100% Recommend and Must go to boba tea place! They make their Boba Tea’s look delicious and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, and don’t worry you’re not being fooled by the look because it tastes just like how it looks! Very delicious and sweet! What I love more about this place is their cute little note they place on the boba! I love you guys and you might as well be seeing me again! I will be a loyal customer here for sure!

This franchise really knows their tea. It's real brewed tea and not just the premixed powder. I also like the fact that you can ask for zero sugar and no ice.

We got jasmine milk tea with boba, 1/2 sugar, 1/2 ice. The tea was brewed just right and had the just enough sweetness and the boba had just enough softness and bite. We also got the cheese foam jasmine tea with grass jelly which was equally yummy. Also got the strawberry stormy with mango pops which so good. I want to try their other milk teas flavors so I can’t wait to come back. Service was quick and friendly!

Came here for the first time last week. Loved the drinks! Heart-shaped boba!?! Sold! My son wasn’t a huge fan of the watermelon drink, but I think it’s because it was like our watermelon juice. I really enjoyed it. I definitely will be back to try out some additional flavors!

Absolutely Delicious! I've ordered from R&B Tea Carrollton twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic! Their House Milk Tea is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet and incredibly refreshing. I also loved their Premium Beef Sausage Hotdog—juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. The Rice Cake Sausage Skewer was another standout: the texture was spot-on and the flavor combination was unique and addictive. Everything I’ve tried so far has been fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to order again!

We got one of taro stormy (milky) tea and a black tea with aloe bubbles. They both are very good. The place offers plenty of chairs and tables if you want to sit in and enjoy your drinks. The place is very clean. You order through machine, so it is very convenient to customize sweetness, ice, toppings, etc. the price is regular, about $5 per cup.

I ordered a Thai Tea with boba and it hit the spot. There's two kiosks and plenty of seating. They also have board games here. There's so many boba shops in the area and this one might go overlooked as it's not in the main shopping plazas so I'm glad to have tried it out.

It was our first time going there, so we didn't know what to expect. They had two large kiosks where you can place your orders from a wide selection. There were pictures of specialities and food items everywhere. Wide variety of drinks from classic boba drinks, different types of tea, cheese foam selections, a wide variety of topics to choose from (Yes to the egg pudding) and desserts. We ordered the Avocado Stormy cheese foam with egg pudding, Stormy dragon fruit with cocolychee jelly, and a winter melon stormy drink. I absolutely loved my avocado drink. It was super refreshing after the kbbq, and the avocado tasted fresh dland delicious. There stormy dragon fruit drink is definitely a nice summer drink, and the winter melon is really good if you want to change it up. We went on a Sunday with about a hour until closing. It was still somewhat packed when we got there. Pretty popular spot with people talking and having a good time for sure. I believe their AC was broke so, they had a separate fan and AC blowing, but it didn't cause a disturbance or anything like that. Overall experience was great. Would definitely go again to drink out other drinks.

I always get their kumquat lemon tea and love it everytime but saw they had matcha latte and had to try it. There’s other flavors in their matcha series too! There’s not a lot of boba shops around with good matcha, so I was surprised by this! I ordered it at 100% sweetness and it was the right amount of sweet where you could still taste the matcha without it being overpowering.

First time visiting this boba shop. Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Drink was well-made and enjoyable. I’d gladly return.

I got black sugar milk tea with less sugar and no ice. The boba was soft and chewy. The milk tea was too creamy and sweet. I need to try with half sugar next time.

Another nice tea spot to welcome in DFW! Their drinks are pretty decent. We tried the Hawaiian Fruit Tea which was huge but good. I had a Chocolate Milk Tea which was just okay honestly - not sure if they were just having an off day or their Milk Teas aren't their specialty. Overall, I'd come back if I was ever in the area. The area is cute and cozy too!

Updated: we came back! Fresh fruits with the fragrant jasmine tea is such a refreshing combination, definitely a must order. The brown sugar milk tea was ok.

However, despite the rush and the long wait for a fruit tea and brown rice milk tea, they had forgotten to add boba per request and was charged for it as well. Edit: they reached out to me and remedied the issue by remaking the order for me. thank you!

I waited exactly 35 mins for these waffles even when the shop was slow. The waffles came out unevenly cooked and uncooked inside, not crispy and chewy. Would not recommend to spend $6 and over 30mins for a waffle like this

Their new item croffle was terribly hard and cold, not the reg soft and chewy texture that you’d expect. When were asked, one of the girls bluntly said “oh the waffle was made in the morning thats why its cold, we’re still testing out the recipe and stuff”. Okay its 10pm, so you sold your tested item at full price and didnt even offer to warm it up or something. They’re the only place opens late in the area so i guess they could care less about customer service. Love their drinks and bubble waffle but I’d rather go support other local businesses.

It's just your standard R&B Tea chain. Drinks a bit overpriced especially for the quality. It's a bit noisy too at times. However they have decent wifi speeds and lots of outlets making a great late night study spot.

In our latest order, placed through the Uber platform, we ordered five drinks. Two kumquat lemon green teas (one at 70% sweetness and the other at 100% sweetness) seemed to lack the sweet flavors entirely and tasted like green tea mixed with water, with lychee jelly and two pieces of lemon added to each cup. We used to love this place, but we can’t handle any more disappointments. I hope they improve their service to better serve their customers.

My family and ordered two matcha teas from them via uber eats and they added way too much matcha powder to the point it was terribly bitter. I did however order a taro stormy and I was happy with it. Just too much matcha powder…

Came in 3/20/25 9pm, ordered two drinks and asked for a remake because it didn’t taste like the normal mango milk tea i always order. They said they ran out of the mango powder so didn’t include any. On our way out, the asian girl with the short hair that works there (that we didn’t interact with) said a backhanded comment, “remember to order something that u want next time”, as we were going out the door. Extremely rude. If you can’t deal working in a customer oriented workspace, don’t work at all. Good job on showing how much you’re worth, clearly you weren’t raised right.The blonde girl with the glasses was nice.

I got a worst experience yesterday. We got 3 bottles of half gallon ( 2 milk tea and 1 kumquat ice tea). We asked for 70% of sugar. Waiting for 40 mins cause only one person worked. The drinks weren’t sweet as all, seems like no sugar in there and not flavorful. We gave a called and hope to add some sugar/ or remake them. They seem hestitated to agree on remaking the drinks, finally agreed to remake the drinks after discussing. When we arrived, we had to explain one more time(which we didn’t mind), but the frustrated thing was the attitude gaven by the staffs. They were annoyed and staring at us. Didnt even change the cap of the bottle or say a word to us. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you dont want, just let us know cause we had to drive 40MINS to your store. Plus, as a regular customer, we are always happy with previous visits, but this is unacceptance.

Not saying i’m a professional boba rater but wow, this place is not that great. This is my first time here, we were not greeted. I ordered the Matcha and it was not even decent quality. Wanted to go back in and ask to change drinks but after reading the negative reviews about employees, decided not to. The boba itself and hard and not that much flavor to them.

Paid $1.25 for boba and $.85 for grass jelly and got like about “3 bobas” in my cup

I Purchased a green thai tea that tasted horrible so I went back and asked nicely if I could exchange for another tea, the lady with short blonde hair gave me a horrible attitude and responded with “you should’ve ordered something else” then after this I ordered a waffle the worker then proceeded to slam the waffle passive aggressively against the counter and acted like she didn’t know It was mine, when she noticed that I saw her she asked if it was mine knowing it was. The place is also very hot they have a fan that blows humid air. I don’t recommend any green teas but I do recommend the waffle and make sure to ask for extra boba you only get a spoons worth for .95¢ and the black sugar tea don’t expect what’s on the picture it came without black sugar syrup I’d rate .5 if I could not zero because the waffle helps this place even though the waffle I received is undercooked
