Mannn THE Last two times I went (I just left) that tall white younger looking dude that made my pizzas is AWESOME!! !! SEEMS LIKE HE ACTUALLY TAKES TIME AND PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT HE IS DOING. I LOVE THIN CRUST, THE CRUST WAS CRISPY AT THE EDGE, LIGHTLY BUTTERED AND STILL HAD A SOFT BITE TO IT HE NEEDS A PROMOTION!!!

They have new location across the street from the old restaurant. Much easier to get in and out of. Not to mention this new delivery driver that gets your order correct and prompt service. Tip well deserved.

Very friendly staff! This Pizza Hut is clean. I have never had an issue with my call in orders. Delivery area is limited but I understand because the safety of the employee is important. The pizza is always amazing and the Chicken Alfredo pasta is the best!

Ordered on their website and received status updates on the order. Received it in 30 minutes. The driver called when close by to make sure he met me at the correct door and was very friendly and professional. Food was great!

I ordered from this store and I have to compliment the crew especially Carleigh and Pam for making my experience great! I was in a hurry and when I walked in they greeted me with smiles and welcome! Which in turn made me smile. They were busy but took the time to make sure my order was accurate and made sure I had all the extra spices and sauces that my kids demand! They were awesome! Keep up the good work ladies! Oh and the food was fresh and still hot when I got home. 5 star all day long!

I wish I caught your name, so your employers could give you some recognition. That’s why I put the date and time on here, so hopefully they will see this and give you some kind of recognition as you definitely deserve it.

They are the best national chain pizza around here. I know I have tried all of them.

I saw 2 employees in the store. Neither was wearing a mask. The person handling the food did not have a hat.

The pizza was great however the lady working had an attitude. I called in my order and was told 15-20 minutes. I go to pick up my pizza that was ready but was told I had to wait for someone else to ring me up. So I waited and waited. The guy said they were busy, which I completely understand. The lady final came up with an attitude and said she was the only one in the kitchen, so she had to finish those orders. I get it but when someone walks in to pick up something you should get them out if theirs is ready. I work in the public, I understand being short staffed more than you know.

When I got home there was no sauce and it was storming outside so I could not return it. I didn't even call to let them know what happened. The young lady who took the order over the phone was rude or upset already. I should have checked my pizza before I left.

Great pizza however it was somewhat cold due to employees being to busy talking to each other instead of paying attention when I was there to pick up my pizza curbside. If you're going to offer curbside pickup employees must pay attention and do their jobs properly.

Not a great experience...after waiting over an hr for a pizza and breadsticks delivery, they were cold and hard upon arrival. Also, I ordered dipping sauces and was charged for them but didn't receive them.

Food and service are always great, but pretty irritated that after delivering to my house on almost a weekly basis for the last 8 years they decided that I'm now "outside of their delivery range and there is nothing they can do about it" yet saw a neighbor get delivery a few days ago....

The pizza had soo much sauce and cheese the pizza didn't even get done in some places! It was gross! Pizza was dry and over cooked. I ordered cheese sticks they did not have much cheese on them at all and what cheese that was on them was very brown and overcooked. The pepperoni tasted like it was spoiled. After driving 20 miles to pick up the pizza I was very disappointed when I got home. Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza in the 80s and early 90s, but it has just gone downhill. The Bremen location closed, and I honestly don't know how this location remains in business. The pizza was terrible, and so were the breadsticks. I'm officially done with Pizza Hut.

Please make sure that the pizza especially the PAN pizza are baked thoroughly. Ours was not.

It is the worst place to call and ask for delivery, when they arrived at my house they always came with half of my order, other times the guy who made the delivey had to return to the pizzeria to pick up part of the order that he had forgotten, today was the last day I ordered in this place, for me worst service!

Placed an order online, got the order confirmation email. We have ordered several times from this place. We call after about 1.5 hours and are told it will be there in another 30 minutes. No biggie. Then we call again and we are informed that the order was cancelled. We apparently put in the wrong phone number, so I understand that it was cancelled because the phone number did not confirm the order, but we wouldn't have waited so long if we had received any communication of the cancellation. We had the email confirmation of the order and that was it. They also said we had never ordered there before....they are half right. We will not be ordering there again lol

Absolutely awful, terrible service, extremely rude staff! that don't have your items stocked, give you things you didn't order, that you don't realize until you're home (miles away) of course, then tell you that they don't do said item, so replaced it with this or that, without your consent and charge your card for stuff you don't like and then refuse to refund your card and instead offer to give you credit for an amount less than half of what you paid for the order THEY botched. The manager is the worst, we have had three bad dealings with this harpie and after yesterdays fiasco, I called head office to complain. The place is a health hazard, loose flooring all over, this is why our last two orders have been take out, tables have to be cleaned right before you're seated, because they're too lazy to clean between customers unless they have to. Menus are sticky to the touch, it's just a hole, close it already or fire your useless staff, who seemed more interested in talking to each other, swearing like sailors, than serving their customers. Nothing like being made to feel that you're putting them out, for expecting them to do their job, you know, that thing they get paid for. So just in case the people that actually own this joint happen to read these comments, I seriously suggest you take a long hard look at the staff that is running your livelihood into the ground. Sales dropped recently? This is why, our last three dealings with them have been awful, they make mistakes and then lie. Have a friend go in and order as any other customer, or have them take out, then when the order is wrong and it will be wrong, if you order bone in wings, which they apparently don't do but don't tell you this on the phone and then give you chicken nuggets in my opinion, wings have bones. See how they speak to you for daring to ask for your money back or the exact value of your order, not that you take it after these exchanges, I don't fancy my pizza with a side of spit. Honestly people, avoid at all costs, there are other pizza huts to give your business to.

First time customer ordered delivery and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get here, and when they did they forgot my wings and my pizza was cold. Called the store to talk to a manager and she didnt offer any compensation for my time. They come back with my wings and they are cold old and poorly seasoned.

Literally the worst pizza Hut location I've ever experienced. Every time I order it has taken 2+ hours to receive my order, and that's after I call and ask why I haven't received my order. My advice is just stick to Domino's or locally owned pizza/wings place because this pizza hut ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.

My experience has been horrible ordered a pizza online and it never got delivered spoke to the delivery guy and he was on his way. Then today I call in to speak to general manager and get told by the cashier that the order was canceled and have to wait 3-5 Business days for my refund when I was never notified of my order being canceled and couldn't get a confirmation number or reassurance I would get my money back. Horrible customer service and horrible overall professionalism on there part. I did not expect to get anything free I just expected to get my order or at least my money back.

Called for delivery to work. After an hour, I called to check on the order. They are now using some call center who knows absolutely NOTHING and refuses to get me to the store directly. A couple phone calls and an hour-and-a-half later, the restaurant and the call center is closed. We never got our food delivered. Customer service is awful!

If the store isn’t open for orders then the website shouldn’t let you place a order and pay. Ordered pizza and then got a phone call telling me they were already putting stuff away. At 9:00 on a Friday night. I’ve never had a pizza place do that or close so early on a Friday.

This place has gotten down hill quick

Not sure what a going on with pizza hut tonight. Normally fantastic service & everything. Tonight, food was nearly 40mins late. No apologies and there was a freakin bug on pizza when open up the box!

I won’t ever order from this pace again the delivery people need learn to call and they need learn how to knock on the door instead of leaving food on the porch. The neighbors dog at my pizza, breadsticks and pasta.

shame on this location! My company orders from Pizza Hut on a regular basis for our company lunches that employees and customers depend on weekly to be served at 12:00sharp. Pizza Hut was on our approved list and accommodated us up until today. We ordered the pizza pies as normal and 12:00 came around and no one from Pizza Hut called us to let us know what was happening. When we called them they ignored the calls from our business line but answered when we called from another line. Said they asked door dash to deliver for us and should not have been taking our orders along. When we finally got in touch with door dash that had the pizza pies she was headed to Heard County and we are in Bremen GA!! Pizzas arrived cold at 1:15PM. Needless to say our customers gave up and went somewhere else for their lunch when we had invited them to have lunch with us!! Pizza Hut never even let us know there was an issue!! Poor service, poor quality of food, poor management!! If I could give a negative review today, Pizza Hut definitely deserves a negative review!!

One hour wait time turned in to an hour 35 minute wait time. Slow confused, and disorganized staff drastically increase my wait time. When I did get my pizza, it was lukewarm. The deep dish pizzas didn’t have sauce and cheese on all of it, pretty splotchy. The pepperoni could no joke be dropped and shattered like glass it was so hard. I was given less wings then was advertised. Staff was unhelpful and left my pizza box open while working on over things. Aka took my wings out of my box that was already finished by the time I got there, walked around the corner and then came back with them??? My 32 dollar double pizza wing box didn’t include ranch? Which I was promptly informed I would have to pay for.

First off, when my wife comes in your store, do not comment on her and let her hear you talking about her in the back. Shoot your shot when you're not working. And also, don't get mad when we want a fresh pizza when you forgot to make the other one. I had to leave my house and come to the store because she didn't feel comfortable. Not coming back to this store for a while or until this kid is fired.

Ordered online delivery to my place of work not even 5 minutes down the road from them . While I was dealing with customers, Some guy named Chris called me left a voicemail saying there was no delivery drivers!? Excuse me why offer delivery then ? So he said please call me back to cancel the order, so I then tried . I called the “store number” which I was on hold for 20 minutes with their “why do they care so much..?” Slogan on replay over and over again . It would appear that they don’t care though. 20 minutes and you can’t pick up the phone. I literally was transferred somehow to a customer service guy that sounded like we was out of country. I still have yet to get ahold of anyone to be able to get my money returned. I thought I’d give Pizza Hut a shot again because it has been a while since I had it, but after tonight I will never spend my hard earned money or time with this company ever again.

Usually good service, but tonight- not so much. I placed an order online and then immediately called the store to add a personal pan pizza (not available for online order). I was immediately put on hold. Stayed on hold so long, I hung up and called back. I asked to add to my order, but the delivery girl had just left. Told me they would place the order and waive the second delivery fee for the inconvenience. My order should arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 Minutes they called back to tell me They couldn't deliver for less than $10, so I added cheesebread; then they added the delivery fee back on! The order arrived another 20 minutes later with plain breadsticks, the wrong crust topping on the personal pan. The first order arrived squished- Cheese all over the top of the box. Not getting another dime from me at this location. So beyond angry!

Just moved to town trying to find a descent pizza, went 5 days ago with coupon, good service and pizza. Went today, overweight rude female would not honor coupon. I usually get pizza once a week, guess they can lose this sale and no business from me again. Looks like Johnies pizza has my business. Pizza hut is dead to me. Cannot recommend.

This has got to be one of the worst pizza huts i ever ate at! Ordered two pizzas wings and breadsticks and nothing was remotley warm. The pizza was so dried out that we ended up wasting most of it. Dry breadsticks cold wings just disgusting. Being an ex employee of pizza hut i was very disappointed and will never eat at this location again!

The last 2 times I went to this location they have screwed my order up I won't be going back the manager was rude I had to call 3 different times to get my order placed which was 1 lg pepperoni stuff crust light sauce 1 lg pan double pepperoni double mushroom and bacon. When I got there at first was like your total is $71 I'm like I'm not paying that for 2 pizzas but there was 2 orders with same name different phone number first pizza was done and second pizza was done incorrectly I specifically said pan and it was a thin crust and didn't listen when I said light sauce. So I asked for manager when I told her my order was not right she was like what you expect me to do about it you don't talk to customers like that. I expected my order right the first time. Just after my order was being corrected the next order was messed up too just very bad service

The last 2 times I went to this location they have screwed my order up I won't be going back the manager was rude I had to call 3 different times to get my order placed which was 1 lg pepperoni stuff crust light sauce 1 lg pan double pepperoni double mushroom and bacon. When I got there at first was like your total is $71 I'm like I'm not paying that for 2 pizzas but there was 2 orders with same name different phone number first pizza was done and second pizza was done incorrectly I specifically said pan and it was a thin crust and didn't listen when I said light sauce. So I asked for manager when I told her my order was not right she was like what you expect me to do about it you don't talk to customers like that. I expected my order right the first time. Just after my order was being corrected the next order was messed up too just very bad service

This has got to be one of the worst pizza huts i ever ate at! Ordered two pizzas wings and breadsticks and nothing was remotley warm. The pizza was so dried out that we ended up wasting most of it. Dry breadsticks cold wings just disgusting. Being an ex employee of pizza hut i was very disappointed and will never eat at this location again!

First off, when my wife comes in your store, do not comment on her and let her hear you talking about her in the back. Shoot your shot when you're not working. And also, don't get mad when we want a fresh pizza when you forgot to make the other one. I had to leave my house and come to the store because she didn't feel comfortable. Not coming back to this store for a while or until this kid is fired.

shame on this location! My company orders from Pizza Hut on a regular basis for our company lunches that employees and customers depend on weekly to be served at 12:00sharp. Pizza Hut was on our approved list and accommodated us up until today. We ordered the pizza pies as normal and 12:00 came around and no one from Pizza Hut called us to let us know what was happening. When we called them they ignored the calls from our business line but answered when we called from another line. Said they asked door dash to deliver for us and should not have been taking our orders along. When we finally got in touch with door dash that had the pizza pies she was headed to Heard County and we are in Bremen GA!! Pizzas arrived cold at 1:15PM. Needless to say our customers gave up and went somewhere else for their lunch when we had invited them to have lunch with us!! Pizza Hut never even let us know there was an issue!! Poor service, poor quality of food, poor management!! If I could give a negative review today, Pizza Hut definitely deserves a negative review!!
