Its a remote mountain hut so access is not quite the same as a hotel in town but this is more of an advantage as a disadvantage.... if you like this kind of thing. Had a slight issue on arrival as I couldnt reach them on the phone to request collection from the cable car top station... so I walked up (half an hour) I thoroughly enjoied my week (trail running) here, its clean the food is good, the service excellent and the whole package was very good value for money. I will return as soon as I can, hopfully during the winter as I feel this would be an ideal base for some ski touring

We had a break on this place for lunch. It was really terrible. Cold soup of the day waiting 15 min and it tasted like instant soup. The person at the bar do not understand that we want to pay separate. Or he didn’t want! Only coffee was a good choice. I do not recommend this place.

42 euros for 2 tiny bowls of over salted very average ragu pasta, a coke and a beer. Been here before a few years ago and it was lovely. Won't be returning.

I definitely wasn't satisfied with this restaurant. The provided service was chaotic and the staff did not even know what we ordered (they either didn't know what the other guests ordered). We got our food quite late, and I found some of the dishes overpriced. By the way, the price of some dishes were not represented. Overall, with such problems I cannot recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Total chaos and should be closed down. First of I really hope no one had Covid cause the place was so fully packed with tables and people, that there was not even 1 m between the tables. They do not care at all about the pandemic and the regulations they should follow. Secondly they have no idea what you ordered (in case they notice you haven't yet). Half of the menu does not have the price and only when you pay they tell you (50/plate for the finger sized sausage a tiny piece of chicken and a bit of raw beef. The third comes from this, the meats and seafood are outside in the sun and beside the house without covers in 27 Celsius.

We were looking forward to eat here again. Last year, the Raviolo and the Lamb was off the chart. Not in the menu anymore. At least we thought. Once we ordered with a very grumpy guy, we thought the owner, he put the lunch menu down. Guess what, with the Ravioli and the Lamb on it. We asked if we could change our order. This was 1 minute after we ordered!!! The owner said "no, the kitchen is already cooking it". So 45 minutes later we got our burgers. I can give you more examples of how terrible they treated the customers (owner and what probably is his wife) from the 1 hour we were here. But you probably get the picture. Don't go here. Edit in repsonse to owners reply: Sorry, we thought he was the owner because he was acting that way. I feel sorry for you that you have to deal with this staff. And as a side note, we didn't have 2 sandwiches and we were no a couple. I was with my 2 kids (adults) and my son in law. So you are mistaking us with other customers. The young waiter was great by the way. You could tell he also was embarrassed by the way the older man and lady were treating the customers. He was even apologizing to us for the loud music. Anyway, good luck with your (new) business. I will not bother you with more details and examples about the bad service we received.

I rarely give one star, after queuing in the crowded restaurant we order drinks and the barman replied impolitely: no the bar is to busy I can't take your order.we left immediately. In any case the place was too dark, bad smell and overcrowded.. Ski a bit more and u ll find better alternatives
