As always Subway is a healthy alternative to say eating heart stopping McDonald's. I will always recommend the tuna. I absolutely love it. The workers here are very quick to take your order and nice. Not much of a line, but I guess it might be because of the time in which I went in, but they don't seem to have a lot of traffic as I have been at this location several times and they never seem to have many customers.

Never have a variety of chips anymore snd soda machine seems to be broken everytime I go and half the time no sweet tea is ever made. But the staff is friendly and though the drive through here is not the place to go, they are super busy and do their best.

My 1st visit to this particular Subway. The employees were friendly and accommodating for our rather large group after church service on a Sunday evening. However, all they had left for bread was the wheat, nothing else. And they weren't making any more. I guess 8:30 pm is too late when you close at 10. Even on wheat bread, my sandwich was delicious. Maybe it's better around noon......?

I came to get a sandwich at the Subway on North St. in Nacogdoches. I went home and my sandwich had a piece of a plastic glove in it.. I went back and the manager gave a "I don't care attitude" but she did give me my refund back. It would be nice if customer service could improve. I plan to visit in the upcoming month and I plan to update my review.

I called to ask how much was a cookie after tax she said girl, like a $1.08 I feel like that was rude and not good customer service.

Last few times I have been there I sit at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes. Either no one answers or atleast put a broken speaker sign on the menu to let people know not to keep sitting there…then pull up to the window and have the workers not look at the window once. THEN not answer their phone… absolutely NO POINT in putting in an app order ahead of time because no one will get it ready. Put an app order in at 5:51 pm and then I get there at 6:20 and no one has anything ready. Last time they gave my sandwich to someone else. Couldn’t refund me because I ordered on the app so I left without my money and no sandwiches. Ridiculous.

I generally do not post reviews. But I was forced to due to my visit to this subway. I have been going to various subways from over 2 decades. But I will think twice now. The guy was rude. Extremely bad customer service and bad sandwich he made. When I asked for napkins, he appeared visibly upset and appeared as if it was so difficult for him. There was something wrong with the content of the food and/or the guy made a really bad sandwich for me to the point that I feel uncomfortable after eating it. The manager or whoever is watching them or reading this must train these guys how to behave respectfully to the customers. Absolutely awful.

The unfriendliest staff I have encountered. The employee was angry I came 10 minutes before closing. The first thing that she said through the drive through intercom was “Come on man we close in 5 minutes!”. I let her know that’s true they do close soon, however, not in 5 minutes and it only takes 3 minutes to make my sandwich. She continued to take my order as sarcastically as possible and did not say anything to me at the drive through window. She should not have a job where she has to deal with the public. It’s sad but this Subway will no longer see my money if this is the type of people they like to have working for them.

Felt extremely uncomfortable when I was sitting in line waiting to be served. Was told I need to roll up my window. Then I was told to pull forward without even ordering. Will not come back because I definitely was not welcome

Herb Bread was hard, 3 black olives, 3 pieces onion and bell pepper, out of tomatoes, lettuce looked awful. I will NEVER spend another dollar at these place.

Placed a pick up order employee didn’t read receipt gave me whatever on the sandwich and decided my chips for me which is wild because there were the kind I wanted there in store crazy because I had to buy the chips I wanted that’s why they have this review not because they replaced my order.

I love subway but this was the most disappointing sandwich I ever had. Especially for the price I paid. The restroom wasn’t clean and no door.

Me and my husband went to subway today at lunch at this location, and what we saw today wasn't good. We saw 3-4 employees work there and some how they were extremely backed up. One of the workers were very slow at making our sandwiches and another had those long fake fingernails. The food ingredients were practically scattered to other food bins, the counter where they prepared the food looked dirty. There was no communication between the employees that my order almost went out to the drive threw in front of me. When we finally got our food and just when I was about to take a bite from mine I smelled something off. I handed mine to my husband to see if he smelled it. He said it smelled like something went sour. I decided not to eat mine, he ate his and now later he's not having a good time. Do NOT come to this location for a long while, if anything looks dirty leave!
