My fish nuggets were the best I've had in a long time. I tried to get out of line when I read about nobody wearing mask but when I pulled up the drive-through person had a full cloth mask, I took one star away only because the worker behind her wore her mask around her neck. Hopefully my fried meal went from grease to container. Everything is a risk during the pandemic so I would return although there is no guarantee of mask wearing. Nevertheless, the food was hot when I arrived home, took a long time to get it but I'm patient.

Save your money. The food is disgusting. How do you mess up a shrimp salad? Over cook the shrimp! Leave the shells on the tails! Give nothing but lettuce, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes, and an old piece of onion Yuck, never again will I give them my money. The quality of food has gone down tremendously. ✌🏾

Orders catfish blackened as well as fried. Very gummy in texture…I attempted to place in air fryer at home, Catfish was not good. Now I questioning if it was catfish or tilapia. I called immediately eight my concern. I was told to bring the food back to restaurant and was given a partial refund because I didn’t bring back 100% of each order. How is that even possible if I plated and had to taste it to learn it wasn’t prepared well.. (2) piece fillet isn’t a complete 2 piece… I returned on of the two and the entire blackened platter. The salad and fries is what we ate; fish was trashed. This is unfortunate customer service because I normally get the family size orders for my family gathering and bless other families. Lost me on this one. The inconvenience of driving with last night from a mansfield to cedar hill. Spent $29, refunded $14. No offer to prepare the meal again.

2 stars for tasty food but even this is generous for these experiences. I give credit where it's due. Given the 3 recent visits within a month (for the same product) 2 were unfavorable results for this restaurant. The first visit I was pleased to find Mason's offered salads at a wonderful price. Be warned, you pay for what's recieved. Visits Summary: 1st: Kept finding thick hairs in the bag and on food containers. 2nd: Did not find anything wrong with food. 3rd: There was an oddly wedge tomato that was dirty. I tried to overlook this, but in every other bite there was an unpleasant crunch. I discovered why when looking closer at the leaves... there was crusted dirt within the folds. DO THEY CLEAN THEIR SALADS?? I am seriously considering calling the health department. This quality is not acceptable and I am disappointed.

Second time trying, man this was horrible, catfish nuggets are not real swai is more like, fish and shrimp fried extreme hard,french fries nasty. Please change your Catfish sign to fried fish Please.

My fish was beyond burnt. A hot mess. Do better,it was horrible! Definitely will not be back. 1st and last time!!!

Service straight trash. There was one car in front waiting to have order taken before me, nobody in front of them, had to wait 15 minutes to get to order window. Finally go to order window, dude said one minute, Sat there 25 additional minutes before somebody came back to take order. 8 cars was waiting behind me. . Everybody left. Take your business elsewhere where cause they don’t care about losing money.

Maaan, I heard some good things about this place only to go and be highly disappointed. I ordered the 3 pork chops extra crispy and the dirty rice. My guy ordered the fish nuggets and fries and lemon pepper shrimp. WELL the cook obviously doesn’t know what crispy, fried hard, or none of that is. My chops were wet, unseasoned, and the rice as you can see looked dirty but tasted like soy sauce only. No meat was in it or seasoning. The fish nuggets was sweet, the fries were cold, and the lemon pepper shrimp was really wet and barely seasoned. The only thing that was good was the koolaid. 🤷🏾‍♂️ It had me ready for dialysis.

Never buy a salad it's a waste of money I have had to go in to request actual lettuce I have never been served like this before the whole salad had no green to it just all hard white pieces the cook dude is garbage to me how do you feel ok about wasting ppl money as of your not at work yourself tell you what y'all will NEVA again get a dollar from me or anyone I know!!! This restaurant clearly doesn't prioritize customer service, and it's evident that the quality of the experience is lacking. My recent order was frustrating from the start—communicating with the staff felt like talking to a child. To make matters worse, they forgot one of the items. When I called to address this, I was met with a rude and unprofessional woman who demonstrated no accountability. After a lengthy conversation, she told me I could come pick up the missing sandwich, but I made it clear that I wouldn't be returning anytime soon. Fast forward a week to my next visit when I placed a $50 order and mentioned the previous issue. Instead of addressing my concern, she tried to argue with me, which is completely unacceptable. I don't engage in arguments, so I decided to cancel my order and make it clear that they could keep the sandwich on me. In total, the restaurant not only lost my current order but also my future business, and I will not be returning to this or any other location based on this experience.

I paid $22 for calamari and mixed plate platter with two shrimp. The calamari was so gummy it was like chewing rubber. The fish and shrimp were over battered and fried. Was definitely not worth what I paid and will not be going back.
