Wife and I were passing through town and picked Rancho Grande by the reviews and the parking. Pulled in with a 32 foot goosneck and had plenty of room. Service and food were excellent. If we're ever back through Center again we'll be sure to stop for a second time

Very good service. We didn't know what the chili gravy was so she brought us some to try and my husband loved it. I got fajitas and the tortillas were homemade. Everything was awesome

I took my 2 youngest daughters, age 6 yrs old and 7 yrs old, to eat here. My daughters absolutely love the food! My 6 yr old is obsessed with the chips and salsa! Also, a very important detail to me since it was a Daddy-Daughters lunch is how the female staff, including the manager, who i believe is named Lori, were all very helpful when the time inevitably came for my daughters to use the restroom! We will definitely be back here to eat, and we highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Always good... we recommend the #9 Parrarilla Plate. It's a mixture of bacon, beef and chicken fajitas with pablano peppers and onions. Come with rice and beans and all the fixings. My wife and I order the plate for 1 but it's more than enough for 2 with leftovers.

I have been coming to Center for 15 years and for some reason never tried this place. We ate here for dinner and the food was off the charts amazing! Our server Jacky was great and very friendly. We got the Molcajete and it tasted amazing. The Charro Beans and Salsa were honestly some of the best I have had in a very long time. I may have found my new favorite place to eat in Center! We will be back!

Food was excellent. The Molcajete was big enough for two people to share and DELICIOUS! Waiter was friendly and attentive but seemed a little overwhelmed. Bar drinks took a bit too long, but we're still cold upon arrival. Homemade salsa and queso are very good here.

The food was great, the service was friendly and efficient. I've never had fajitas made in this manner. Beef, chicken, shrimp, and sausage smothered in a sauce that's difficult to describe. Served bubbling in a bowl with Poblano peppers and onions. It looked more like stew than fajitas. Also came with the regular accompanying fajita preparations; homemade tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese. When I put it all in a tortilla the taste was phenomenal. Pluse we ordered the "live" guacamole, fresh and flavorful. This was one of the best Mexican/TexMex meals I've ever enjoyed. It was an unexpected treat.

FANTASTIC Mexican food, the best I've had on Texas. I wish I took pictures of everything, but everything we tried, was fresh, cooked perfectly, and our server hustled and was on top of everything. We came for mother's day lunch and he even gave all of the women in our group a long stem rose after we finished. HIGHLY recommend!!!
