The chicken is always fresh and hot as well as the okra. On September 24/2022 i purchased me a 3 pieces of chicken and of course an box of okra. And still it was hot and fresh.

Normally they do ok but I asked for 2 separate boxes of livers They stuffed them and one roll is one box I had to ask for the second roll and gravy. However when we got home the 8 piece mixed chicken only had one breast and no grave.

The chicken is always room temperature,however the fries are always hot. They have the same little Hispanics guy back there every day and does not dispose the old dry chicken. The only way I’ll eat there again is if I get chicken fried steak or wings. The tenders are always sitting out in the fry basket and they drop them as you order, So they are fried twice, Until the skin is brown and the meat is tough. Don’t recommend this Williams chicken.

I just ordered two family fries from the dining room area. They weren't busy at the moment because there were only two cars in the drive thru and myself in the inside. The fries came out way too quick, when normally they drop a fresh order. They didn't give me a receipt and hurried to lock the doors after I left. When I got home the fries were extremely greasy and I can tell that they had been fried twice. I tried to call however, there is no number for this location. My family and I eat here often and normally have an ok experience but this is literally the third time they have either over cooked or under cooked our fries.

One of my go to chicken places. Always good food. Good portion size on chicken. A little skimpy on the sides for the price. Update: Last 2 trips through drive thru were screwed up. On Friday April 9th, 2021 I visited this location at approx 8-830 pm. I used the drive thru and paid with my debit card. I bought approx 20.00 worth of fried chicken. I noticed while I was waiting for my order that the employees inside the location were holding my debit card longer than usual before returning it to me. I'd say they had my card approx 3 minutes longer than what I'd consider normal. I received my card, and recept, then a few seconds later I received my order, and I exited the location a happy customer. However the story doesn't end there because on the same date unauthorizd charges began being processed on my bank account. 19 total charges. The first unauthorized charge was for 34 cents, which I noticed but the bank sent me a notice attached to other charges which I had actually made so I accepted it anyway because I didn't want the things I'd actually purchased declined. Later speaking to the Bank fraud employee I was told that I should have declined all of the charges. The Bank said that the 34 cents was probably a test and that once I accepted it the flood gate was probably opened. The 2nd unauthorizd charge was for 33.00 and change, followed closely by 17 other back to back charges for approx 15.00 and change. I don't use my card for much lately so narrowing down where this breach occurred was fairly simple for me. My review : Decent fried chicken. Don't trust them with your bank card.

It was horrible, The chicken was not fresh and seemingly old. There was hardly any batter on it and the pieces that did have batter on them was soggy. I took it back they gave me a freshly cooked order....I get home and I had a freshly cooked version of what I had just took back. Their chicken is not dipped coated and re-dipped like most places do.....never again. Horrible

WE never are disappointed when we order from this William's location, but O can tell their was a different cook cause the gizzard were cooked kind of too hard this last time we went.
