Traditional Hotel in an excellent location right by the Crest lift. Very well run by the owner Max and his excellent team, nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and plenty of it. There is a boot room with heated dryers so your boots were lovely and warm when you put them on in the mornings. We had a lot of fun playing pool in the games room. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. The room we had (206) was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the piste. It was not a refurbished one but had everything we needed although the decor and bathroom was very dated. The refurbished ones look lovely - we will try and book one of those next time… then you have a perfect hotel!

We had a fantastic week at Hotel Champoluc, booked through Inghams. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the ski-in ski-out location couldn’t be better. We stayed in one of the nearly refurbished rooms, which was great! Much better than expected with a balcony that overlooked the slopes and town. Having tea and coffee available throughout the day in the lounge area was a nice touch, as well as the ski away day to Cervinia - organised by Inghams. Everything was smooth and well-organised—highly recommend for a great ski holiday!

Our second visit on a skiing trip arranged by Inghams. Max and his team are very welcoming, and happy to help in any way. The two big attractions are position, right next to the Crest gondola, and the excellent food. They manage all dietary variations very well. Yes the decor is a bit tired but that's a very small point. On this visit the boot room was massively improved by the addition of new boot warmers. We have met some guests who have been back on multiple occasions. That's the best review overall.

Max and the team were excellent. The hotel room was new refurbished, they were so considerate of our kids intolerance with the food . The new wellness room was so good after a days ski ing. You can also get a massage from the young lady training to be a physio! I would highly recommend this hotel and we will hopefully be returning .

This is a three star hotel but to be honest it is better than many four star hotels I have stayed in over the last few years. The rooms may seem a little dated, and the bathrooms probably need sprucing up... but that is where any (minor) negatives end. You cannot fault this hotel... it is fantastic value for money. My room on the first floor had a shared balcony overlooking the ski slope and gondola. It was never cold in the room and shower pressure/temperature never lets you down. The food is generally excellent; evening meals are varied and very Italian in nature, breakfasts are extensive and very filling for a long day on the slopes. The wine with meals is good (no chalet paint stripper here!!), and the bar is a lovely environment for pre and apres dinner drinks. The service is outstanding; so friendly and accommodating! As alluded to above, the location of this hotel is sensational. The main gondola is literally 20 metres across the piste which is right outside the doors. Within a few metres there is a supermarket and several bars and places to stop for a quick bit of apres-ski! The hotel allows its staff a night off each Wednesday, but this is a great opportunity to sample one of the several lovely local restaurants. If you choose to walk further afield (to the main part of the town 10 minutes down the road) there are multiple other options for a drink or a meal... some very lively late into the night! At the end of a day's skiing the hotel offers its own apres options... there is always a nice cake or hot drink waiting for you in the bar at 4.30pm, and on one day Max offers everyone the chance to join him and his son in the bar for happy hour! For me, however, the hotel's excellent Wellness Centre (seemed extremely new!) was a fantastic bonus, and certainly my favourite destination for an hour before dinner. Extremely well equipped, it needs to be booked in advance and has a maximum of seven occupants, but if you get in quick you will see that it is actually as good as the spa facilities of many five star hotels! All in all, this was a brilliant week of skiing (great area to experience) and I would 100% book this hotel again in the future.

Amazing hotel right next to the final run down into Champoluc; you couldn't get any closer to the ski gondola. Max, his family, and the whole team couldn't be more obliging and helpful. Stayed half board with Inghams and can't fault the value for money, the food, the staff, and the facilities. Wine with dinner was lovely and inclusive of the package. Salad, pasta course, meat course, dessert and cheese available every evening, and hot/cold breakfast each day. Plenty of choice, and all delicious! Yes, the rooms are a little tired but perfectly comfortable, always warm and clean after a day's skiing. The hotel lounge and bar are arranged to encourage conversation, and everyone enjoyed sharing their days ski adventures over ski snacks at 4.30pm. The new wellness spa is exceptionally appointed, clean, modern, and fresh, with groups limited to 7 persons per hour, so never busy or crowded. Play area, games room and pool table available too. Couldn't recommend more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great staff, great food and nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities and a 30 second walk across the piste to the first lift. In my opinion there's no where better to stay in Champoluc.

Booked in March 2023 via Inghams. This is a great mid range hotel ideal for close access to the lift station at Champoluc. The owner, Max, and his team were very welcoming. The food was fantastic, bedrooms very comfortable and a large bar area for drinks after a day in the mountains.

What a wonderful stay! This hotel is special and the simple reason is the staff. Leading from the front is Max the warm, attentive and extremely hard working owner. Nothing is too much. Then there’s the lovely Julia and Francesca who radiate warmth and kindness. The location is right on the home ski run which makes the hotel the best located in Champoluc. Thank you to all the team for making our week so special!
