This store never disappoints. I've been coming here for the last month and the vibes here are outstanding. The staff seems like they really enjoy being at work. The store manager Danielle is the sweetest women ever she is always so positive and friendly.

Hands-down the best Starbucks in East Texas. Only minor inconsistency is sometimes my order does not taste as it usually does. I never switch up my coffee, but I do not complain because I'm sure they'd fix it if I asked.

This is a generally great Starbucks. Sometimes there's a wait, sometimes not. Sometimes parking is readily available, sometimes scarse. No complaints.

The drinks & food are about on par with the rest of starbucks. However, at this one I usually have to wait longer than at others for my order to be taken or to receive my order (sometimes both). Once, a male employee was complaining loudly about a customer in the drive-thru doesn't tip. You work at a COFFEE SHOP! You take an order and hand them their drink. There's not really much to tip for unless someone is just feeling generous. Get over yourself and so being so entitled!

My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks for pumpkin spice lattes. I ordered one regular and one customized, on the app. The lattes were delicious. Service was friendly. The small parking lot was free and clean. The store was clean, including the restroom. Recommended! Note: I was uncomfortable walking past a young man, who was behaving oddly at the table immediately beside the only door to Starbucks. He did not harass me. However, he appeared to be intoxicated or mentally ill. He was quickly cycling between looking happy, smiling and dancing while sitting down and angrily yelling, "Hell, no!", getting up, and walking around. No one was conversing with him, no music was playing, and I didn't see any earbuds or headphones. It was an unusual and unsettling experience, in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Absolutely not I should not have to sit in a drive-through for 30 minutes when there’s only two cars ahead of me the entire time. They’re too lazy to make drinks so they pour the old drink drinks into a new cup.

Terribly slow service. If you've got 30 minutes to spare, come here. Just takes way too long.

do not go here!! I understand busy and the atmosphere of Starbucks. They do not care!! I placed a mobile order with 2 others. ALL drinks were bitter, nasty, watered down or not even filled up. I called the store and asked for a replacement thinking I would get better. WRONG!!!!! I waited in line for 10 mins, told them my order. They still gave me a grande instead of a venti. Instead of remaking it .. they just filled up a venti with milk and poured the grande in there. This was also the manager, not even an employee. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COFFEE .. for these prices NO.

Food was good nothing special if you had starbucks food, just normal, good but ya. The service on the other hand was very rude. And didn't even acknowledge us.. we stood there for several minutes before getting help then the lady was just rude. Even when we sat down a employe was taking a break and grabbed our extra chair from the table to sit in with there friend but didn't say anything to us. Ugh. Just rude and service was no better. Won't go here again.
