This is the perfect place to start your Saturday. Delicious acai bowls with a variety of topping options. Super cute inside with plants and mellow music. The staff are friendly & helpful. They also have artwork, stickers, and cute totes/shirts/sweatshirts from local artists.

I have been meaning to review this place for such a long time; their açaí bowls are amazinggggg, I usually get the mami bowl which never fails to slap. Their avocado toast is also soo good, and the interior is so cute and calming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those that visit the k-town area and live near Carrollton. But tbh I drive 30 minutes to have their bowls and it’s totally worth it. Sheena, the owner, is soooo kind, so y’all better be hella nice to her when you visit!!

20/10. This location is out of my way, but I’ll make the drive every time for the top quality service and food! Smaller menu, but truly everything you could need for a fresh and tasty meal. I never once had to ask a question, they read my mind and answered everything I needed to know proactively, and everyone was so kind. The atmosphere is also very calm and peaceful, just what I need!

I love the variety of juices and açaí bowls! I haven’t been able to find a store that sells açaí bowls and I fell in love with this place. Great atmosphere - several tables (indoors and outdoors) and they offer free wifi. If you’re looking for a place that sells healthy food this is your go-to place!

Everything about this place was captivating. The food, the environment and most importantly the energy. I visited for my first time today and the smoothie bowl was filling in the healthiest way possible. I feel good after what I ate. Every interaction w/ other guests, the person working the register and even the owner herself was magical. She was a sweet soul and her energy radiates in her business! Luckily for me I work down the street so I’ll be here often. Thank you Bowl Mami, for being not only delicious but kind!!

Wonderful place owned by wonderful people! The owner came into the company I work for today to get her fire extinguisher inspected. Our inspector wasn’t there and she said she had to get a baby sitter to bring it, so I just offered to drop it off later in the day when it was inspected. She said she didn’t want to inconvenience me but I assured her it was no problem, and that I had a toddler of my own so I completely understood. She then went out to her car and got a stuffed animal to give my daughter just for helping her out! On top of that, when I got here just how to deliver the extinguisher they gave me a free drink! I have never tried açaí before and this smoothie is wonderful! I highly recommend this place and the prices are beyond reasonable for such a high quality product!

I have been trying to find açaí bowls all over Dallas that are good, without preservatives and extra ingredients, but this just supersedes my expectations. Their bowl portion sizes are very big and well priced, and their quality of ingredients is probably the best I've seen in Dallas. Amazing store with very friendly service. This store DESERVES A VISIT FROM EVERYONE, I promise you, you will not be disappointed. If you are, I will delete my comment.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner and one of her amazing staff members. I had never been to bowl Mami before so I was a bit timid ordering behind the counter but that didn’t last long due to how welcoming everyone was and how they made me feel right at home! The bowl was sensational. Even though it may be a little pricey it is 100000% worth it due to the fact that everything you see in the bowl is made in house like the base and EVEN THE PEANUT BUTTER (WHICH WAS ALSO AMAZING ON ITS OWN) overall I’d love to give a big thank you to bowl mami for a great experience and I think I’ve just found my new go to bowl spot 😉.

I ordered the bowl with dragon fruit and added a scoop of almond butter. The almond butter is freshly ground and was absolutely delicious. Great option for fresh, vegetarian and vegan options. This made for a lovely, light lunch. Will definitely return if I’m in the area! A friend went with me and they knew her by name, which I always appreciate.

Good smaller sized spot with really delicious açaí options!! We got the endless summer signature bowl with açaí and refreshing summer fruits blended in. I asked and there’s no added sugar, the base was slightly tart and mixed perfect with the fruit, granola, and agave. Definitely coming back for a sweet treat!

I also love how Eco-Friendly Bowl Mami is. Our entire time there, there was no plastic used which is super awesome! There are even games on the table to keep you entertained. The whole aesthetic blew me away! Being a vegan and really into healthy eating and Eco-Friendly alternatives, I couldn’t stop smiling. Even though I live a little over 30 minutes away, this definitely will be my new favorite spot!

I had the ginger carrot juice, avocado toast with tomatoes and a Pitaya smoothie bowl. Everything was great from the juice and toast to the atmosphere and music. I love the local artist’s paintings and things inside! Very cute spot to work on my laptop for hours. Will definitely be coming back!

I specifically ordered spinach as a blend in, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that I requested spinach as a topping. When I showed the employee my online receipt that clearly specifies spinach as a blend in, I was shown the receipt which only said "toppings: pineapple, blueberry, spinach" and told that I needed to specify that it was a blend in. The bowl was already made with spinach as a topping. Seems like common sense to me to NOT have spinach ON a smoothie bowl, but apparently it was not to the employee. She kindly remade my bowl, but it should be noted that the online ordering and in house printing do not match. Update- got home to enjoy my bowl and there are still leaves of spinach in it...did she just go mix it together? Next time I order online I will have to specify in the notes to blend the spinach!!

Great sized açaí bowl for $12, everything was good. I honestly just prefer my bowls being made right then in there. You could tell it was frozen beforehand, still great though!

Small business with caring personality. Bowl was tasty and surprisingly filling. If your looking for a solid acai bowl while knowing your helping a small business give it a shot.

I really love this place and a loyal customer, but I really think there needs to be more staff! I used to come in and order instore , but would wait quite a bit just for a drink. Longer than I should have. Then I figured to place an order for pick up thinking the wait time would be less by the time I got there. Unfortunately, they’re always running behind and my drink doesn’t get made until I arrive. They definitely need at least 3 people working. And I normally just see one do all the work.

I've been patronizing Bowl Mami over 3 years and I was coming 5-6 days every week and since the owner sold and the new owners have taken over customer service and the atmosphere has declined. As a Rewards point customer that occasionally pays with cash the cashier, Monica didn't ask if I wanted to put in my phone number to get my points and once the transaction is complete its too late!!! January 2026, and I've been 3 times and consistency in portion size and customer sevice is lacking so this year my visits will be lessen!!!
