Great iced tea and relatively cheap by the gallon. Menu so packed with options that I missed a great $10 family deal. I won't let that happen next time. Taco fast food, yes, but very good. It's not trying to be a Mexican food restaurant.

If you want your order correct, you absolutely HAVE to go during the day, during lunch hours!!! Because if you wait & go during the evening or night hours, once the (sweet) main Manager is already gone, they will absolutely mess up your whole entire order, unfortunately. Because the food itself is delicious, it's fast, always hot, & affordable. But the night crew will always screw up the food.

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants. The person that took my order was very friendly and pleasant. However, that's where my compliment begins and ends. The food literally has NO FLAVOR! Even the hot sauce was bland. This was my first and last time trying this establishment.

Most of my taco meat was really delicious; but a small potion was overcooked and hard due to this. The soda taste like the syrup was set at the right mixture! Our cheese sauce was fresh and none of it was crunchy and the chips taste great. The register clerk was polite and the ladies preparing the food made sure our order was right by also communicating with us. I would be happy to come back here.

Came at 945, hours posted says open till 12 am. Sat at drive thru and nothing. I tried to call the store, they picked up and waited a few seconds and then hung up. No posted signage anyways saying they had to close early.

Guy heard the wrong item through their temu headsets apparently. I wanted a cheese quesadilla. Was handed some fried cheesecake thing? I said no this is wrong before even leaving the drive through. They had me keep the item I had no intention of ordering and then pay for my kids quesadilla. First and last time here for sure. Get it together.

This was my first time ever at a Taco Bueno, and I did not like it. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the potato grilled burrito with beef and chicken quesadilla. I didn't get either of those orders and didn't find out till I got to my studio. Considering I was pretty hungry, I still ate what I got, some tacos with beef and flour tortillas, other tacos with a pita type bread, and a burrito type meal with rice and beans. All of it was pretty bland. I normally like getting spicier or more seasoned type meat like the AL Pastor, but this didn't seem seasoned that much.

I will never be back I paid for two sides of meet she asked me if I wanted it on the taco salad or on the side I said on the side I was charged for me to be on the side but there was no meat in my bag on the side and the girl I talked to on the phone which was working the drive-thru window which also took my money was short and made me tried to make me feel like I was the slow one when she asked me and I verified twice my order. But the food was great!!!

I was charged for tacos that I didn’t receive or order! The District Manager stopped replying and just simply said “you ordered tacos” WE DIDN’T! Please check to see if you get a receipt (ironically enough.. we didn’t get a receipt) he sent us a receipt based off of CC number and made us feel like we were lying! WE DIDN’T ORDER TACOS!!! I’m very disappointed in this district manager! NO OFFERS OR SOLUTIONS

Spent $25 for 2 people and the portion size was so stingy. Light as air burritos and tacos. We were first and only customers at opening not sure who they were saving all the meat and beans for. I had talked this chain up so much to my SO and he will never let me live this disappointing meal down. Never ate at a worse Taco Bueno.
