Friendly Employees who are very welcoming. Nice spaces to relax and enjoy your coffee and quiet enough to have conversations. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Nothing beats Dunkin Coffee!
I just started going to this location since I moved down the street recently. Everyone is always friendly and they provide excellent customer service. The restaurant is always clean. I never have a long wait for my coffee or treats.
the negative reviews are definitely outdated. this is the cleanest dunkin’/br location with the friendliest staff! all of the staff are super accommodating as well. i’ve never had a negative interaction here. i definitely recommend this location!
although I’m sure their donuts are wonderful I am diabetic and don’t eat them frequently but my instructors in school all swore by the place so we decided to give them a try. They have savory foods as well as sweet and breakfast is always hot and ready as always the coffee is to die for, you can hardly beat it anywhere particularly not for the price. Definitely worthwhile stop.
absolutely amazing. always feel welcomed ❤️ The new management team and staff always so sweet and kind.. the best customer service!! they're always happy to greet me:) they go above and beyond to make sure my coffee and food is perfect! I highly recommend going to see them! Go grab a delicious coffee and donut! They won't let you down:)
I don't often critique restaurants, but my experience today at Aleida's was so good I had to give them a shout-out. I brought a lunch buddy with me to try a new place, and we were rewarded and then some. He loved the shrimp arepa, and my shredded pork cachapa pabellon was marvellous; so generous I couldn't finish it. A slightly sweet cornbread-like dough wrapped around a wondrous fillling, topped with some kind of white creamy cheese. I should've taken a picture because it looked like a dessert. Our server was so attentive and courteous, and at one point the proprietor came over and introduced himself, a most gracious gentleman from Venezuela. The menu is extensive and includes traditional Tex-Mex/Mexicano fare. The interior was redone 8 months ago and is resplendent with colorful tile, beautiful ferns and blonde wooden furnishings. It's a bit pricey for lunch (no specials) but well worth it. Kinda hidden in a strip center just south of Cypress Creek. Give these folks a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Aleidas has great food, including a very flavorful variety of sauces. The owner and staff are really friendly and the owner is great about sharing knowledge his knowledge of the food. Their frozen Margaritas are A+. The restaurant space is bright, colorful, clean and relaxed. Easy to find and lots of parking available.
This is my first time eating Venezuelan food. It was literally some of the best food I've eaten in a long time. For starters the shrimp cocktail is excellent. Not like anything you had before. I would call it a flavor explosion in your mouth. Try it you'll see. We got the sampler platter everything was good. Especially like the Arepas. If you don't know, Arepas are a staple food, popular primarily in the cuisines of Colombia and Venezuela, consisting of a flatbread made from ground, pre-cooked maize dough that is grilled, baked, or fried. They are versatile, gluten-free, and can be served plain, as a side dish, or stuffed with a wide variety of fillings. Next time I will get the Arepas sampler. I'll be back again...
Went to this restaurant over the summer when I was in the area, and have been coming ever since! My partner never repeats restaurants on principle, but this is one place we keep coming back to. It’s that good! High quality ingredients, good quantities, delicious salsas, and warm, friendly, genuine service. Thank you :)
What an absolute gem of a place! We just got back from traveling and went here for dinner, the atmosphere is lovely, cute and inviting. We really loved the drinks, the Aztec Ruby was refreshing and very berry forward, and the Tulum was really creamy and Smokey. The portions are fantastic!! The grilled special was plenty to share with two and the sauces, omg the sauces were so flavorful. Huge recommend, tons of flavor, the crew was really sweet, accommodating and attentive. Will definitely be going back
A couple of months ago we moved to Austin from San Antonio and as foodies, we have been trying a lot of different restaurants to find a really good place with amazing food. After being to so many places, this has been our absolute favorite place we’ve visited. The flavors of the dishes are truly heavenly. You can tell whoever cooks adds the flavor of love to their dishes. We typically cannot eat too much in general because we get full easily but we finished every single bite of the dishes. The flavors dance in your mouth and every bite makes you smile. We ordered fresh juices as well, which were absolutely perfect. Everything is super clean, the ambiance is beautiful and the vibes are so nice. Service was great as well! We cannot wait to go back!
What an awesome gem in Cedar Park. The food was delicious, but the highlight of our experience was Benito, our server. He is the owner and really just did an excellent job helping us choose what to order and explaining in detail everything we asked. He was attentive and friendly and really just did a great job. Our food was amazing, and he was too. Thank you! We will certainly be back soon!
I absolutely love this place. Each time I've been I was served by the owner and he was an absolute delight. He was so kind! He gave my 10 month old son fried plantain and just doted on him. Besides the owner being so sweet, the food here is amazing. The queso is the best I've ever had. The patacon is my favorite entrée and the arepas are huge! I've been three times and each time I've found something new to try and love. The menu is expansive! There's still food I want to try there! To top it all off, the interior decoration is very colorful and modern! In case you can't tell, Aleidas is one of my favorite restaurants.
Aleida’s takes the coconut tres leches cake to another level. The slice is generously soaked, perfectly balancing sweetness and creaminess without ever feeling heavy. The sponge is airy yet moist all the way through, absorbing every drop of the three milks while still holding its structure beautifully. I love it
We’ve been here almost every week since we first tried Aleida’s! It’s been so nice to have Colombian/Venezuelan food and ambiance in this area. Everyone who works there is extremely attentive and the food and drinks are delicious. I love the music and the decor, too. Dog friendly since they have a patio. We are sure to become regulars.
Aleida’s has become a family favorite. The food is delicious, the service is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere in their new location is beautiful and inviting. I love how it’s decorated with a colorful mural, florals, greenery and fun light fixtures. Benito, the owner, is so nice. Always asks about our family and how our daughter is doing in school. We’ve been coming here for over 2 years and we’re so excited for their expansion. They now have a full bar, sit down service available inside and patio seating (with fans!). The food is so good. Our favorites are the arepas and the cachapas pabellón. The seasonings and flavors are perfect. We’ve also had the tequeños con queso and the tequeños con guava. They are melt in your mouth amazing. My favorite dessert is the tres leches. It is by far the BEST tres leches in the Austin area (and I’ve tried many!) I love the new menus are made with embossed leather and wood and are clearly marked for which dishes are favorites, spicy, vegetarian, and gluten friendly.
Aleidas Restaurant is welcoming , beautiful and has such a nice uplifting vibe. My daughter and I just had a lovely lunch experience there . The three salsas were unique and so flavorful, as were their chips. We both chose the Arepas , Shrimp and Chicken . So scrumptious ! I am really looking forward to tasting the rest of the menu!
Flavorful Venezuelan Food & Friendly Atmosphere in Cedar Park! We had a wonderful experience at Aleidas Restaurant, a cozy Venezuelan spot located in the heart of Cedar Park. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered the Vegetarian Plate ($19.28), which included one arepa or tortilla (corn or flour), two eggs (fried or scrambled), black beans, avocado, tomato or pico de gallo, and mixed cheese—every bite was satisfying and well-seasoned. The service was fast and welcoming, and the environment was clean, bright, and very family-friendly. It’s a place that makes you feel at home. Plenty of parking is available, which is always a plus. Whether you’re craving authentic Venezuelan dishes or looking for a great vegetarian option, Aleidas is a must-visit in the Cedar Park area!
I am now a fan of Venezuelan cuisine. Nice family ownership here. We received some great suggestions as this was our first time in. The arepas are amazing and packed with flavor. The sweet plantains are wonderful to add to anything and everything. Prices are very reasonable and you still get enough to fill you up. This place is a keeper and I want to try their breakfast next. If things aren't spicy enough then ask for the special hot sauce.
We arived about 7:00 pm, there were few to no donuts. One cinimon bun and some powder donut holes. Really disappointed, so we purchased ice cream 🍦 at 31 flavors at the same location. The staff was very friendly and helpful store for clean.
Got a breakfast sandwich and some hasbrowns today. The hashbrowns came as pictured, lumped into a ball and over cooked. Service left something to be desired. Lady didn't seem happy to be there, they forgot someone's coffee that was there before I got there, they didn't say thank you one time even after I said thank you. My breakfast sandwich was good though.
Everything was good except they had no coffee brewing. Ironically it's a coffee shop.
Tried Aleidas Restaurant for the first time and overall had a good experience. The Venezuelan burger was delicious—juicy, flavorful, and packed with toppings. The arepa was also tasty and authentic, though it was a bit too greasy for my liking. One downside was the french fries—they were cold when served, which took away from the overall meal. That said, the main dishes were solid and worth trying if you’re craving Venezuelan comfort food. Will definitely come back to try more items from the menu!
Beware and check your drink before you leave. Order 2 medium coffees and see how one of them is 30% empty! That’s just cheating! Why charging me for medium and give small quantity?
Most place’s provide a receipt with the phrase “How was my service “ this DD didn’t and probably because they knew the quality of the food they were serving was less than subpar. Hash Browns were burnt and hard on the inside and out on top of paying $2 for an order of 5 dried out rounds. Just look at the pics….
My bf & I just got some donuts from this place, hoping to eat them with the rest of our breakfast. We open our box & there’s this jelly filled donut with black & blue spots on it- we thought it was Mold! So we called them to tell to ask them about the spots around the donut & a lady answered the phone saying it was “bruising” from the donut machine. Donuts don’t bruise ever unless that bruise is “mold”. Now we’re weary of eating the rest of the donuts in the box because some others are like that is well. Always check your boxes!
i came here with my brother excited for a good breakfast. when we got home from the drive thru we looked at our food and everything was completely BURNT. so i call the store and the lady on the phone never apologized once, just “thank you for letting us know.” the service here is absolutely awful.
Been here only twice, both times the breakfast tots were really soggy and had a weird taste. One of the workers seemed kind of rude and mad. Not returning.
Drink received 80% full. This happens all the time at this location. Management has been made aware of this problem, yet they continue to scam customers.
My wife and I went through the drive thru, My wife originally asked a few questions about the coffee then we ended up asking to just take the coffee off the order. The lady at the window asks us to pull up to the window after we took off the order, we hear her say “so annoying” behind the mic at the drive thru before we pull up to the window. Waited about 8 minutes at the window for someone to ask us to pay. I work service to so I understand if it was annoying. At least have the nerve to mute the mic and don’t hide in the back when the customers come to the window. Ps the manager or shift lead was the lady that said we were “so annoying”. Great work guys👍
If you can't fullfill orders you have a bad GM, and owner. Most Dunkins are ran terribly, its up to management to change that.
I ordered and prepaid online for a dozen donuts early this morning. When I arrived an hour and a half later to pick them up, I was told they had sold my order because they “assumed” I wouldn’t show up. That is completely unacceptable. To make it worse, they did not even attempt to refund me until I explicitly demanded it. Selling a paid order and hoping the customer doesn’t come back is either gross incompetence or outright disregard for customers. This is the last time I will ever come here.
Requested prepacked quart ice cream. They didn't have any in the freezer. Tried to charge me double to fulfill the order.
Worst experience. We went here 10AM on a Sunday morning for drive through. They said 10mins wait for food and we were in hurry. So dint want to order. But we were stuck in the line for 15mins. They could have planned all of this better. Never coming back to this location again.
I’ve been to this location multiple times for a chai tea. I usually buy Starbucks, but sometimes it’s too busy - so I’ll try Dunkin instead. Nearly every time I choose Dunkin instead, I unfortunately regret it. I’m not one to write reviews and go out of my way to leave one - BUT, this is the 4th or 5th time my chai tastes like STRAIGHT SYRUP. I’ve also gotten their breakfast sandwiches and they taste like plastic. I know this isn’t the staff fault because they’re always so friendly - but like, maybe talk to Dunkin HQ and tell them to step up their game. Make food and drinks that TASTE EDIBLE.
