I placed an order on the mobile app and asked for fried rice with my meal. I was given white rice and have tried calling several times as well as contacting cust service on the Panda app. Nobody ever answered the phone and the submit/send button isn't working when trying to contact customer service that way. I usually don't have issues with Panda and we order regularly. I don't know if they have new people or what but I'm not happy.

I ordered delivery and received a small amount of food. The portions were very small. Definitely wasn't worth the price!

We visited the 455 E. F.m. 1382, SUITE# B, Cedar Hill location yesterday and noticed that there were "Cash Only" signs everywhere. When I asked the manager about this decision, she explained that it was due to one customer whose card was declined, even though he claimed there was money in his account. As a result, they decided to shut down all debit card operations. I insisted that they try my card, and it went through without any issues. It's baffling that they would make such a drastic decision based on one person's experience. The lack of common sense in this situation is truly frustrating. The owner should reevaluate their management team and their decision-making skills. I would recommend another location based on other poor reviews that I'm also noticing.

I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and rice within 5 minutes of me walking out getting in the car I see a bug in my food .

I came to this restaurant on this evening. I wanted to get a meal for my elderly neighbor. The food appeared appetizing, however, I noticed in clear view that the cooks were handling and preparing food without wearing gloves.🧤 This was surprising that this food establishment doesn’t seem to comply with basic hygienic standards. Is this your practice? I am cautious about returning to purchase another meal.

This place never had a full menu, they were out of about 4 menu items. I live close and I come about 4 times and every time is the same. The last time I come they don’t have chow mein and I ask the lady on the front and she say no cook now so I would not recommend this place

For the past few weeks, it has been bad. I stand in line, everyone orders what they want but when I'm next i can't get what I want. Last week I asked for the teriyaki chicken. The manager help the young lady that's assisting others and serve me the chicken that has been thru hell. Put it in my bag and didn't notice it until I get home from working a 12 hour day. Today I thought I would have a better day at this restaurant ending up the worse. I lost it and left. I'm never going back. There are better restaurant in the area that will serve you with more respect. And be careful of what you're eating there because they don't give a dam! Seriously.

I came here because of the reviews being somewhat decent but I guess our food wasn’t prepared properly because a hour or so after we ate my family was all complaining of stomach pains, nausea, and diarrhea. It’s safe to say we won’t come back. Firecracker Shrimp ( It was okay) Chow Mien ( Appeared to be undercooked) Black pepper chicken (HIGHLY FATTY)

For starters I walk in and was not greeted appropriately. Ladies looked like they were working a rush when I was the only one in line. Second of all the language barrier was definitely a concern from their employees. When I hit the road took a bite of the Rangoon and it was super cold. The orange chicken had the appearance that it had been sitting there and was also really cold (why would they serve this). Literally had my fried rice scraped off the pan and still tasted as it was not yet cooked. Called to let the manager Ailene know and definitely can see why the language barrier was there. This establishment clearly lacks the English speaking employees starting with management. Would definitely not go here again or even Panda at that matter.
