I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience yet with this location. Consistently fast, delicious and courteous. Reasonable price. I have zero complaints. Just today, ordered my food at 11:52; they were outside of my job with my food by 12:11. 19 minutes!!! $12 for a sandwich, chips, delivery and 20% tip. Tell me what restaurant can do that, I’ll wait. Keep up the great work, y’all.

Amazing ,great food, and subs it's my go to lunch place. I know what you are thinking, why not go to subway or firehouse subs. I tried sandwiches from all 3, i feel Jimmy johns has a edge on both of them, because they have clean stores, the people who work there care about the customer's and make sure they are always happy. They put their time into making ur sandwiches the best they can be, fast and fresh. You will be happy with any sandwich you get at Jimmy johns trust me you will be happy, full and when you have finshed ur money will be worth the while
Quick service, clean restaurant and the sandwich maker went out of his way to give me a little extra bacon on my sandwich! Bread is my favorite and so fresh. All workers were polite.
Attended my church small group meeting - we always bring food to share - I brought the sandwich 12 pack catering box. I choose 6 different sandwiches and got two of each. The Pepe (Ham, Provolone, Lettuce & Tomato) - Big John ( Roast Beef, Lettuce & Tomato)- Turkey Tom (Turkey, Lettuce & Tomato)- Vito (Salami, Capocolla, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil) - Country Club (Turkey, Ham, Provolone, lettuce & tomato) - Italian Night Club (Salami, Capocolla, Ham, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil). The sandwiches were small, but the price was very reasonable and I thought the portion of cheese and meat on most of the versions was okay - however, the roast beef was just too skimpy. On that one, all you got was bread, lettuce, tomato and a couple very small, thin slices of roast beef - not a choice I would pick again. Overall, it was a hit at our meeting, but I'll choose better on my sandwich selection next time! A couple of other notes - the online ordering process was easy and the young lady that assisted me at the store was very nice and pleasant!
I ordered a club sandwich, add bacon, cut in half. The receipt had those listed. I got a sandwich that ONLY had bacon for meat; no ham, no turkey. Not cut in half. (Maybe there was some confusion among the orders) Plus, the bread was way over baked, so much so that I could thwack it with my finger and hurt myself. I asked one of the employees if that’s normal and he said yep. He did ask me if I wanted a new sandwich but I asked if the bread was always like this and he said yeah. The employees were nice at least, but the food quality wasn’t so good.
2 stars out of respect for the Jimmy John's legacy. 1 star because of the staff. Although it seemed like there were some high turnover rates, it seemed like this location had management issues. I never met a manager (at least one that was apparent), I had more problems with my orders than at any other location, and notice a general disinterest in professionalism. You should have really remind them before hanging up to make sure they saved everything you said....
Ordered 2 Sandwiches on 10/15/17 about 615pm The #12 was great, but the Turkey sandwich was slim on meat and veggies, Had 2 tomato's in it and barely any lettuce. The meat on the edges was dry(old) so I just threw it out. The sweet tea tasted old and poured it out as well. Need some adult's working in this location for sure. Never had a bad sandwich from the one in Newnan.
The GM at this location is not customer service oriented and will not accept fault for issues with his store. His workers are more customer service oriented than he is. I had an incident with this store where my order was mistakenly taken by the delivery driver and instead of the GM remaking the sandwich, he refused and made my pickup person wait for the delivery driver to return, then when I called back to speak with him, he had the audacity to offer for me to bring it back and he would make another one. This was 30 min after my scheduled pick up time. Due better Jimmy John's, needless to say I will not be patronizing this location again.
Every single time I order delivery from this location, they just don't deliver my food. On one occasion, they apparently lost my ticket (not sure what this means) so when I called, they were able to deliver my order to me two hours after I initially ordered and the rest of my orders recently just haven't been delivered at all. I've had to call the corporate line to get a refund which then takes time to get the money back. If this happened every once in a while, it would be fine, it's a mistake, but this has been every time I've ordered from this location. It's hard enough to coordinate my lunch break with my coworkers, but then not having your food you've already paid for delivered just sucks. The one time they actually delivered my order without any issue, they forgot one of the items. :( I will say they're usually nice about it, but after the third time this happens, nice just doesn't make up for not getting what I've paid and waited for.
Ordering for me and a coworker and I waited 41 minutes called them he said they were short staffed ok that’s understandable he said they were on the way another ten minutes went by still haven’t shown up they are very close to my job so I called again they still haven’t left and the boy I spoke with was rude to me on the phone then I caught him in a lie so I just decided to cancel my order My lunch break was over by then very disappointed in the service at this location!! If they were behind they could have called after placing my order so I would have known I what to expect!!
Over an hour to have your sandwich delivered is absolutely terrible. Don't put up a motto of freaky fast if you can't up hold it. I then wrote to the email address on Jimmy John's website. They wrote back and said this location was a franchise and they would forward my complaint and information to the person in charge. It has been over a week I guess no one there cares about their customers. Terrible ownership and management!
Freaky fast you are not. After ordering it took over an hour to get my order. When i called i was told it had left 10 minutes before. Still took another 30 minutes. No apology. No straws for our drinks. Sandwiches looked thrown together. No thanks ever again.
"Honesty is not only morally right, it is also highly efficient," according to a sign in this Jimmy John's. This inspired me to revise my review regarding a recurring issue at this restaurant. This review is for the owner of this Jimmy John's regarding a customer-unfriendly policy. *** Today, I ordered a Beach Club with sprouts and asked that tomatoes be included on only one half of the sandwich. I was splitting this sandwich with my husband. Consider: >My husband and I were the only people in line. >There were about 6 people dining in the restaurant and about 20 open seats. >Three sandwich makers stood at the ready to make our one sandwich while a fourth employee took our order. The manager was hanging out in the back. In response to my requesting tomatoes on only one half of the sandwich, one of the sandwich makers informed us this could not be done....that it was a corporate policy to not allow such a customization. Nor could tomatoes be put on the side, she explained. It was all, or it was nothing on those tomatoes. We have heard this before, but we were optimistic that our request could be easily accommodated, as it is at other Jimmy John's. My advice to owner(s) and manager(s) of this Jimmy John's would be to throw in a dash of nuance, and shake things up a bit to the benefit of all. Here's how: Tell your employees that if there are more sandwich-makers than customers in line, then it's okay to not put tomatoes on one half of the sandwich. This would be more tomatoes in your bank account ($$$) and less policy discussion at the sandwich counter. (Out of fairness, the sandwich, chips, and soda are solid. The place is usually quite clean. And most staff are nice. And the employees are consistent in citing corporate policy, which is a testament to some efficacious training).
