I NEVER review. I had to, to shout out the young woman who just helped me. She was polite and friendly from the moment my baby and I walked in. She make our 2 drinks and 1 acai bowl SO QUICKLY and perfectly. She even helped me carry my items to the car, as she saw I had my work cut out for me with the stroller and wrist splint. THANK YOU, young woman, fo r providing exceptional service to me and my sleeping Babe. Did I mention she was working alone!?!? Killin' it! 💪👏💖🙌

I absolutely love this Jamba Juice location! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles and incredible service. Mo, the manager, is a gem! She’s the friendliest, most outgoing, and kindest person you could ever meet. Mo goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and leaves with not just a great smoothie but a great experience. The staff here is fantastic, and you can tell Mo leads by example with her positive attitude and attention to detail. The store is always clean, service is quick, and the smoothies are consistently delicious. If you’re looking for a great Jamba Juice experience, Palomar Commons is the place to go! Highly recommend—thank you, Mo and team, for always brightening my day!

I went into this location for a smoothie before work, and had the best experience! The general manager was in there working by herself, and she was an absolute angel who really put me in such a great mood after a rough start to my week. She was super fun and positive and gave me such great perspective in an otherwise stressful world. And the smoothie was great!

*rereview* I had a two star here because of a bad previous experience but continued to go here and it definetly was a one off. They are super friendly. Even today my smoothie was mad incorrectly and they remade it no questions asked (9/14/21 @1:25) . Will be back!!

This WAS one of the worst Jamba Juice locations, but they have gotten significantly better. There are two ladies that have been working there almost every time I've gone lately, and they have vastly improved the smoothies, oatmeal, and most importantly the customer service! They not only make better smoothies and oatmeal than they used to, but they also remind you to try it to make sure it's just right, they ALWAYS address you by your name, and they frequently tell you to have a great day (and they say it in a genuine way, like they actually mean it, not like they're placating you, as if they were trained to say it but don't really care). Next time I go I'll have to write their names down so I can add them to the review.

The staff was friendly and helpful but at the end Loya forgot the critical topping ingredient in my bowl. She substituted the chia seeds? The oatmeal was too much and they were not toasted. Missing honey drips... Bowl was very plain now.

Hire more people to work here please and not rely on robots for order taking. One person at lunch time working here is not enough.

Not sure about the quality of the food/drinks as this location turns customers away 15 minutes before closing as well as not answering the phone ~30 minutes before closing. Online ordering also seems to no longer work around the same time. This is not the first time I've had this problem here. Maybe sometime in the future they will be open during their posted hours but until then it is what it is

This place is disgusting The guy waiting on us today was on his phone. The whole time barely talked to us, and then you made my bowl and all the banana bananas and strawberries for the toppings were rotten and moldy waste of money. Don’t go to this place.

Only one employee in the store working and she said she was being trained on top of that. Management lost some business today and left the store up to one trainee. Not good. This location always has staffing problems.

There were no parking spaces available when I arrived, so I parked off to the side where I wasn’t blocking anyone. Instead of simply asking me to move, an employee came behind my car and started recording my license plate without saying a word to me. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I would have gladly moved my car if someone had just asked which I ended up doing anyway. A simple conversation would’ve handled the situation much better than trying to record me from behind my vehicle.
