The atmosphere is AMAZING! Every time I come in the staff is always willing to make the food fresh if asked. There is always smiles on the associates faces and laughter coming from the kitchen.

Why are all Panda Express entrees the best entrees and the noodles and rice are awful? I don’t brave the rice anymore at Panda but I went for the noodles! They were AWFUL!!! Dry and no flavor what so ever. The place is nice and clean and it is quick and efficient. The restrooms were very clean! The egg rolls were overdone and the crab puffs lack favor as always. Also, why was there no bottle water offered to drink?

There are several dishes Panda Express has that are good and filling. I usually get the beef with broccoli but this time I got the orange chicken. It was good too. We came in at lunch and it was busy but easy to find parking and seating.

For fast food they really do a good job. Update, I was charged 49 cents for water. I asked why ànd basically she said because I might fill it up with soda. Basically she called me a thief...

Food was good. Service was OK. Ordered crab rangoon with the meal, but they didn't have any ready so we were told that they would bring it to the table in seven minutes when it was. Twenty minutes later, my wife checked on the order. There was some ready on the line and then they tried to charge her for the order she already paid for. Panda was not very busy with two dine in orders and two carry-out while we were there. The staff were simply not paying attention to their customers. Easy fix, attention to detail at the service counter.

We were very disappointed. I thought in a big college town the food would be wonderful. They told us they had no friend rice. The beef n broccoli was going to take 5 min. Longer to drive to the front. We did as they asked. 20 min later my daughter went inside to get our food. Guess what? The fried rice appeared!!!! The entire reason I went there in the first place. The brown rice was dry and hard. The orange chicken tasted great!

I have been a fan on the panda since they moved into my area. That said their service recently sucks. Twice now, i have ordered before leaving the house. 15 min drive to local and food not ready when i get there. As well as giving them 10 min before i left. Food wasn't well cooked on super greens, kung powasn'tt spicey as normal, and the orange chicken wasn't orange chicken. Soooo think again before stopping for a quick bite.

Food was not great, not horrible but not great. By the time we all managed to get our food half our party was finished eating. Kitchen either didn't or couldn't make the food that people were ordering. Everyone who ordered the chicken dish either got a small portion or had to wait a long time. I've eaten at other locations of this chain before and you never can tell what the food quality will be. I've had good and bad experiences, but it's always a guess and had we not been invited out that day by family we wouldn't have gone.

The first time I went there after the opened, their drive thru isn't sufficient for the flow that comes and goes through it. I ordered and took around 30 minutes to get to the window and food. When I got up there they told me they didnt have what I ordered and my other option would cost me $1.25 extra a meal. The people in front of me in line were returning an order. Today we went and ordered, got home and one of our plates only had one entree in it. Was so excited to see it coming to our town, but it isn't worth all the hassle!

I ate here on a few occasions while I was here for training, and it was a very interesting experience to say the least. Employees here were not the most friendly, and they constantly had common dishes that were empty. I had to wait for a very popular item on more than one occasion. Poor planning and management here, and that's unfortunate because panda used to be my "go-to" place to eat.

Can you spot the difference, I ordered the crab Rangoon appetizer and they come 3 to an order and this is what I get one made correctly and one with nothing at all but a shell. Plus at 1:30pm they were sold out of honey walnut shrimp, seriously they have half a day left open! They need some serious quality control. Might have to start calling ahead

Ordered online, waiting 10 minutes in the parking lot until the time it said my food would be ready, not a single customer was in the place, and they hadn’t even started making my food when I went in. My ticket was just sitting on the counter. A couple girls did have some time to dance around behind the counter though while I was waiting in my car, so. I wasn’t too pleased about that.

Yesterday, on June 30, 2024 my husband and I went thru the drive thru. We were told it would be about 7 minutes and to drive round and they would bring it out. After about 20/25 minutes my husband took the receipt in and asked about it. It was sitting by the drive thru. He was upset about it, the manager. Anyway when we got home it was cold. It's nit that far from there to my house. It actually tasted like leftovers since I had to heat it up. Please do better. Ppl pay alot of money for decent food. Just saying. This is the panda express on north street.

This place is horrible...food was not hot and didnt taste good at all...we didnt even finish our plates....we were warned but wanted to try for ourselves....big mistake.

Panda in Nac used to be pretty solid. Lately it has been lacking in quality. I would usually visit once a week for a large box of Beijing beef to take home and spread out for two or three nights. This time it was the last straw as it was absolutely not edible. I was told to wait 8 minutes, which is understandable, no problem. Ten minutes later I get my food and go home. This is when I discovered the $10 box of food I waited 10 minutes for was not only 3/4 full but was not fresh at all. How bad are we talking? The beef turned into a powder when I bit into it. Okay, well maybe just this one. No! Every piece was dehydrated to the point of turning into a potato chip. It tasted like it was over processed and absolutely impossible to eat. Unfortunately I had to toss the box and chalk it up as a loss. The worst part is I waited 10 minutes to be served something that was not obviously fresh, not even edible. I reached out to Panda and will update this review of the outcome.

Before I gave them 5 stars, now lowered to 1 they have continued to go down hill. The tables always dirty, consistently out of food even when not busy. Out of tea. 15 minute wait for food that's ready. Cold rice. Got food poisoning last time I has here not really sure why I keep giving them my money.

Very disappointing the food got thrown away, the employee was sweet but we waited in the parking lot for about 5 to 10 minutes and expected fresh food and nothing was fresh, the orange chicken was like thin dry up left over chicken! I was just driving back from TX to TN, and they forgot to put 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of chicken egg rolls. I called them they told me I can pick it up. I’m like I’m 40mins away. He said there nothing he can do. He was the manager. I’m so disappointed.

Just poor manners overall. The food was pretty good their teas need to be changed out. Customer service is a flat zero though.

Ordered food for 3 people and a baby, went to drive thru at pick up time and they gave me the kids meal with our $50 receipt attached and told us to have a nice day; we informed them it wasn't the whole order and they told us to pull around, 30 minutes later Brought our food and didn't Bring the drink so we had them go back. It's 4 PM, not lunch rush and not very busy. Won't be returning.

There was hardly any food ready even though they don't close till 10, the employee said they didn't prepare anything cause they weren't expecting any people much less a "rush". They got my very simple and small order wrong twice and I finally just gave up and accepted it. The employee was unattentive and slammed the window in my face in the middle of my sentence asking for sauces. The sad thing is is that this is not even the first time this has happened, its actually the third time. If I could give negative stars I would. All the employees clearly do not care. I will not be returning here, this is unacceptable.

This place should definitely move back their open time. Got there 30 minutes after the time It was posted as open and 90% of the food was not ready and the lady behind the counter gets smart when you ask for a certain item As if we knew it wasn't ready.

They ignore you at the counter for a long while. The food was gross. It was undercooked, soggy, and the chow mein was all bad tasting cabbage.

Every time you go there you have to wait 10-15 mins to get your order. The only reason I come to this place is I like panda express.

Customer service is absolutely awful. We doordash all over the United States and I have went to probably 30 different Panda Expresses and they're usually always very courteous and fast. I have been waiting for my order for 20 minutes and then they just keep telling me that it's not done yet. Looks like the manager needs to crack down on their children that they hired! This is ridiculous

Warning: This was in my Diet Coke cup I purchased through the drive-thru window (see attached photo). Plenty of mold in their drink machines. Imagine my horror after the drink had been entirely consumed. I can never bring myself to return.

Why is the service here always so terrible? I am currently stuck in the drive thru and I have been waiting for 10+ minutes due to lazy employees. 3/25/2025- it is 12:10 pm on a Tuesday during the middle of a lunch rush, yet they don't have all of the items on their menu prepared. The manager of this store needs to be fired, and corporate needs to come in and fix the horrible service at this restaurant

After paying for your food, they ask you to pull into the parking lot, and then they forget you. After all, they already have your money. Every time I go to this place, I leave pissed off. Maybe this time I've learned my lesson.

Why was my review deleted from yesterday telling about my experience on April 1st of extreme food poisoning? My husband went by there yesterday to complain about it at 12:10 pm and their doors were locked for s meeting so I know I wasn't the only one.

On top of that, sauce, forks, fortune cookies were grabbed by the hand full and tossed into also without care. The second bag is what threw me. It was packed exactly the same way as the first, except we did not order what it contained. The gentleman at the window was also partially rude and had a terrible attitude. We could tell he LOVED his job. This location needs to reconsider who they higher and how they train their employees. We will not be back. Very disappointed.
