Ho scelto per caso questo ristorante ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ho mangiato benissimo ed il personale è stato accogliente e professionale. Ottima la posizione un pò fuori dalla confusione del centro ma piacevolissima e tranquilla. Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci

Camerieri molto gentili, locale arredato in modo originale con splendide vedute del lago di Como dipinte sui muri. Menu non molto esteso ma con discreta scelta. Buona la qualità delle pietanze.

Un posticino magico e tranquillo dove il buon cibo si sposta perfettamente con tutto l’ambiente che lo circonda. Lo consiglio per chi vuole farsi un regalo culinario.

Un piccolo gioiello affacciato sul Lago di Como. L’atmosfera è autentica e accogliente, con un tocco familiare che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La cucina è il vero punto forte: piatti tipici preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, porzioni generose e sapori genuini che rispettano la tradizione. I piatti sono ricchi e ben equilibrati, e i dolci fatti in casa meritano assolutamente di essere provati. Il servizio è attento, cortese e mai invadente. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che giusto, soprattutto considerando la posizione Il proprietario é stato super cortese e gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha indicato molte informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza. Un posto ideale sia per una cena romantica che per un pranzo rilassato in compagnia. Tornerò sicuramente! Ottimo punto di forza il parcheggio

Serata assolutamente perfetta. Ovviamente abbiamo mangiato all'esterno visto che siamo in estate, si stava benissimo, c'era una bella arietta che ci ha fatto mangiare e passare una serata in totale tranquillità. I ragazzi che ci hanno servito (una ragazza e un ragazzo) sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e sempre molto educati. Cibo molto buono con impiattamento eccellente. Non abbiamo trovato un solo punto negativo, è un posto di cui parlare bene e assolutamente da ritornarci.

We stayed at Ristorante Hotel La Vignetta in Cernobbio, and our experience was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home straight away. A special mention goes to the owner, who kindly picked us up from the train station in his own car at 10 PM, free of charge. This level of hospitality was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such scenery made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como and looking for a warm, authentic, and memorable experience.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The owner has been more than kind and he even offered to take us from the train station to the hotel. The room is cozy with simple furniture but ours had a beautiful balcony with views of mountains and the lake. The location is a bit hidden away from traffic and noise but a 5 mins walk away from the centre. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was average. Would recommend!

A charming little hotel in a quiet location away from the crowds. The staff were friendly and attentive and made our stay perfect. We were celebrating a special anniversary and the staff were so easy to communicate with and enabled me to arrange flowers and wine for our arrival. The hot tub on the terrace was just perfect and ready for our arrival. The location was great, only 5 minutes walk to the ferry stop with easy access to all the beauty of Lake Como. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Vignetta – one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Italy. The location is quiet yet very central, everything felt relaxed, and the rooms were clean. The bed was super comfy, the bedding and towels wonderfully soft, fresh-smelling, and well cared for – I slept incredibly well. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a real highlight. We especially want to mention Ash, who was extremely kind and helpful from check-in to breakfast. Small points for improvement: 1. The shower has no glass partition, so water can easily get on the floor. 2. There was no holder for the toilet paper, making it a bit inconvenient. 3. The Wi-Fi was a little weak and not always reliable in our room. Despite these minor issues, we can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel (5 out of 5 stars) and would gladly return!

We recently stayed at la Vignetta and we can’t recommended it enough. We were greeted so warmly by Ash who was a superstar in every sense of the word. Our taxi never arrived to an event we needed to go to and Ash kindly offered to drop us. We are so grateful. The location of the hotel is ideal. It’s quiet and a short walk from the main road and the lake. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is also very clean. Gorgeous gem.

Classic Italian property to stay for couples. Dedicated parking on site, We loved the fact our terrace room lake facing was Fully Wheelchair Accessible! It was honestly perfect. The owner was very accommodating to supplying us a shower chair. Room was immaculate and well spaced. We look forward to staying with you again! Mark & Megan

A beautiful small (8 bedroom) hotel and restaurant where some of the rooms (including ours) had balconies with views of Lake Como. Staff (particularly Ash) were really warm and went out of their way to help. The restaurant had a lovely outdoor seating area and the food was delicious, although the options for vegetarians were very limited- this was definitely a menu for meat/seafood lovers. There was a nice selection at breakfast and staff were very happy to fill and refill our water bottles with chilled, filtered water. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A fabulos and cozy hotel in a less crowded town in Como. If you like slow mornings and want a getaway, I highly recommend this small villa. It's clean, the room is spacious with a lake-view balcony. The room has everything we needed for our stay. The staffs were extremely helpful. We had some problems with our rental car and luggage so we arrived at midnight. But they helped us with late checkin and prepared some food for us. Would visit the villa and probably stay longer next time.

My husband and I are from Canada and we stayed in Cernobbio near this restaurant so we thought we’d try it. We went for a late dinner around 10pm and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and food. The owner was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The clam spaghetti was better than any I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great experience.

A small and beautiful hotel in the Cernobbio area is distinguished by their high and location, which is looking for dormancy and beauty of the place and they have special parking for those who have a car at reasonable fees. The ferry site can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The hotel surprised me with cleanliness, arrangement, and distinctive decoration. The restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating where the chef is skilled in preparing their distinctive dishes in a magical way. ❤️

We were in a large room with sofa bed. Lovely view. Kind and helpful staff. A good menu and nice breakfast. Up a slight hill but nicely set back from busier roads. A peaceful stay which was quite welcome after some very busy tourist spots such as Varenna in July. There's no lake swimming in Cernobbio although there is a Lido.

We stayed at Hotel La Vignetta recently with a few other couples for a wedding at the Villa Erba. We all enjoyed meeting at the outdoor, covered patio for our daily breakfast. The breakfast options did not vary, but they were good. Our room was well furnished with a comfortable bed, blessedly functioning air conditioning (although you could not change the temperature) and a refrigerator stocked with water. Essential things given the high temperatures while we were there! The location is quiet - about a ten minute walk downhill to the ferry and stores/restaurants. The hotel’s restaurant is quite good, and we all enjoyed a farewell dinner there for a group of 12+. What made this hotel stand out was its staff, who were efficient, courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and problem free.

The service at La Vignetta is excellent, everyone is so helpful, friendly, and we were fine speaking only English. Ash is especially helpful with many good ideas! The location is perfect, up a little from busy (and much hotter) downtown in a quiet area with lots of trees. And a quick 10min walk down to Como Lake and town. Our room was quiet and nice and cool, and the food at the restaurant is fantastic, including the good breakfast that comes with your room.

Very nicely situated hotel in lovely Cernobbio. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good with all you need to start the day! Rooms are good size, bathrooms modern and well-equipped. The view from the balcony is stunning and you can enjoy the fireworks 😍

I stayed there during the Easter holiday, and the hotel has been fully renovated, so everything feels brand new with an elegant design. It's also just a few steps away from the center of Cernobbio! We were fortunate because they had just opened their restaurant a few weeks prior, allowing us to enjoy meals at the hotel with a gorgeous view!

We been only in restaurant. Very tasty tuna tartare with mango puree, a great combination of flavors and excellent execution of the dish. Nice service and a good approach to the customer's wishes! A slightly tense atmosphere may be because to the low number of people...

The service was excellent — always with a smile and kindness. The staff gave us lots of helpful information and tips for our planned routes. Breakfast was nice, but nothing more than average. The rooms, however, are outdated and lack any interior design harmony — no sense of style or coordination. We were given a dark room with heavy, dark furniture, which made it unpleasant to stay in. Parking costs €10 per night. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t return to this hotel.

I’ll first start with the positives. Great location. A bit uphill but the entire town is like that so you cannot help it. But very close to ferry and bus stops. Rooms are a decent size and clean. We stayed in the one with jacuzzi on balcony. Although you have the balcony, you can only use it until 9pm last which was weird. The food at the restaurant is really good but very pricey. The breakfast is the same everyday so if you’re staying for more than 2 days, you’ll be bored. The negatives: The room AC does not go below 22C. That is unacceptable for a country like Italy where it’s boiling outside, you climb a steep incline to get to the hotel and you don’t cool down. You take a cold shower and you’re still hot. I’ve stayed in Rome and Italy before and I could take the ACs down to 17C. If you’re thinking of visiting like us in July or August, maybe think again. Secondly, the staff is really nice but on the day of checkout I was at the reception waiting for cab and I was profusely sweating. I was trying to fan myself rigorously as we had just come back from Varenna on a 27C. The staff could see I’m in a bad shape and that I’m fanning myself using a ferry schedule pamphlet, the AC was right above from where he was sitting and he didn’t even have the basic sense to switch it on. Mind you I didn’t stay a night. I stayed 4 days. I guess that’s the difference between a 5 or 4 star and 3 star hotel. I would however like to say thanks to “Ash” who offered to drop us to the train station when we didn’t get any cabs. He is a star! In all, may come back!
