It was a joy to savor Lady M's famous Mille Crepes in the middle of the Woodbury Commons Outlet mall. We tried the Checkers, Chocolate Mille, Pistachio, and Tiramisu flavors and loved them all! Highly recommend!

Had the new Guava Mille Crêpes, and it was nice. Also, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Lady M's cakes.

I love to enjoy the lady M cake in the Woodbury shopping mall after all the walking from shopping. Normally you cannot get Lady M unless you go to New York City. It’s such a nice surprise to see it in the Woodbury shopping mall. There are a lot of choices of cakes. I love the original, pistachio, mocha, and Earl Grey Tea favors.

The employees were nice and the food court it is in was clean. The location has a variety of pastries for all to enjoy. The colors are vibrant and the display is kept tight, keeping them fresh. It was a pleasant surprise to find Lady M in the food court of the outlet we were visiting. We had the Tiramisu Mille crêpe. It was wonderful! It tasted fresh, and the texture was perfect. We'll be back try more items.

Whenever I order to pickup from this location it's amazing. The bowls are always loaded up and the quesadillas are made perfectly. Other locations in the area usually skimp out or make poorly, but I can always rely on this location to be the best.

It was a very busy day due to it being Labor Day weekend at all and all the workers did absolutely amazing. They were so sweet. They made my food perfect and were very patient even though that I saw some of the customers being quite rude. Just wanting to say thank you to everyone who worked on 8/31/2025 at around 5pm.

Very popular spot among visitors, long lines during lunch hours. But the staff were putting their best effort to get the orders out of the way. All ingredients were available when I was ordering. They were all fresh. Loved the big slices of onions and peppers. Rice was fluffy. They put a good quantity in the bowl. Checkout was quick and easy, got to scan my membership in the process too.

It was a nice and clean place. However, the passion fruit cake was a little disappointing. It’s tasted more Citron Lemon and closer to the sour side . Would have been a great cake if the flavors were more true

If you are at Woodbury Commons and looking for a premium dessert stop, Lady M is a strong option: well-executed cakes, good variety, nice service. However, if your priority is a relaxed sit-down café ambiance or budget-friendly treats, this might feel a little less ideal given location and pricing.

This was our first time visiting this place, and overall it was a good experience. We did, however, have to wait in line for quite a long time, which was a bit disappointing, especially since it was our first visit. Once we were seated and tried the food, we were generally satisfied with the taste and quality. The main dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. That said, the salads were not entirely to our taste. The amount of coriander used was quite strong and it overpowered the other flavors, affecting the overall balance of the meal. It would be great if coriander could be offered as an optional ingredient, as not everyone enjoys its strong flavor. Despite this, we still enjoyed our meal and would consider coming back, especially to try other items on the menu.

A great alternative when you’re exhausted from outlet shopping — but keep in mind, everyone seems to have the same idea. On busy mall days, the line in front of Chipotle can be insanely long. If you plan to eat here, head to the queue before you’re truly starving

Conveniently located with woodburry premium outlets.. located within the food court lots of table to sit and eat was kind of crowded when we went and it took some time for us to get the food. Tough to get a table in peak hours . Service was slow ! The food was very average . Guacamole was not fresh. Rice and bowl was good, but the veggies weren’t that good . It’s actually not the same taste that you get in real chipotle outlets very slow service . It was a very average experience three stars.. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I don’t know what to say. I’d never had chipotle before & I don’t want it again. This store had ran out of drinks & only had water. The staff were not the happiest. I’d give the food a 5/10 The sauces were SUPER HOT!!! Be careful!!

Line is always long. Food is typical and the portion is smaller than usual. A bit rude. Everything else is the same. No comp/discount for Law enforcement or military being in uniform like many other would.

The M stands for Mediocre. No slice of cake is worth 15$, so I guess I played myself.

We're trying to get this cake for special occasions and we drove over 2 hours to that location where we were told that basically just about everything we wanted was not in stock and we're talking eight different flavors. When we finally found one not to leave it empty-handed it was already out of the fridge and in the display window and the person would not honor the price of a full cake. Instead wanted to charge us per piece because it was already out. We explained how far we drove from and it wasn't our fault that they were missing just about every flavor that we wanted. He said it was the company's rules. Makes things worse next few days we tried calling the main office never got through to anybody. No one ever called us back so too bad

They left one guy upfront by himself to make food and cash out. No one noticed he needed help till he asked for it to wrap my burrito then the help walked away leaving this poor kid to struggle he asked for help again but no one seemed to hear him. He had five orders lined up but no one to check us out. Everyone was to busy at the pick up window. And then I get home and my chips are stale as week old bread. Do better. Don’t leave your people hanging.

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but unfortunately, this time around was a bit of a disappointing experience. This chipotle restaurant is located in the Woodbury Outlets Food Court. We’ve eaten here numerous times before but this was the first time that we’ve had bad stomach aches afterwards. Several members of my family, including myself, had upset stomachs that lasted until the following day. Next time I will most likely try something else or even bring my own food because the last thing I want after shopping all day is having a bad stomach for the remainder of the night. I’m not even sure if the lettuce that’s on my plate was even washed! I mean look at it! I didn’t give it a thought until my wife, my children and I felt sick. The company needs to have a health and safety check on this location to make sure things are done the proper way.

Good cake. Spent 30 bucks on two pieces of cake, asked for an extra empty cup for our baby. Reply: "Sorry, , can't give you that." Enough said.

Some of the worst coffee I have ever had. Tasted like the garbage you would get at a cheap hotel room. I wouldn’t care as much if it didn’t also cost almost 6 dollars.

This location needs to be shut down. No sense of how to serve and talk to customers. Literally everytime. There is literally only 5 food spots in this huge shopping area, so all needs to be well vetted. Doesnt have basic sense to talk with customers these kids

It may not seem like a big deal, but do better. The workers there are disrespectful, acting as if it's a hub to hang out at. The rice was stale, portions were small, and the pacing was terrible. I understand how busy it can get, but this Chipotle was just terrible and lacking a sense of service. I usually do not write reviews, but seeing people having similar experiences inspired me to write one of my own because there is a serious management problem there.

Chipotle has always been my favorite when it comes to quick, healthy food. Beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, onions — what’s not to like? It’s my go-to spot when I want something fresh and filling without much wait. But my experience at the Chipotle outlet in the Woodbury Premium Outlets food court was a total disaster. First off, by 5:24 PM, they were already out of white rice, black beans, and salsa — the core ingredients that literally define a Chipotle bowl! What’s worse, there was no notice or signage at the start of the line. I waited nearly 30 minutes only to find out at the counter that most of the things I like in my bowl, weren’t even available. On top of that, the chicken portion was noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received at other locations. When I politely pointed it out, the staff added just a tiny spoon more and slapped an "Extra Chicken" tag on my bowl — I had to ask them to remove it because even with that, it was still nowhere near the standard serving. To make matters worse, the rice wasn’t even cooked properly — hard and underdone. The bowl was so disappointing that I ended up throwing half of it away (I even have a video of it). Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and appetite. Makes me seriously reconsider visiting any Chipotle inside a food court. This experience was the opposite of what Chipotle usually stands for.

The food is healthy and nice, but there's one irritating behaviour among team members at the shop. There's only one tanned lady doing the job while the rest were giggling. She need to serve the food, she need to refill the empty food, running around the shop.. I dont know why noone who are free did not help her. There was super long queue but other staffs rather than her have any sense of customer centricity and help their colleague!!!! Selfish!!
