Terribly understaffed and won’t let customers customize the burgers. All this, and so expensive. Employees were really polite and helpful when the (adult) burger was too spicy for my son.

The Burger Kitchen is open (for the 2nd time as they had a fire after the initial opening). How can it be called a burger place in America and not have pickles?? Very odd and sad. The Burger was juicy and fresh, the cheese had completely melted off and was only a remnant, the bacon was a single pice cut in half (maybe even just 2/3rds of a piece), the guacamole was bland and minimal, the sauce on the bottom was good but very little. The fries were heavily seasoned but nice and hot! The chicken strips, 3 of them, looked good (my teen would take off a finger if I tried for a bite... 🤣🤣) They had BBQ sauce, seemed watery and tasted like fake smoke, not sure how it was so odd tasting. Ketchup and mustard, but no ranch, buffalo, or honey mustard. They did have packets of Cholula. An order of fries is $6, the chicken and fries is $18, the burger and fries was $19. Even with the Elite pass discount, I would say this is over priced for the quality. If the cheese was there, 2 strips of bacon, and a bit more sauce it would have been decent enough. I'd day 2.5 🌟 out of 5. I talked to an MC after and his cheese was still a square and slightly melted, so it was about how it was prepared. Have you tried it? I'm curious as to the portions of the kids chicken strips. As the Chicken Strip place my sons kids meal had more chicken and fries than the adult meal. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not good food.

I was honestly very disappointed, I expected a high quality HOT meal, especially for the price, but what came out was cold food. The service was ok. it was just kiosks, seating was HORRIBLE, no room and if you wanted to sit down then you would have to wait for someone to leave. All and All, overprice and underwhelming.

Amazed this place is even open. The seasoning they use on the burger is incredibly spicy for kids. They cannot remove the spice as it comes on the burger patty itself. They were quick to refund at least as many families came up with the same complaint. Definitely need to reevaluate their burger choice.

They can't cook a warm burger at all. When you ask them to heat it, they just give you hotter fries. Don't waste your time. Cheese was cold too.

Would give it zero stars if that was an option. Long lines. Self service kiosks barely work and STILL don’t apply pass holder discounts. Pretty much had to walk into the unlocked kitchen to get help from anyone. Nonexistent service.

This place is horrible after the reboot. The cheese tastes fake, and the prices went up like crazy. The prior iteration was one of my favorite places to eat at Legoland. I couldn't believe that this was amusement park food. Now it's horrible and I will never go back. The fries were ridiculously salty like, like sould you like some potatoes with that salt?

I am so disappointed! This place was our go to as we are season pass holders. We were excited when we saw it was open today. What. A. Joke! The burgers are doubled patty and you can’t modify them. Mine had a kick to it which I was not a fan of. The kids didn’t even want to try theirs and I didn’t blame them. They are not meat for tiny hands. Also, I don’t mind ordering on screens but you would think for the price of them and the fact it says combo when you order drinks would be included but nope had to pay for that separately. We will not return!
