A traditional Genoese gastronomic destination on the city's hills, a short distance from the Madonna della Guardia, accessible via the former Guidovia railway (on foot). All traditional dishes and the unmissable potato focaccia with a variety of fillings. Reasonable prices and shaded outdoor spaces are a plus.

A typical inland trattoria, with excellent and generous portions, including the pesto lasagna, and reasonable and affordable prices. In summer, I recommend dining outside to take advantage of the mild climate. Parking is available on the street. The road to the restaurant is very narrow, but completely paved. The portions took a while to come out, but they were freshly prepared. Highly recommended for a day trip.

I ate outside, a beautiful setting with a captivating view, and there's even a small children's area. The waitresses were very kind, friendly, and quick, ready to answer any questions or concerns. The food was very good and made with care. Overall, a must-visit if you're visiting Genoa or even if you live there; you won't be disappointed.

A restaurant located on the hills above Genoa in the Gaiazza area, offering clean air and a timeless atmosphere. Simple, authentic cuisine, outdoor seating, a children's play area, and a grassy area for dogs to run around. An excellent choice for those who enjoy spending time outdoors in the spring and summer, dining with friends. Recommended.

A beautiful trattoria overlooking the hills, a clean environment that respects anti-Covid regulations. Genoese menu and very good dishes. Attentive and friendly service. Well done! For those who want to work off what they've tasted, just a stone's throw away is the ancient rail route, to the Guardia Piedimonte... about 6 km, all a gentle climb...

Cena con 2 amici. Ottimi i ravioli e le lasagne al pesto. Ottime le tagliate e anche i dolci. Dopo aver pagato un conto ben salato, uscendo guardando lo scontrino ci accorgiamo che pur avendo preso 3 dolci il titolare ne aveva fatti pagare NOVE. Incredibile. Tornati indietro ci hanno rifondato i soldi. Spero solo sia stato un errore perché sinceramente siamo rimasti veramente male 😔😔😔

I returned with a group of friends to this trattoria/pizzeria where I'd already been last year. While I was very satisfied with the food—mushrooms, ravioli, etc.—then, I can't say the same this time, when we tried the pizza menu, or rather, the "giropizza." Avoid it like the plague. To remember such a terrible pizza (indigestible dough and truly poor-quality ingredients), I have to go back to a pizzeria in Croatia about ten years ago, which for a long time was my personal paradigm of bad pizza. Added to all this was the pizza chef's insane arbitrariness in choosing the pizzas served to us at the "giropizza." In order: 1 pizza with fries, 1 pizza with cooked ham and pitted olives, 1 pizza with gorgonzola, 1 pizza with mozzarella and onions, and 1 pizza with arugula and stracciatella. Without further ado, it seems clear to me that the sole intent was to serve us pizzas with ingredients that would fill us up as quickly as possible. Mission accomplished. In fact, we ordered the last pizza just to see if at least one decent one would arrive. A lost gamble and an experience to forget. But even those who didn't order the pizza had their own little problems, because an hour before it arrived, one of our group, who had ordered a veal cutlet with mushrooms, was still waiting, with little consideration from the staff, who blamed it on the fact that it was a second course. Okay, in the end, the price was quite low, and that's perhaps the reason why so many people came to the place, but sometimes it's worth spending a little more for something better...

Pizza delivery... with a bang! The kitchen closes at 9 PM, so you can learn to eat quickly (we arrived at 8:30). When it came time to get the bill, a surprise: the menu bore the old-fashioned sign "Separate bills with debit cards are no longer accepted." In 2025, in the midst of electronic payments, people still live here as if the POS were a mysterious device to be used as little as possible. There were seven of us, three of us without cash, and instead of a "Don't worry, we'll find a solution," we received stern looks and nervous tones. In the end, friends engaged in financial acrobatics to make ends meet. Any advice? If you come here, bring cash... and maybe even a watch, so you remember to eat quickly before the kitchen closes.

Ieri sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante, il cibo è stato di livello parecchio basso e non all' altezza delle aspettative, anche se dovevo capirlo appena entrata dato che la sala era vuota. Il piatto principale parecchio deludente, ed il servizio poco attento. Ma potevo ancora passarci sopra, ma ciò che ha rovinato il tutto è stato il comportamento del proprietario, estremamente maleducato e scortese. Esperienza da non ripetere

Dinner with friends, we ordered a pizza round based on the pizza chef's imagination, terrible pizza. They brought unlikely pizzas... all adult pizzas with chips and onions, no mozzarella, but it tasted like stracciatella burrata... heavy to obviously make the pizza round go down as quickly as possible. The dough was difficult to digest. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I will definitely not go back!
