Cute little deli. Good selection of items available from salads to flatbreads to loaded spuds to sandwiches, etc. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. It was huge but good. Friendly and quick service.

Nice deli in Cedar Park. Decent menu with soups, sandwiches, salads & spuds. Fast service, clean dining room, decent portions.

We are currently waiting for our order.....2 sandwiches.....for at least 20 minutes. Some people that were here before us are still waiting for food. One table with 3 people were here before us....one person got their food, the other 2 are still waiting. Only about 5 tables are occupied, no one in line at counter. Service is horrendous!

First Impression We visited this place yesterday around 7:30 PM for the first time. The crowd was decent and we were surprised to see the huge seating capacity—definitely more than 100 people! Food & Drinks We ordered the McAlister’s Chicken Club Sandwich with sides of steamed broccoli and chips. The food tasted fresh and decent—not exceptionally great, but not bad either. Just average overall. Service & Ambience The staff were friendly and attentive, but the ambience was a complete letdown. The interiors felt dull and lifeless, and the entire place had an unpleasant smell that made the experience uncomfortable. The color tones and décor didn’t add any charm either. Final Verdict A one-time visit for us. Food is just okay, but the ambience makes it hard to return.

This place is terrible! I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and asked them to switch the bread to wheat instead of the croissant. They gave me a chicken club. I had them to remake it. They made we wait a time. Longer than i waited the first time. They gave me the chicken sandwich on a croissant but smashed it down to make it look like a slice of bread. I didn’t want to get it remade because i don’t have all day to wait for a sandwich. Really ridiculous!! Two stars because at least it tasted good.

I usually love McAlisters, so I was really disappointed by the experience in this one. First of all, every vacant table was dirty or had dirty dishes and trash on it. I also noticed that there was trash all over the floor of the front counter area. After waiting ages for the line of 2 people, we found the least dirty table, then waited over half an hour for two sandwiches and nachos. We noticed there was food sitting in the kitchen window, but the staff were too busy talking to each other to bring it out or clean tables. When our food finally did come out, it ranged from just okay to disgusting. The queso for the nachos was cold, looked like it had been sitting out all day, and was full of little white clumps. The sandwich was okay, but the sauce for it was watery. Everything was cold. I asked for new queso, and got another cup that was admittedly warmer, but just as gross as the first. At one point I overheard a staff member tell customers they were very short staffed, but there were 3 people working the front counter and at least 4-5 in the kitchen. That may be short staffed, but definitely not short enough to excuse the extremely slow service and filthy state of the dining room. Having worked in food service myself for years, I understand off days, but this was really unacceptable. I was so excited to eat at McAlisters after not having been to one in quite a while, but after this experience I will definitely not be returning.

This restaurant has gone done over the last couple years. The last few times the salad has been slimy and the place smells like dirty mop water. It’s been a few months and thought to go with the family for lunch, tables dirty, smells, and food was not hot and salad was again slimy. I’m not sure what’s happened but I hope it gets better.

If you have an egg allergy just don't bother coming here. You can say no mayo over and over and while they might put it on the ticket they're still going to put mayo, or a mayo-based sauce, ALL over your sandwich. $12 down the toilet and an entire lunchbreak wasted.

Went in with my wife earlier today around noon-ish. There was absolutely nobody in the place eating so in my opinion there was no reason for this type of mistake. We decided on the “pick 2” menu option. The “pick 2” is supposed to be $10.95. I got the jalapeño turkey sandwhich and she got the grilled chicken caesar wrap. We added a small side of Mac&Cheese. We got home and I saw that the total was $21.95. I only got half of my sandwhich and she got the full wrap but what? How is this possible? No way that was $10 worth of Mac and why would we be charged DOUBLE when I still only got half of my sandwich. Completely ruined my meal as I do not like to be cheated out of money, for a sandwich at that. I recognized the guy who took my order from our last trip to this place 6months ago so I know for a fact he’s been there long enough to know how to do this job correctly and I would have greatly appreciated him saying something about there being a $10 price difference in what we thought we were ordering but he seemed to have that nonchalant, “I don’t care” attitude. This place is overpriced and honestly it’s probably overrated as well. Will not be going back to this location, maybe not even going back to this business. Period. Thanks for taking my $20 for a half sandwich that’s 70% bread and a piece of lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. Also. It says pickle spear on the food ticket that was taped to the wrapper but lo and behold we did not get a pickle spear. Pathetic. (Guy can barely spell) I can only imagine how difficult this job really is.

👎👎I love a good lettuce sandwich. Who needs meat from a deli!?! Strike two! 😬 I'm back in Texas so today (Austin area) I actually drove to a McAlister's in horrible traffic to use one of the gift cards sent to me buy one of a McAlister's Social Media Representative (in response to a negative Google review I had written about a Dallas location). Neither one of the gift cards they sent me had any money loaded on it 😂 Total fail. A manager was nice enough to comp the meal after I showed him the email from the representative. Comically, one side of the wrap had all the meat and the other side had nothing but lettuce. Also the chicken tortilla soup was horribly over-salted. McAlister's is so hit or miss. I do feel bad because they are so terribly understaffed. Original review for Dallas location: "I usually love McAlister's. But this delivery, using Postmates, was a flop. They screwed up a simple order for one person. The soup was fine. The wrap wasn't wrapped and look like it was put together by a five-year-old. Total mess. Plus it was a huge tortilla with skimpy fillings, more lettuce than anything. Just not good value for the money. Plus, they forgot my side dish! I'm not usually so harsh but when you pay 20+ dollars for fast food on Postmates, after the lunch rush is over, you expect to at least get quality for the money. This delivery was a fail."
