Stopped in here for lunch on a whim. Employee behind the counter named Edward was welcoming and friendly. Staff had my lunch to me hot & ready before I even knew it. Great location, friendly staff, and tasty food. Will definitely be coming back.

Like they say "good things take time" Not gonna lie it is a bit pricey but for freshness and quality it's worth it. First time eating Noodles & Co. This location made a good first impression. I ordered a Small Korean beef noodle to-go. It took about 7 minutes to receive food. The noodle was AMAZING! Flavorful and fresh. They put a couple stems of cilantro on top, nice! The small portion was perfect for one individual. I will be back to see what else they have to offer.

I ordered a Japanease Pan noodles, the quantity was less and it was hard to locate veggies. Noodles were quite dry, I wish it had some more sauce and veggies. Other than that taste was decent for the given price.

I love buttered noodles....but what i DONT like is when cooks don't wear hair nets. The cook.with the dread in his face cooking and the blonde girl...ANYONE handling food, she be on top of that

It was okay. I got the Pad Thai noodles and the serving and the cost are not for the value seeker. But the flavor was excellent. Noodles were sticky and a bit undercooked but over all 3 out of 5.

Stopped in for some quick lunch on the go, the place seemed very unorganized and dirty, I walked out before I could order. A friend of mine lives near the place and swears by it but I on the other hand didn't make it past the dirty counters. I am giving them a three for the sake of them having a bad day and my friend swearing buy it but like all eateries in the city, the signs you see before you order will tell you a lot about the food you will be eating.

I had the Rigatoni Rosa with Parmesan Chicken and I felt some of the rigatonis a little undercooked for my taste. Also I could have used more sauce to add flavor to the dish.

They see you coming in and the look at you and say nothing but continue without saying they will be right with me. I stood there for 4 mins. Caucasian lady seen others coming in then she decided to take my order. It’s 407pm Friday Jan 3rd no parking at all.

Cashier had no idea what they were doing. Forgot part of the order. Simply walked off when they realized that after bringing the food to the table. Several tables had left over food and garbage sitting on the them.

The food was completely late. They hung up the phone on my face without even saying bye, and the staff was very rude. I wouldn’t Come to the store.

The only thing this establishment does really good... is to mess up your meal so bad that it's inedible. Several items were missing and they did nothing about it. I had to order food elsewhere after receiving the order from noodles. Terrible management, and workers.

Literally avoid this place. Stopped after work and ordered some noodles to go, sat in 40 mins of traffic, just to get home and my order be nothing close to what I expected. Management is very incompetent and could care less about resolving customer complaints

They can never seem to get an order correct. Completely left out an entree. The meatballs were dry and they didn’t put any sauce. The one entree they did remember was absolutely incorrect, none of the customization I asked for happened and then on top of that, they included things I didn’t order… worst noodles and company in existence

The manager came to say they are unable to attend us (this place is empty) because of a catering order. 30 mins wait for a chicken noodle soup. Very disappointed on the service of this location.

Went in to order food and was told after waiting for someone to actually acknowledge me that it would be a 25 minute wait. Huh? I said “for everything?” And she said yes. They obviously want this place to close down. And I wont be surprised when it does. Never again.

First of all $8 is too much for a half of a bowl of noodles. I had buttered noodles and tomato soup. The noodles were dry with no butter in sight. The soup tasted like a mixture of soup marinara and something burnt. No kidding honest truth. I don't plan on ever going back to noodles & company again because this is my third bad experience. I also had garbage food at the Hammond location..twice!

Worst experience of my life. Waited almost 40 minutes for my boyfriend's pasta just for it to arrive burned and dry. The staff was reluctant make a replacement dish. She loudly talked about us to other staff so I could hear from my table. I was still waiting on my pasta though. I was dining in the restaurant and was served my food in plastic containers while my boyfriend originally was served in a glass bowl. Two younger guests later came in, one with his face/head completely concealed. He wore a towel wrapped around his head except the eyes, where he was wearing sunglasses. They would steal when staff wasn't looking. I left immediately and called to make the staff aware despite the horrible service. Based on her response and reaction, I doubt she did anything. She clearly hates her job to begin with. I wish I could give 0 stars.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Unsure who they’re hiring to work there, but every single time I’ve ordered from there an item is missing, the order doesn’t arrive. Then when you call for help there’s never anything they can do. I would highly suggest ordering from elsewhere because this place and its management is garbage.

Called the location due to lack of sauce on my order. I was informed there was in fact sauce despite having ordered this same meal every time o go to noodles, and it tasting like butter noodles. Was offered no exchange or apology for a mistake. Was told it wasn’t a mistake. Poor customer service at this location.l for sure.

A small woman who is standing at the cash register is very angry, she doesn't even know how to take orders normally. I asked her for some dishes and she treated me very uncultured 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

inattentive staff; one person was rude in particular. i walked in there and told a short woman with brown hair that i'll be purchasing something i just have to use the restroom first. for context, i have IBS but i don't think anyone should be denied entry to restroom if they're going to give you money. despite me saying that i'm going to purchase food, she said she couldn't give me the bathroom code. i told her how urgent it was in a blunt matter because i was in so much pain and she gave me a wrong look and said "i'm just doing what i'm told." as someone who works in service as a bartender and spent years in fast casual, i never understand this mentality. it's clear that there's either bad management or a lack of management here that employees feel like they have to have this sort of attitude. i was also looking forward to trying the food! it's a shame i won't be going back. if you can't decipher between a potential paying customer and someone you should deny (or at least have a heart) then you probably should find a job where you don't have to deal with as many people. or, management should find better people.
