They have some amazing sandwiches! Love their Italian sub. My only complaint is that they'll talk you to death. But now that they're on Uber eats it's a win win. I get a great sandwich and don't have to listen to their 3 minute shpeil

Very slow location and the NEVER remember to include the pickle spear. Even if you order online and pick up later your order still won’t be ready. You can tell from other customers faces that they have been waiting for a long time. Hopefully they are just severely short staffed. My sandwich was correct though so that counts. Also, survey page looks like a scam.

Why does this store take so much longer to make a sandwich than any other sandwich shop ever? It takes you 20 minutes to make one sandwich? Food is always bus tho. How is firehouse gonna have worse service than subway tho. lock in

I had to wait even though the order was called in ahead of time. I said 5 minutes it was longer the girl at the counter needed to put like a couple of Band-Aids on her face or something. Not trying to be rude or gross but she had open sores her face management seems pretty good and the store was clean.

What’s happened to this place? I've been visiting this spot for years, but only recently have I noticed a decline in how things are run. It doesn’t feel as clean or efficient as it used to. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the friendliness of the staff. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming during your lunch break. Today, my friend and I decided to eat here for the second week in a row. Both times, the food took an unusually long time to prepare, which struck me as odd since the lunch rush had already passed. This time, it took even longer than last week to the point where my friend, who graciously paid for our meals, had to leave just three minutes before the food finally arrived. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed or just had new employees. However, I could have sworn there were usually at least two people working during each shift.

I've been seeing ads about the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub on TV. It looked so good I decided to go try one. What a disappointment. After ordering, it seemed like the staff were filling Ubder Eats orders while I waited and waited Once I finally received the sandwich and began eating it, I was really disappointed. It was nothing like the sandwich shown in the commercial. The dressing seemed more like guacamole and when I took my first bite, the whole sandwich fell apart. It was a complete mess. Unfortunately, the taste did not make up for the messy sandwich. I would not recommend it 😕 I'm sure there are much better options on the menu.

Walked in and was told my order was not ready yet. I waited around 20 minutes and then checked in on my order again. Turns out it had been sitting behind the counter. Ate my sub cold. The place was also not very clean and puddles of water and a leaky AC unit next to the finning area.

If you are delivery driver don’t waist your time going there . They keep pushing you back to serve their COD customer and friends 1st. Waited 25 minutes for two subs and every time they tell me five more minutes and the end they start cursing at me.

This was the 3rd time I've walked in there and they've said it'll be a 15 minute wait to even take my order?! I just went next door to Sprouts and got a cold sandwich there that didn't take half an hour. Don't bother unless you order online first for pick up because that's obviously their primary focus.... instead of the customers who are standing right in front of them.

Update: just tried again on 7/31/25 and had an even worse experience. Customers inside orders were lost or waiting for 15 minutes to place an order at the counter. The employees are extremely rude as well. One young lady when asked what the wait would be was extremely rude and said they were just too busy. She also was not wearing a hair net or a name tag. Pretty sure not wearing a hair net is a health code violation. Worst service ever at this location. Don't get me wrong, I love their subs but every time I walk into that store there is no one in the lobby and yet I'm told they have a 30 minute wait. Since when did a paying customer who is standing in front of you have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich??? Ridiculous. I will never go to that store again.
