Amazing customer service and the food is delicious! LOVE their Cali Rolls & Crunch Rolls, and their Miso Soup is amazing. They have daily specials that are affordable and a great selection on their menu. This has become one of my favorite local restaurants to eat at.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and even went out of their way to serve my family of 13 people for a group dinner. The food was good, tasted fresh and and came in generous portions. Some of our favorite sushi rolls were the Take Roll, Hello Tail and Special Library. Our favorite Teriyaki Boxes were the Galbi and Salmon. The salmon was cooked very well and was flavorful. Recommend for casual or take out dinner.

Wow talk about going somewhere to eat and the customer service is one of the best youve ever come across.. absolutely loved the way i was treated. I dont know if she is the owner but i want to say thank you!!! The place is really nice, the sushi was delicious and prices are great!! With buy one roll get another one half off deal.. i was given free ademame, a free soup and at the end a free piece of watermelon. I mean it just made me love this place, not cause of the free treats but, you feel so welcome, like being serve by mom.. highly highly recommend and will probally be comong here alot.

The food tastes great! Owners are korean so the inside is not that modern. Usually older people are present inside. Its fairly new and quiet. Recommended for take outs.

I was craving a California roll so I just googled places bear me and this place popped up so I thought I'd give it a try. OMG It was the BEST California Roll I've ever had. I was fully satisfied. I actually ate the whole thing, which I never do.

First time coming here. We usually go to kura sushi closer to our place but wanted to try a new spot. This spot is a hidden gem omg the service was really fast and the sushi was way more tastier than kura sushi. This is definitely gonna be our new sushi spot. Definitely recommend. The cashier was really nice I appreciate that, you don’t get that too often anymore.

When sushi has the correct ingredients, its marvelous. This has the right ingredients, good portions and very elegant flavors, really enjoyed it. The lady in the front desk is delightful, so customer driven and so happy. I wish there would be more people like her in the world. Not sure its always, but they have but 2 get 1 free, that also helped.

On March 8, my older sister, Jennifer, and I went to Tak E Sushi and Rolls restaurant to eat sushi for lunch and I did not expect sushi to be this delicious and nutritious☺️. I guess I was wrong for not trying sushi for the first time😅 (forgive my rudeness). There exists countless options for Jenny and I, and customers to eat on their menu, but I think my older sister doesn’t want to eat a lot. Plus, there were plenty of drinks to choose from, but one thing I found out that there exists anime style drinks with likable anime characters from One Piece, Naruto/Naruto Shippuden, and Sailor Moon, though I wish they also added other iconic anime characters from other popular anime IPs that every anime fan loves, you know, the ones from Dragon Ball, Bleach, My Hero Academia, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Haikyuu!!, etc.; not to mention Hololive, the world’s virtual YouTuber agency, Vocaloid, Love Live!, maybe Pokemon, cute anime girls, and more should have their own drinks, even Star Wars (influenced by Akira Kurosawa’s films and Japanese culture which George Lucas said that Akira Kurosawa is his idol) deserve their own drinks in sushi stores, but a man can dream, yes? Anyway, we ordered the sushi while I had ramen, and I just couldn’t get enough of eating them as I smiled. It was great and I wish I could’ve tried it sooner rather than later. One thing that I forgot to see is that there’s also a bar you can sit on, but I’ll try that next time. In conclusion, the Tak E Sushi and Rolls restaurant is recommended for everyone. Not bad Japanese food and I want to come back again sometime. Though, I want to see the restaurant filled with people, though. And, Tak E Sushi and Rolls, thank you for giving what the customers and I want. The honor is yours. I’ll see you again soon.

They're on grub hub so scope em out!

And then I ordered the popper and Torrance rolls which was equally delicious. While I was there they had a special for buy one get one 50% off on the rolls.

Although they're rated a B, the cleanliness is rated more as an A.

The restaurant is small with a few table. Very homey feel, intimate vibe. Friendly and warm welcome. Very extensive sushi and sashimi menu. I ordered the Sashimi Don. Fresh and crispy greens, generous amount of salmon and tuna sashimi on top of sushi rice. It was actually really good. The service was very attentive and price is just right. I'll definitely go back again.

I like the special " buy 2 rolls get one free". I recently had a small gathering and I thought buying a few rolls, figured 12 people, 12 rolls will be great and with their buy "2 get 1 roll free" special, I won't spend so much. To my surprise I only got 1 free roll. I asked if I can be honored the "buy two get 1 free", buying 8 rolls getting 4 free? The gentleman at the registered said I can only get 1nroll free no mater how many rolls I buy. I also noticed the gentleman at the register treats his customers differently if you don't tip. Thankfully I tipped him that day but there have been times I don't have enough to tip a full $10 (I'm referring to tipping for to go orders, there is no table service here) the gentleman was very dismissive, didn't let me ask my question, cut me off mis question saying "yes, yes, yes" waiving his hands for me to be on my way. I know not to go there if I don't have enough to tip him what he is expecting to be tipped to place your order in a to go back. The food at time is bland but there spicy california roll is good. Their bento box is a family favorite. The negatives are unfortunate however I hope my experiences don't get worse cuz I enjoy going here.

Great sushi especially the deal but why are the hours of operation until 9pm when in reality they close the kitchen at like 8:30. I am visiting the area from Glendale and was supposed to pick up dinner but right when I walked in the cashier said they just took their final order and the kitchen closed. Maybe I missed the sign that said last call was at 8:30. I didn’t learn my lesson because this is actually the 2nd time this happened to me. Please change your hours of operation to really reflect your service.

Very greedy place. I expected to get their deal when you buy 2 and get 1 free , but they make sure they cheap you out of it . I ordered 6 different rolls , and asked for sauce and only received 1 container of sauce. I had to ask her for another. Definitely not coming back .

I came to this sushi place because of the high ratings. I ordered what they call a Bento Teriyaki Chicken. The chicken smells like it was rotten. I paid $16.95 for the worst Sushi I've ever eaten. I kept my receipt just in case I get sick off of a food. I have eaten at a lot of sushi bars from Hawaii Pasadena to Hollywood the La verne. And this sushi place is disgusting. Don't eat here.

The conversation became uncomfortable as I explained I wasn’t very familiar with the menu, and he ultimately told me it was “up to me.” Things escalated to the point where he canceled my order entirely and refunded me. I was shocked and confused by his behavior. I’ve never had an experience like this at any restaurant. Sadly, after this encounter, I will not be returning to this place. It’s a shame, because I had good memories here—but respect and basic courtesy should always come with the service. I don’t recommend this place.
