Just wow! I had their double cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and regular fries with one of their signature sodas vanilla cream flavor, food was hot and fresh, soda was crisp and refreshing, burger was juicy and flavorful and I added their hot sauces (in photo below) which definitely brought everything together. Their spicy ketchup is also something definitely worth trying. Now I did order regular fries, but they gave me spicy fries instead, it's a minor order mess up, but their spicy fries weren't bad at all. Looking for a good and fresh burger? Come on down to Big Tony's because you won't be disappointed.

The wait was way too long but the food was seasoned well. The second piece of fish tasted a little too fishy/slimy. The funnel fries were why I went and they did not disappoint. The service wasn’t bad

I love me a Cheesesteak and Big Tony's did not disappoint. The portions were large and reasonably priced, the food itself was delicious and the food came out in A time frame in which one would expect from fresh cook to order food would. The dining area feels a bit outdated, cluttered and I feel it could be a bit cleaner possibly. With that said I I am a customer for life when it comes to a good cheesesteak. Why four stars and not five: I feel the facility could be a bit Cleaner and updated

I was really hoping to like my Philly. My first bite from the end was nothing but bread and it's really salty. I had some Banana Peppers at home and added those. It helped take away some of the salty taste. I'll still recommend them. Some like more seasoning.

Service great! Food ok. I don't like American cheese but it was suggested as opposed to mozzarella. Should have gone with Mozzarella!!!! Lots of good choices, I'll go back!!!

This is our go to place for a cheesesteak in the area. Good portions and tastes great. Staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend. After years of being a customer, they let me down. They have always had issues with answering the phone, so I just went over to place my order in person on Monday at 5:30PM, but lo and behold. Lights off, doors locked, nobody home. Poor customer service to be closed when you should be open. Most businesses don't waste their customer's time like that. Edit Decided to give another try and what a mistake. Order was wrong, and 1 sandwich was a joke. Meat was way overcooked and barely any meat on the sandwich. Sad how thus place has gotten worse over the years.

I ordered from the Preston location,I ordered the Cheesesteak egg rolls they were nothing special they were fresh,hot and bland,I also ordered the pastrami sandwich that stated it came with mustard,onion and cheese, couldn't see or taste the cheese nor onions no mustard,very salty.I ordered thru Uber Eats otherwise I would have taken it back but I ordered for my lunch at work.

Usually is a great local option, unfortunately it's been a miss the last couple of times I ordered through doordash. Highly recommend you go inside and pick up the order to ensure it's correct. My large Philly with provolone I just received had no cheese, minimum steak and was dry as hell. We want to support our local businesses but please do better consistently.

I order 1 belly filler with no fries just the sandwich and a 6in philly with 4 wings and small fry combo. On the website the combo was listed at $12.95 ,but when I made it to the restaurant my total was $46.00. The philly was dry and it was way more bread then meat.

There was an order for Talisha called in for 2 foot long RIBEYE PHILLIES. ONE WITH CHEDDAR AND THE SECOND WITH PROVOLONE. I PAID $31 Dollars for RIBEYE AND WE GOT REGULAR BEEF. THE PHILLIES WERE DRY THAT'S WHY WE UPGRADED. FOR THE FACT THAT RIBEYE STEAK IS BUTTERY WITH MARBLING. WE WERE HUSTLED AND I DON'T LIKE IT. WE'VE HAD THE RIBEYE PHILLIES BEFORE SO THERE YOU GO. THE COOKS GAVE US THE CHEAP MEAT. I PAID EXTRA AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT THOUGH.

This place forgets about customers. While I was there, I waited almost an hour for my order and saw another customer get agitated at how long they were waiting for 2 sandwiches. Plenty of people got their orders, ate and left while others still waited. To top it all off, they didn't even make my order correctly. They have a sign telling you to make sure you order correctly but yet don't seem to hold themselves to that same standard.
