at Terra Superfoods in Santa Cruz. They need to realize that people want to be able to remove certain ingredients due to allergies and dietary restrictions. Otherwise, we'll just take our business elsewhere.

I get it they want us to use the tablet for ordering but please don’t yell at old ladies . This poor lady stood there confused and no one helped her.
