We drove down from Rome Georgia about 40min. We will be back. Food is delicious. I had catfish fried okra slaw. We also ordered a basket of onion rings with blue cheese. Delicious. You got to try the onion rings. Slaw was touched everything was delicious. I had nothing left on my plate.

This is the Burger Man, a member of the Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to come and score their burger. It was a good burger. The Meat little tough and leaned toward the Dry side. The Toppings were good and blended well. I suggested they use Iceberg Lettuce instead of romaine. Overall, all it was a good experience. They have great Seafood specials and other meat specials.

#truereview lots of seating. Salad bar was great. The fried green tomatoes were tasty as was the fried catfish (whole). In fact, I would say the fried catfish and hush puppies were close to perfect. The wait staff was prompt and very nice. The sweet tea was a bit too sweet but that was rectified quickly. This might be my new go-to place for seafood in this little area of Alabama.

1st time visiting and I definitely will be going back! Everything on the salad bar was so fresh. I got the bake pork chop, with 3 side and my husband got the catfish. Everything was so good and tasty. And the service was wonderful our waitress was on top of things. Oh and the inside is just wonderful with all things fishing. Definitely a must try place for anyone!

This weekend (New Year's 2024), we were visiting my father-in-law, who has recently moved to Centre. It was our very first visit to Fishin' Hole, and we can enthusiastically say we'll be back next time we're in town. We were promptly greeted and seated, and Ciji was our server- even though they were short-handed due to the holiday weekend, they did not skip a beat. We ordered chopped steak with gravy, peppers, onions and an order of crab cakes, all with country sides! Of course, we had to try the fresh salad bar, which offers 40+ fresh items. The food was great- better than we've had in Centre or Leesburg. The only thing they don't have is a water-front seating option, but they more than make up for that with their tasty seafood, steaks and over-the-top friendly service! Like I said, we'll 1000% be back! Thank you Ciji and the Fishin' Hole crew! ~David

The service was beyond perfect. The server explained everything perfectly. The food was great. I loved the blackened shrimp. The salad bar is definitely worth it. We will be back.

Amazing experience! Huge portions and great food! Our server was knowledgeable and extremely helpful despite having a full table load. Food didnt come out as quick as we liked but it was well worth the wait. We look forward to our next visit!

Small, quaint place. The fried clams were spectacularly fantastic. Perfect crunch batter while the clams remained succulent and tender. Love the fact that you can upgrade to fried mushrooms as a side item, because usually an appetizer portion is just way too big. Chicken fried steak was fork tender.

Service was good. Our waiter was attentive and very nice. Food was overall pretty good. However; if you want the fried green tomato BLT, don’t get it unless you just really want a fried green tomato sandwich. I was shocked to see that my sandwich came with only one slice of bacon broken in half. I was told this was the norm. Maybe this is the norm in this area, everywhere I’ve been the bacon is the star of the sandwich and I have had more than a slice of bacon on it. I was told I could order extra but I’m sure extra would mean one slice of bacon and the cost would not have been worth it. It’s unfortunate, as the sandwich would have been really good but by then i was over it and I really didn’t feel like eating the rest of my sandwich. If you want to come here, get anything but the fried tomato BLT.

Been here a few times. Food is kinda mid, some things have no flavor. Like the crab legs and some of the sides are very blah. Catfish tastes muddy and not fully cooked sometimes. The buffet bar was very rough. I got some good rainbow trout from here though. It's hit and miss for me
