Everyone is so nice and very patient. I also got fresh food during the busiest hours
Now my son and I love thus place. I buy a bowl 🥣 and we share it, that how big the bowl is. My son says mom it's the best. My son don't eat meat, but I do. I love the chicken 🐔 and steak 🍖 . I have also had a burrito 🌯 from there steak it was big and tasted great 👍🏽. Oh my son loves the guacamole ❤️. We have dine in and we have done take-out.
Usually our food is pretty good, we order the exact same thing every time. But in the evening of October 3rd, we had the most incredible meal. I don't know who was working or what was different but oh my good god it was insanely delicious. The cook was COOKING! The person who puts it all in a bowl was putting it all in a bowl very very well! Excellent work. Also the chimichurri sauce is delectable.
First time coming in a while because I was craving some chipotle! Customer service was amazing! They were very quick and surprised the food portion was also great!
This by far is the best Chipotle store ever!! The food is always fresh, the staff are top notch amazing, and it's always super clean. I want to thank the staff for being so amazing in helping me with the app when I was having an issue. They were super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this location!
Ordered Chipotle for the office through Uber Eats, getting two burritos with mixed meat and one chicken burrito bowl. Unfortunately, both burritos were missing the meat, which was really disappointing for my teammates. We usually don’t have issues like this with Chipotle, so this was unexpected and frustrating, especially when ordering for a group. Everything else seemed fine, but missing the main protein is a pretty big oversight. Not sure what went wrong at this particular location, but I hope they improve order accuracy going forward.
The portions at this location get smaller and smaller. Staff isn't bad, but not good either. You don't feel welcomed, more like you're just another number in line as they wait out their time on the clock. Food is never great, but it's not going to give you food poisoning. The chips are stale half the time and never have salt on them while the meats feel like left over scraps of fat more than the actual meat itself. If you have other options, skip this location.
This location used to be good but they hired an older lady who works during the afternoons. The portions she gives are very small in comparison to every other staff member and other chipotles. I wouldn’t consider it one serving of veggies or cheese as she skimps in a ridiculous manner. Not worth paying $10+ for a child’s portion.
I will never go to this location again. I came with my daughter an hour before closing to receive the worst customer service ever. A white employee piled up a white customer before me and then left to go to the back without serving me and my daughter . She goes to the back to chit chat with 5 other employees . We waited 5mins for the cashier to finish the previous customer while 6 employees look at us waiting to be served. The cashier is now making the bare minimum bowl and the previous white employee comes back to service another white customer that had just walked in. I don’t spend my money where I’m not wanted. I should have put it all back.
I almost never leave reviews anywhere so you have to be pretty awful for me to log into my account and post a review. I absolutely love chipotle it’s an almost every day post workout meal, but this is the worst location in Texas if not in the world. The portions are insanely small, it’s like as the days go by they only get stingy. I once asked for a double chicken and they barely gave me any portion at all and when I asked for a bit more, the guy put two pieces and then charged me for triple chicken I don’t even know if this place has a manager, but it’s one of the most awful chipotles out there. While the portions are obviously small and the staff is stingy, it feels like no one has smiled in ages. God knows how this location is still out here .. absolutely atrocious.
I like this place, but even after paying extra for chicken, the portion size doesn’t reflect what you’re paying for. They seem generous with the free carbs, but when it comes to the protein, they go stingy. The manager really needs to address this and ensure employees serve the proper amount of chicken. I come here specifically for the added protein, not to be loaded up on carbs — it’s honestly disappointing
I usually don't leave reviews that are bad. But I felt compelled to share my experience so management can get on top of it. I ordered my normal order as far as my food is concerned and when I got to the cashier I said to her I would like a drink. When she handed me the cup. I asked if she have another size,mind you I had already processed my credit card. She said yes but we don't do an upcharge. I said to her well then what are we going to do because I'd like a larger drink. She reluctantly handed me a larger cup to which I was grateful for but then she made the comment and I quote "next time specify what size you want". I'm from a generation where customer service is very important it would seem to me that the cashier would ask small, medium or large. And it wasn't that she instructed me it was her attitude. When I responded she looked at me as if I had said something wrong, to which I said next time ask you work here I don't. She and the other team just stood there and she would then says to me you can leave. Yes, I can leave when I'm done you're making more of an issue out of it than I am but you don't get to talk to me like I'm your child. So that management could know when this happened. On Sunday October 12th around 3:30. I would hope that the manager was not there and saw this and didn't say anything to this young lady. While Chipotle's is the best pertaining to the food they could invest some money in training in customer service for their young people. They are the most rudest, arrogant self-absorbed people I've ever experienced.
Im a huge chipotle fan here, always rave about it. Will pick chipotle over cava or qdoba. But this location let me down. I don’t come to this one often and this will be my last. They could work on their accuracy on app orders. I ordered on the app, and asked for extra veggies. corn and lettuce and did not get the extra that I asked for. I’ve never had an issue at any other locations before. This location is not it. Would not recommend.
I ordered a chicken 3 pointer and I was charged for a regular chicken bowl. Rice is 1 pt Meat is 2 pt I also ordered a large chips and guacamole. I received a large bag of chips and small container of guacamole. I informed the employee I paid $8.20 for Large Chips and Guac. They said you paid for the large bag of chips and small guac. Chipotle online prices state that I was correct and the employee did not correct the matter.
I usually like Chipotle, but the experience at this location was awful. The cashier lady had a really bad attitude — super rushed and unprofessional. She barely gave me any food compared to the person right in front of me. The portions were ridiculously small, and when I asked for more, she acted annoyed. On top of that, I was being rushed at the drink station like I was holding up a line (there wasn’t even one). I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Definitely not coming back to this location. Do better.
We ordered 2 bowls and 2 burritos. One of the bowls was extremely spicy even though we only asked for the mild salsa. One of the burritos had the order completely wrong. They added in the corn salsa and also did not add the guacamole, which is an extra $3. That burrito was also extremely spicy. We went back and the manager supposedly had the burrito remade with the guacamole and no corn. However, after we got back home. We discovered that the burrito once again excluded the guacamole and had corn in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Not only did we waste our time but we also did not get what we paid for. I have included a picture of the remade burrito that clearly does not have guacamole and has corn in it. I also included the label with what the burrito was supposed to include.
After a long wait (cashier first serviced queue jumpers to get sauce and water cup), I ate out hard solid unchewable unknown particle in the bowl. See photo : black particle is of unknown nature, off-white particle is like rubber (I originally thought it was tooth but thankfully it is not). This is totally not acceptable! My tooth is hurting now after biting on them!!
There must be no one managing this place. At 6:00 PM on a Monday, no white rice, no black beans, the “carnitas” looked like a combo of baby food and dog food in a soupy liquid, really unrecognizable and disgusting. I should have been watching other people leaving when they got up to their turn in the long line. Should NOT have accepted this stinky mess. Does that look like carnitas to you? Had to have it put in a separate container to avoid getting all the liquid and it smells rank. In the trash it goes !
The only plus side of my visit was using a gift card. I splurged on the Carne Asada and got food poisoning. I am not sure if it was any of the veggies or the meat sitting for a long time At 530pm, they were already out of cilantro-lime rice. The lemonade and juices were nearly empty. I guess everyone ahead of me was waiting for chicken as thr queue was not in order. My bowl was ready for sides but I'm held up waiting for 3 people to get chicken
