Probably the best burger (Bacon Cheeseburger) I've had in a long time. So hot you couldn't even pick it up. My son rated it an 8.5 And the service was superb. The lady at the counter even noticed my son picking at his teeth and brought him a toothpick. Next time I'll try the wings!

Got the 10-wing combo. Wings were cooked perfect. Sauce (hot) was great. Fries were good. I’ll be going back for sure.

Friendly employee greeted me. Took my order. Waited a for the wings to cook. There were people ahead of me, but the wait wasn't bad at all. The traditional wings were crispy. It had a lot of sauce. I ordered the extra hot, it was delicious. Definitely worth the wait. Beverage options could be better. I don't drink soda so the only other option was water. I will definitely go back for another visit!

All the food is delicious, the only bad thing is the customer service, the people who are at the counter and preparing are always with ugly faces and today I have a terrible experience in one of the hamburgers when eating it, I had a hair between the meat, the owner has to choose his staff better and the hygiene that the hair has covered with something, I will definitely continue to buy it is just a review to improve that.

I have been to this establishment many times, making the same order, as well as doordashed from here over the past few years and have NEVER been denied a cup of ranch. I ordered this evening and called the store to verify that 2 ranches were put in my bag, as I always have to do because DoorDash doesn’t have a ranch option, & spoke with Victoria. She stated that I only get 1 cup because I only got one order of tenders. Wait, so if I order 2 orders of 5 tenders then I get 2 ranch cups but if I order 10 tenders then I only get 1? She said she didn’t make the rules so I can’t wait to talk to Shannon, the manager, in the morning to understand their logic behind this. I’ve never had an issue with this establishment until now & it’s actually disheartening.

It's a hole in the wall which isn't necessarily a bad thing but the service and food was sub par at best. The cashier was eating fries at the register while people were waiting in line and the "jumbo" wings i ordered were tiny. You could just tell they put no effort or care into preparing them. They basically gave deep fried wings and barely seasoned it with sprinkled walmart lemon pepper powder. Not worth the money at all. Avoid this place

I'll be absolutely honest, I don't know if this was just a bad day compared to what I see in the reviews but I was not satisfied with the service or the food. It took almost 30 minutes for my food to come out and before that 5 or 6 people received their food (3 who came in AFTER ME and got their food EXTREMELY quicker than I did.) . No acknowledgment, no information on how long it would take, nothing at all. When I finally got the food, I went ahead and tried the fries...bland. The wings didn't taste the best either. The drink tasted like the stack of cups where my cup came from instead of fruit punch. The only good thing about this is the pricing. Like I stated in the beginning, idk if this was just a bad day based off what I see in the reviews or what but I believe that a LOT could have been done better.

Had the wings for the first time today and I was very disappointed! The wings were very dry and had no flavoring, not even salt and pepper! Even with the sauces it still taste bland!! The only thing I would go back for is the celery sticks and the ranch dressing!! Oh wait, I can buy that from Food Lion!

I did a DoorDash order which I usually do. I usually order a 5 tender combo every time so it is on file. When my delivery came it came with no fries. When I called the lady was adamant that the order on the screen said just 5 tenders even though I’ve ordered a combo 7 times so it’s on file. Even the dasher said that it said it was a combo. I was ripped off. I used to love ordering from here but it seems that since I got ripped off and the lady wants to be right about everything which she wasn’t I will never order from here ever again.

Orders a burger with everything on it except pickles due to an allergy. Gets nothing on the burger instead but only pickles. This is not the only time that the order is wrong. 9 out of 10 times has it been wrong. It is a consistent pattern. Food is good. Customer service is bad. Rude employees. Our total amount due is never right. Luckily we check or else we would never know. Need adequate staffing.
