I am giving this place 5 stars because the drive thru staff was terrific. Only ordered a coffee but the staff couldn't be any friendlier.

Went there this morning and got a bagel with cream cheese and a matcha late and it all was made beautifully. Super happy with my visit.

Love the girls and the guys. May be understaffed at times, but always pleasant. Hot coffee always Hot.

Having a dunkin right next to the borders is amazing! The donuts and coffee hit the spot before a long drive. Plenty of tables to dine in as well.

This is a great breakfast and small meal place. The donuts are very fresh with a large variety available. The croissant sandwiches are enjoyable. The staff is friendly and pleasant.

This is by far the best Dunkin' I have ever been to. The food and/or drinks are always great, the staff are exceptional, and it is pretty well maintained. If you don't want to take your food and/or drink(s) on the go, they do offer different indoor seating options. This specific location offers two different claw machines, which I always find enjoyable. The prices aren't bad (they are what you would expect from any other Dunkin' location).

Funny thing happened, I ordered a large. hot chocolate with 3 pumps of Irish cream flavoring and whipped topping, but was given a large. frozen hot chocolate with 3 pumps of Irish cream, I looked surprised and the lady asked isn't this what you asked for, I told her I asked for a lrg. hot chocolate, she was going to redo it but I said I was game I'll give it a try, LOVED it , cool and refreshing and now it will be my spring and summer drink, a mix up that went right❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜

First time I've been to Dunkin donuts since I moved years ago. It was so nice to visit a Dunkin as well as my family. Coffee was great, they really know how to make it. Only thing that was a problem is the drive through. It's terribly inconvenient to have to turn around at the end of the drive through so you can leave the parking lot. Not even enough room to just pull back out. You gotta back up and pull forward just to get out.

Fast service. Haven't had any problems with any of my orders.

Quick and easy to pick up some donuts. Lots of parking.

Food was delicious, very good service and a friendly atmosphere, keep up the great service, my wife and I stop in every time we go past.

Many local shops are unable to make frozen coffee at this time, but the staff have all been very apologetic about the issue and have continued to give customers excellent service.

Food here is what you would expect at Dunkin. Service heavily depends on which or how many staff are working. Some days, they'll only let one car order at a time, serve them, then move on to the next. The food will be burnt, cold, or both. You'll be served by someone that barely makes eye contact. Other days, the line moves quickly. The food is what you'd hope it would be. You're served by friendly staff that greet you. It's our local drive thru of choice though.

Most of the employees are kind and friendly. Most of the time I can get what I want but lately I've not been able to get my frozen coffee. I don't know why. But over all I always enjoy my experience and whatever I order drink or food.

First stop after crossing the border. Nothing fancy. It's a doughnut shop.

The inside is shared with a Nathan's hot dog place and a gas station. There's an odd odor.

I remember them being better. The Dunkin itself is good; clean; good service. But being in Canada with no more Dunkin I thought it would be so much better tasting

Coffee order was not right, this has been the 2nd or 3rd time in a row. Maybe cause it's newer people working. Always something not working there.

This is an extremely busy place. This is the first stop for many travellers from Canada as is it the second exit (2 minutes) from the border and it is attached to a gas station. There are very few (to my knowledge maybe 2) Dunkin Donuts left in Quebec, so this is a very popular spot. Due to the high volume of traffic through this place the workers are always rushed. They have never been outright rude but they are not as friendly/or as patient in the way most upstate New York customer service based businesses are.

Good. I guess a little bit more of TLC would go a long way. They ran out of donuts mid morning. Very convenient location though. Coffee is good as always.

The morning employees did their job, but have a horrible attitude. I was also disappointed that they don't have chicken on the menu.

The service could be better and less irritable employees. It was irritating and still is to go there.

I love this location. However, I think they are a bit understaffed which is not the employees fault but it still negatively affects my experience there. So this is more for higher up in the chain, do better.

Waited 15 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me for friken donuts, employee too busy chatting even went to finish her conversation about wanting to leave her job at dunkin on the side while I just stood there waiting....another employee eventually came to serve me, this young longhair blond girl dosen't seem to care about her job at all very disappointing service....

I like every other dunkin other than this place the people are rude and one time they never out on my top right and coffee spilled all over me causing me to be late to school. Just rude service

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to get a pumpkin spice signature iced latte for free since they screwed up my order before and I got the same worker that made it the last time and it’s a pumpkin spice latte that I wanted not a caramel one but this lady was trained right I guess and puts caramel syrup in the pumpkin latte instead of pumpkin… doesn’t make sense to me but okay. I’m not very pleased on how she makes them and she should be taught to use pumpkin in the pumpkin lattes not caramel.

So I moved to Rouses Point about a year ago and I've been going to this location for about a year and it is the closest Dunkin to me and as a previous Dunkin shift leader this place wasn't that bad in the start but recently for the last few months every time I've gone in my coffee has been good and the donuts are great too but unfortunately the food station food lately has been tasting like straight chemicals and its very hard to enjoy! the morning crew is actually very nice but the night crew could use more training because one of the times i went in i asked for two large strawberry dragon fruits with black tea and the person on front counter charged me for a large strawberry coolatta and a large hot black tea and tried giving it to me and i don't like to be rude or speak up but i had to because I unfortunately don't like either of those drinks and cant just deal with it. I hope things get better! I don't want to travel 30 minutes for Dunkin!

Walked in on a Saturday morning around 12, nobody was waiting in line so I figured I would get my coffee in a flash...wrong. The lady behind the counter was mopping the floor and only after a few minutes asked us if we had been served, we said no and she replied she wasnt allowed to use the register yet and someone was gonna be right over to take our order...wrong again. After a few minutes of waiting and still nobody taking our order, we decided to walk out without our coffee. How sad.

This place is horrible. No customer svc Rude workers and the mgr is a pothead. They had to fire two ngrs so far for sexual harrassment

I went into DD today in Champlain N.Y. at 10:15ish I was there 3 minutes, before anyone said anything to me. 2 Ladies working. Then I got "What can I get you " I placed my order,,,she walked away. Yelled out my coffee ☕when it was finished,,like there was No One in lobby but me...No thank you,,,no have a good day,,,,Wow,,,

Guy was ten feet away standing there outside talking to someone at her car. Said he would be right with me to take my order he was dealing with a customer on the register. The liar kept me waiting after ten minutes I drove away with out ordering.never go there again!

Very slow service, 3 mistakes on our order. Waited long time at drive through plus waites inside to get correct order. They were out of food!

Literally the worst, slowest service. Not only did they take 20 minutes to get an order for 3 people, but they also got it wrong multiple times. This is not a one-time experience either.

We waited for 30 mins and noone in line or in front of us. As we were leaving.. took a sip of the ice coffeeand it was disgusting! Will never go to this location again!!

Just came home from visiting my local Dunkin' Donuts in Plattsburgh Ny. I have to say I will never return to that dunkin again. Ordered 3 drinks through the drive thru not once did the girl in the window say. Welcome, or Thank you nor did she even give me the right change back and didn't apologize being wrong. She was very rude. If you don't like what you do then find another job don't take the dislike of your job or your bad day out on paying customers. We all have bad days put a smile on when someone comes to you window paying. This is not the first time with this girl it happened a few days ago as well but we thought oh well but the second time with the same girl. I'll take my business elsewhere and hopefully my friends will as well.

Took 30 minutes to get our food. We kept asking if they were working on it and they said they were. Watched 10 people get food before us. Asked for a refund and went to mcdonalds. Now we are stuck in NY traffic. Thanks... Thanks for wrecking my trip

Okay I’m sorry but this location is not great. Usually I give them some slack but I paid over $4 for bacon that I could only eat a few pieces of. Not everybody is a fan of the burnt bacon left overs. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a wad of burnt bacon either. Also the coffee is either watered down or way too sweet, and drive through service as far as waiting a long time can be bad depending on the day. On a lighter note, employees are usually very nice, but for a breakfast place where everyone wants a quick bite to eat and a coffee on their way to work, there’s local business that are a lot busier and still produce service faster than this location. Moral of the story, burnt over priced bacon is a common thing for this location.

Food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! One piece of bacon on a sandwich that was cold and untoasted bread on a hot sandwich. Then the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin was completely cold as well and the muffin was raw too! Coffee ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE as well. Never never again!!!!

UPDATE: I think that Dunkin got all new staff! Service has improved 10 fold! I come here often everyday because I live locally and love Dunkin donuts however it's very unfortunate that the service here is terrible and the quality of food here. No care or concern put into the food or into the service. Food is never hot, never what you order, and always some kind of problem.

Afternoon staff always states that my on the go order isn't ready because they are busy and under staffed. I've been to many dd stores and they have higher demand and equal staff as this store and manage well. Always have attitude and the Afternoon manager/supervisor just stands there. Definitely don't recommend.

Easily the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Service moves at a snails pace even when you're the only car in line at the drive through and I've had my order screwed up too many times to count. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Consistently the single slowest Dunkin I've ever been to. Frequently runs out of items that I've never seen another Dunkin run out of. Staff is usually friendly at least. **Update** Today's coffee came with a lovely clump of coffee grounds.
