I’ve been going to this location for years. My coworker and I often stop by on our lunch break and my boyfriend and I will drive across town specifically to go to this one. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they recognize me as a regular which is so sweet. Truly one of my favorite spots in the area

The food I've gotten here has always been fresh, hot, and very tasty. The store is very clean and well stocked. I will be a returning customer.

Golden Chick never misses! The chicken was fresh, crispy, and seasoned just right — not too salty, just full of flavor. The fries were hot and crunchy, and the service was super friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving comfort food. Can’t forget the rolls either — they’re dangerously good 🔥

This was an inside order for to go. I had ordered the $20.99 limited-time offer family meal that came with 12 chicken tenders, one family side, and three yeast rolls and a free ice cream cone. The chicken tenders can either be normal or spicy– in my case I got half spicy and half normal. The staff didn't greet me, I had to walk up to the cash register before I was actually noticed and not with a "hello" either, however they were friendly and smiled. It took about 7 minutes to receive my food. The food was still hot when I got home (about a 10 minute drive). Instead of 3 rolls, I received 4! The rolls were soft, hot and buttery! I received the total 12 tenders, but about half were very small , no bigger than my pinky finger and some tenders had large patches without breading (the image included with hand comparison are full tenders). The mashed potatoes were very crumbly but tasted well. The spicy chicken tenders were very spicy! Normally I handle spicy foods well but boy howdy I needed water nearby! The spices seem to be the same they use on the Tallahassee hot chicken sandwich. I love chicken tenders but I would rate these about average and the mashed potato side as nothing to write home about. I had requested the honey mustard dipping sauce but never received them.

This was not the best experience when visiting this location, and I hope management takes the time to address it. I pulled up to the drive-through to place my order, and the heavier-set employee taking my order over the intercom was rushing me while I was still trying to decide. I finished ordering and pulled up to the window, but what happened next was very concerning. The employee sneezed into his hands and then immediately proceeded to handle my drink and food without washing or sanitizing his hands. Watching someone touch my order right after sneezing was extremely unsanitary and honestly very disgusting. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable consuming the food and ended up wasting my money. Basic hygiene and food safety should be a priority at any restaurant, especially when handling customers’ food. I’m hoping management sees this and addresses the issue with staff regarding proper food handling and sanitation.

Ordered the fried fish via Uber Eats. The fish was so hard all you could taste was cornmeal, no fish. I eaten there many times and had this meal and their chicken many times. But this time it was horrible, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Very disappointed. Will notify Uber Eats.

I ordered a two piece spicy meal and this is what I get. The customer service was terrible. I was nice patient and waited for my food for six minutes for this. This is the worst everything is already expensive enough and you're rude to me because you applied to work there I was nice when placing my order this is Unacceptable. Cold fries, no ketchup just sloppy

If I could give it a 0 star review I would! The gentleman who was at the window taking orders one handed me my drink so hard that the lid popped off my cup and spilt on my hand plus car he didn’t even say anything or offer napkins. Then I go to look at my food and it was supposed to be spicy he made them regular so I go park go inside and let him know they are supposed to be spicy.. Then he looks at his coworker and shrugs his shoulders and rolls his eyes takes my food and drowned them in the spicy seasoning like shown below.. Very rude will be reaching out to corporate i’m not one to make reviews but this was disgusting behavior. I went 8/19/24 at 12:30pm!
