The best budget sushi/sashimi in the city. I’ve been going here for years. Stop by biweekly to get my sashimi deluxe and enjoy it at home. The pics are from my recent dinner for 4. We spent $150 without the tip and it was a beautiful presentation and delicious. Service, from Joanna, was great!

I typically order carry out and I always have a good experience. My food is usually ready before the estimated time and all of the ingredients are always such good quality they give very good portion sizes especially for the price you’re paying 10 out of 10 highly recommend. The restaraunt is awesome, It would be a nice place to eat dinner as there is seating outside as well as a very nice indoor seating area.
Had dinner here with a friend, we had a great time. Great prices with good portions, ordered two appetizers, five sushi rolls, and dessert with drinks. Total price ended up being around $60. Underrated place.

This place has never failed to provide quality sushi, and for a reasonable price in the city. The people who work there are friendly, and often give complimentary desserts or appetizers when they see you come in as a regular or you order a large portion of food. Regular/specialty sushi rolls are fresh, the chirashi is the best I've had around town, and if you're ordering delivery instead of dining in - they have not ever been late for me!
Lunch special is a good deal—three rolls with soup! They were a bit swamped at lunchtime so my ASAP pickup time ended up being 15-20 mins later.
Great lunch specials in a convenient location for downtown. I had the 3-item "Happy Lunch" that also comes with a miso soup, with the cucumber roll, spicy tuna roll, and spicy yellowtail roll. Appropriately sized pieces and with a thin layer of rice. However I didn't find the spicy rolls spicy, and they use the fried breadcrumbs in the spicy rolls, which I just don't personally prefer. To me it washes out the flavor of the fish. I would definitely go back, but order something different.
The sushi is amazingly delicious and prepared well! The service here though is extremely slow, it was crowded and noisy when we came so that probably had an effect on the slow service and that it took so long to get our food. However when you come here you will find that it is indeed, Yummy Sushi
Pretty good sushi. Great quality and very fresh. There are even some things that aren't on the menu but if you tell the server a specific ingredient they will suggest for you. I placed an order for mochi balls and it was not the best quality. However, the server quickly exchanged. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. This place is BYOB, so make sure you stop for a bottle of your favorite drink before going.
Pretty solid selection of rolls that is discounted at lunch so perfect for corporate meals out. Only recommendation is if you’re doing take out, order 40-45 mins in advance. Otherwise very pleasant service and really good lunch deal.
The food was good and the place is cute inside. However, we were the only people inside and we soon found out why. Their cheesesteak restaurant nextdoor neighbor BLASTS club music during dinner hours. The restaurant owners should file a noise complaint with the city every day until it's fixed. If the landlord of this place is looking at these reviews read this: If I were you I'd make sure that cheesesteak place turned down their music. They are doing well, yes, but at the expense of this sushi restaurant. I had a terrible time sitting there getting blasted with heavy base from next door. If nothing is done this place doesn't have much of a chance. It's sad because the people inside are sweet and the sushi is great.
This place is open late, delivers, and preps pickup orders quickly, but the sushi itself isn't great...I would go so far as to say that "Yummy" Sushi isn't how I would describe them at all. More like "Passable Sushi" or "on par with midwestern grocery store sushi," but my guess is that those names didn't market test as well as "Yummy." Not bad in a pinch, but I would recommend trying somewhere else.
They need to stop taking online orders if they're consistently not going to available by the requested time. I have placed numerous orders online with at least an hour in advance and it's never ready when I arrive, even when I'm late, it's still 10/15 minutes ahead arrival. This is consistently happening.
This is the last time I'm ordering here. From constant long pickup times (20+ mins wait on top of showing up 10min past pick up time), which happens with Every online order pickup. Ordered lunch for myself and a colleague and asked for extra soy sauce for the 3 roll lunch special. They normally give 1 half filled sauce container, which is normally barely enough, and was charged 0.75 for a second halfway filled soy sauce. Are you kidding me? Ive worked in a Japanese restaurant and know how much those costs (which definitely isn't that). I get other sauce (sp mayo and eel), but soy sauce! (Which isn't even Japanese soy sauce!), and should be given anyways! After ordering here for the last couple years, this place isn't worth the time or money anymore.
Food is good for the price you're getting, but they're SLOW for takeout orders. I've ordered numerous times online (an hour ahead) and I'm always waiting for my order when I get there (even 10-15mins after pickup time). I only keep ordering cause they're convenient. It seems you have a better luck dining in.
They don’t tell you they cut their spicy yellowtail with tempura and I have a severe gluten allergy and now I’m without lunch. They charge almost 2 $ extra to not use spicy tuna but they don’t tell you it’s because it’s mostly tempura. Terrible experience
