My counter service was very good. She paid attention to my topping requests perfectly. My full size Turkey sub came out to 10.99.

This last trip to this Subway, is the second time I got home to find stale bread. This time wasn't too bad, but the first , the bread was way too hard to eat. Everything else was great worth a 5 in review. But I don't like stale bread.

This location doesn't seem to be very well put together. Their drive up wasn't working...with no sign or notice...the website is not up to date, and employees seemed new, and unsure of themselves. I love Subway, but sadly, I think they are suffering heavily from the pandemic.
They always do sketchy stuff like put cones in their drive thru when they don’t want to take orders. Terrible customer service. Always get the order wrong. Dirty inside. Ghetto older lady with neck tattoos gave terrible attitude when I came for a pickup order. She threw the bag on the counter and walked away when all I said was “pickup for ___” Drive thru speaker had “out of service, pull up to the window” sign, when I pulled up to window they have an old appliance and trash piled up against windows so you can’t even order at the drive through… They’re having work done to the inside of the store and it’s laying on the floor and tables. The small wall has nails and drywall exposed. I payed for extra cheese and meat and neither were on the sandwich. Meatballs were terribly over cooked and chewy.
They have “we welcome ebt customers” plastered in the front of the door, but as soon as you enter the ebt machine doesn’t work. Not only that, but when I tried to order and asked them to hold my sandwich to grab something from my car from less than a minute they threw my sandwich away. I left to get more change from my car to at least buy one sandwich (which was less than a minute) and my food order was thrown away… ??? Like hello!
I’m a regular customer of the subway. I came to buy myself a Sab, but first I wanted to go to the toilet. staff forbid me to do this until I buy something. thanks, but I won’t buy any more in subway

Eating there all week then they tell me restroom is closed..then have to pay for a refill..they don't appreciate your business
And now because of your attitude towards my suggestion you now get a one-star review. When there's tons of flies and gnats all over the food while I'm standing there waiting for her to finish with another customer. I just see flies touching everything. I don't know why I even got the sandwich to start with after that. But when checking out and giving her a suggestion to Maybe cover the food when not being used and immediately she gave me an attitude. And then when handing me the receipt she just bluntly put it in my face all aggressively. This location is the definition of depression. Nobody Smiles nobody greets you. Sometimes I'm just standing there waiting for one of these fools to come out of the back. Poorly ran location and whoever owns this location should feel embarrassed.

She told me, in an unfriendly tone, that I had to wait, and her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was that she then spoke in Spanish to her coworker while pointing at me, accompanied by a rude facial expression. This behavior felt disrespectful and uncalled for. On top of this, my sandwich was made very poorly — messy and sloppily put together, unlike the quality I’ve consistently received at other Subway locations. At one point, the employee even tossed my sandwich onto the counter, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and to receive the quality of food Subway is known for. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers do not have a similar experience.
Worst service ever they always say they can’t cancel orders so they can keep your money even if the order is not even being made, restaurant is dirty and if you dot put attention they don’t give you promotion or discounts this a franchise that why they have terrible service and customer service.
I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment. On the day in question, I arrived at your location three minutes before 8:00 PM. The door was open, and the sign clearly said "Open," which led me to believe the business was still receiving customers. Upon entering, I was immediately met with rude behavior from two of your employees. When I politely asked if I could have a seat, one of them responded in a very disrespectful tone, saying, "Well, you're already here anyway." I calmly told her that she should have a better attitude and approach toward customers. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she continued to speak to me in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. I then asked to speak with the manager, and I was shocked when they dismissively told me it didn’t matter. The cashier also joined in, defending the rude behavior and raising her voice at me. I asked again, "If you're not open, why is the sign on and the door unlocked?" There was no reasonable explanation, just more hostility. This experience was deeply unpleasant and unprofessional. I expected a basic level of courtesy and was met with unnecessary aggression instead. I hope you take this matter seriously and address the conduct of your staff to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
why do they have a drive thru that looks completely fine but say it “isint working “ and supposedly someone took it down. but even if they did just put a new one back up it’s not that hard, apart from that they’re just lazy then
Horrible customer service. The only reason I got my food was because a worker coming in saw me in the drive thru, told me it wasn’t working & said he would get my order. A older lady handed me my sandwich talking about “next time you need to come in”. I told her they need to put a sign up that the drive thru isn’t working. She said “we did someone took it down” then slammed the window & knew there was people behind me & still didn’t tell them to come inside. Do your lil job you were paid to do lady. And I STILL got my food without touching foot in there. AHHH HA cry about it.
The worst customer service I've seen in years! 2 women working behind the counter. There was a customer before me and both of these servers were doing her 4 sandwich orders. One of them kept telling me that they'll be with me shortly. I had to wait 15 minutes and finally one left to get my order. All I wanted was one churro cut in half. She cut it in three pieces! then instead of ringing me up, she disappeared into the kitchen. The other one that had just finished with the customer in front of me was ringing her up and having other orders of drinks and chips added. I figured it wasn't worth 20 minutes of my time for one churro and left the place simmering for the worst customer service, their lack of lack of decency and the way I was treated.
I came in at 630pm on dec 21st and had horrible customer service. I was assisted by an older Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and not acting professional. I ordered a ham sandwich and only wanted extra pickles and I even said I'm willing to pay extra for extra pickles but she then got an attitude and said no we don't do extra pickles and gave little to no pickles. Will not be coming back and will be telling coworkers about this location.
Beware: owner dictates how coupons can be used and for what items they can be used. They force their employees to change 'what' is ordered and upchwrges for the changes. IE I ordered a Philly. But was charged for a steak and cheese and charged $2 for 'extra cheese' and $3 for extra meat. The Philly is only a slight amount more. But not $5+ more. When I asked the cashier why it was being charged that way, she only said "The owner makes us." I love subway and their delicious sammiches. Yes I said 'sammiches' deal with it. But some of the owners are gouging us on purpose. Check your recipts and know what you are ordering from here. If you want to order from this location, USE THE APP. They can't alter those orders or prices.
Employees get up set if ask to change gloves for vegi no one seem happy working there topping is barely visible
I picked up an order today at 4 pm. The two “ladies” that were working were so rude! I have used this location for several years and have NEVER been treated so rudely. I will NOT use this location again.
Got home after ordering my subs and they the girl working packed the wrong subs. Did not realize until later as we were having them for supper. Done
I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from the drive thru. They only serve one car at a time. So until that car gets its order you have sit and wait tell that car gets its order before they take another order. And the sandwich had so little steak on it and cheese nothing like the picture was not worth $6.50 for a 6-in sandwich. So the drive-thru really sucks just like the sandwich. Unhappy customer.

The bread was stale, the costumer service was terrible. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and they ask me if I was really going to make them make a sandwich. I said yes and they gave me dirty looks the whole time. Terrible place! Never go to this place.
