I asked one of the crew to help me with our order since there were 2 trays of it. She helped but I saw her roll her eyes on me. I guess she's just tired.

We ate breakfast last March 11 at this branch, we ordered rice meal with coffee, sadly no creamer available. Reason why? We don't know, maybe supplies didn't arrive on time? maybe no inventories of supplies daily?

A nice place to hangout at southwoods while waiting. Treat yourself to a chicken king meal and maybe a sundae. Adequate parking and a helpful crew.

We went with my son last night, I just ordered their ordinary grilled burger and my son the fancy whopper thing...but, to my dismay I had a stale bun...dry bread...I didnt complain thinking that it would be my last dine there...not to mention the skyrocketting price they have there.

Food is so-so. Mas masarap pa ang Angel's burjer.

Managers are not even smiling to their customers. Palaging naka simangot. Wala pa akong nakikita na Manager na naka ngiti, akala mo palaging irrate. Pati mga servicecrew ganun din. Sa drive thru area, nagtatanong ng order, hindi naman nakikinig kaya unlimited ang pag order ko at pag tatanong nila ng paulit ulit.. akala ko nga na gets na niya order ko..yun pala hindi padin. Retrain niyo ulit mga Managers at servicecrew. Pag ganyan padin bababa ang rating ng store niyo dyan sa BK Carmona branch.

Ang bagal ng service para sa kokonting mga customer at 11:18 ng umaga. Nagkikwentuhan lang ang mga crew. It took my order 15 minutes!

I bought the 2 piece meal special that cost 129php. I thought that was a bargain but i was very disappointed with it. The taste was different from my previous experience with the whopper jr. What happened. The taste is very different and its not the same. Not only is the taste different my order was ripped off. I was missing 1 whopper jr in the drive thru. I thought it was complete but when i got home it was missing 1 whopper jr. What a big disappointment.

The receipt was punched and when asked for a follow-up they will blame you that you gave a wrong number, when in fact you've input your number when ordering on their site? I bought two orders of burger with fries in this fast food around 8pm today, I can't read the receipt issued to me because the print is faded, so I just keept it to my wallet together with my changed. When I got home I counted my change vs the receipt and I notice that my changed was lacking of 92 pesos. My supposed change should be 392 but the cashier in a boy cut hair, just gave me 300 Pesos only. So goodluck to your journey hija!!!!

The burger was flat and small, unlike the picture. The taste is not bad. It is definitely better to have a burger and spaghetti at Jollibee.

I ordered 4 Plant-Based X-tra Long Chicken without buns (no bread for the same price), and 1 whopper burger Jr. While ordering I repeatedly told the crew no buns please,(I was told,yes we understand no buns). Next window payment for the order, while waiting for my change,I asked the cashier again and reminded her my orders are no buns, (again I was told yes I understand your orders are no buns). Next window picks up the order. Because we waited more than 30 mins in the car lining up in the drive thru wasting our gas and smelling other cars fume makes me upset already I was not going to check my orders because I was assured that there are no buns, but toy surprised my orders we're wrong of course WITH BUNS, I told the cashier I ordered no buns you gave wrong product the cashier answered "Yes Ma'am wrong order", she just keep repeating what I was saying. And I need to ask her for my other drink because she forgot to give it to me. When we got home we checked the food my goodness the saggy few pieces of lettuce.
