I love the place for the menu and the delicious coffee, I was disappointed because I went to have lunch with my beloved, and when asking for the bill, we had a charge for a hamburger we hadn't ordered, +$199.00. If I haven't checked the bill, they charge me more, I pointed it out to the waitress, and the cashier corrected it, the sad thing about it: I am a senior citizen and I have my doubts that it was a mistake, I hope I am wrong, but otherwise, the food was excellent, I will continue going, yes, but I will be careful when checking the bill

Excellent coffee shop. I bought 1/4 of a very high-quality Mexican bean, freshly ground. The iced coffees (iced coffee and iced latte) are delicious and at an excellent price. The service was very good, the servers were very attentive, and the place was clean. I've been to a couple of "modern" coffee shops that charge much more and are much less enjoyable. We'll be back!

At first glance, the place didn't look very inviting; we only ended up there because it was the only place open in the area. However, we ended up having a delicious breakfast. The salsas are very good, the chilaquiles were delicious, and their omelets and eggs looked and tasted great. The service is good, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend their bread, even the bread they serve with the food; it arrives warm at the table. Their almond croissant is delicious, as are their pastries. Their red velvet cake was especially good. The place is spacious, making it a good spot to go with friends or family. Overall, I liked it.

It's one of those places I keep going back to, the only place where I actually like the chilaquiles. However, I always have bad experiences with the coffee; it's always way too strong. This last time, I opted for a latte, thinking it's mostly milk, and even then, I was disappointed. Another issue is the lack of staff; it's a very busy place, and there are too few servers.

It used to be a great place for breakfast. Now the breakfasts are just okay, but they don't have a variety of drinks, only coffee, and the only juices are pink or green. The wait times are sometimes very long. The coffee used to be very good, but now I think they use stronger, more exaggerated brews.

The coffee is delicious, but the customer service is terrible, truly terrible. When you arrive, no one pays attention to you, you have to go and ask if they'll serve you while you're drinking coffee. They also charged us double. Very bad.

I went to the UAEM cafeteria, and when I was about to pay, the cashier was rude, especially when I took out two $500 bills. Her arrogant response was that she didn't have any change and that I should check with my medical colleagues if they could exchange it for me. I don't recommend this place.
