We had the most wonderful experience. Like pre covid service! Kalea was amazing! Attentive and such a lovely person. We celebrated our anniversary and she was thoughtful and purposeful in making sure we felt appreciated. She took the time to get to our “level” to be heard. The restaurant was lovely and not too loud. The check in desk is in an odd spot and makes it hard to move around and wait for a table. We absolutely loved all the food! Farm to table is our jam. I loved the options and everything was delicious. We booked our next reservation while we were still at the restaurant, cannot wait to go back.
Came here off of Google recommendations for a late birthday dinner and was very impressed. The place is very trendy and clean atmosphere with a wide variety menu. Great service, excellent food and an awesome little dessert shop. Highly recommend coming here with either a date or for a family event. Will definitely come again
Stop here for a drink after dinner. Place is beautiful. Only 1 bartender so he was very busy but seemed efficient. Football on tvs. Omgosh my Favorite part was the Sea Salt Scrub in the bathroom!! Top tier touch!! My hands smelt n felt so good! Will be back!! Definitely ordering the bacon wrapped dates!!
George & Gather was a 1000/10!! Every single item my husband and I ate was perfection! The whipped goat cheese and toasted sourdough appetizer was indescribably delicious!! I also had a mocktail, “The Crimson”, that was very good and the menu lists the benefits of the specific ingredients. The staff is very knowledgeable about each menu item and can tell you where everything is sourced from- which, everything is farm to table and seed oil free, so that is a HUGE benefit!! Our main entrees were the pesto chicken pizza and the “G&G Double Burger” with truffle aioli fries. Wish I took some “after photos” because there was nothing but crumbs left of everything! If you’re in the Chandler area, be sure to check this place out - you won’t be disappointed! But, word to the wise, make reservations a couple of days in advance- especially depending on the day of the week you’re going.
Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time! Our server Dian is amazing she was helpful, friendly and genuine. The food is so good and not boring. The chef has put together a wonderful well thought out menu that makes you want to try everything and the drinks are right there with the menu. Things you would never think of putting together taste magical! Don't hesitate to try you won't regret it one bit.
Nice place with a unique menu and kind staff. We did wish there was more fresh food or vegetables on the menu. The lemon curd blue berry chia pudding was so amazing! Pretty much our whole table got the pork poutine and like it. Also the French toast got a vote.
Unforgettable 60th — 6 stars out of 5! We hosted my wife’s 60th birthday at George and Gather in Chandler and it was phenomenal. The private venue felt like a high-end condo — stylish, comfortable, and perfect for entertaining our 34 closest friends who flew in from across the U.S. The food was outstanding and the specialty cocktails were expertly crafted. Attentive staff, beautiful atmosphere, and seamless service made the night effortless. Truly a 6-star experience — highly recommend for private events and celebrations.
George & Gather is Downtown Chandler’s new home for delicious, seed oil free, full scratch cooking and it truly lives up to the hype. I’m in town from Denver and came in on Saturday for the beet salad which was so fresh and satisfying that I came back again on Wednesday for the harvest bowl. Everything tastes clean and real and I genuinely feel amazing afterward with no bloating. The space is gorgeous with a cozy indoor outdoor feel, great coffee, a full cocktail bar and a grab and go market. It works for brunch, lunch and dinner and I’m already telling all of my family and friends to go. They even have TVs at the bar so your husband can watch the game which is such a bonus. Dian was my waitress on Saturday and she was so kind, attentive and personable. Kevin was my bartender on Wednesday and made the experience even better. This place is locally owned, thoughtfully designed and clearly passionate about quality. I’m so happy Chandler has a place like this and I highly recommend it.
This was an overall great experience in each category. There were 4 in our party. Fun fact, one in our party is a "Fuel Girl" who is a fire performer who performs all over the world (we saw her live in London, amazing), another is an ex-MMA fighter. Nicest people in the world! We had a 7:15pm reservation and just waited a few minutes for our table upon arrival. *Service: our server, Marko, was fantastic, the perfect combination of friendly and genuinely caring. Local guy who knows the area well, attentive without hovering, and always seemed to show up at exactly the right moment. The kind of service that feels like you're being taken care of by a friend who actually enjoys their job. Could not have asked for more. *Food: was really impressive all around. The double patty burger was thick, juicy, and loaded with rich, creamy cheese on a buttered, grilled bun. It had a delicious pickled element that gave every bite a pop. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft and steamy inside. Their ranch dressing for dipping is outstanding. I just wish the portion of fries was bigger. The beet salad was super fresh with huge chunks of beets and crisp lettuce. Simple, clean, cold, and exactly what you want from a beet salad. Extremely satisfying. The Carne pizza was fantastic. We opted for the not spicy sauce, and the cheese was soft, melty, and perfectly creamy. The meats were delicious and well balanced on a thin crust with sweet sauce. "Pizza Bones" (outer edge crust) were soft, chewy, pillowy heaven. The truffle mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and had that smoky aroma that pulls you in wanting another bite. The short ribs were deep, bold, tender, full of flavor and memorable. *Ambiance: there are several entrances, we accidentally came in a back, or maybe side, door and worked our way to the NW front corner to the hostess stand, next to the bar and a great outdoor patio with heater and couches, very comfy looking. Inside is cozy and comfortable, with warm medium brown wood everywhere, but it doesn't feel dark or heavy. It has this soft, inviting lighting (tons of little lights everywhere) that wraps the space like a gentle warm blanket. Comfortable seating, relaxed vibe, and a space that feels thoughtfully put together without trying too hard. *Value: everything including food and drinks are clearly made from quality ingredients, all thoughtfully prepared, paired with great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Portions are satisfying, not too big or small, and the pricing feels fair for everything you get, especially in a restaurant that clearly takes pride in what they serve. *Overall: excellent service, flavorful thoughtful creative food, and a warm, inviting space. This is a place that makes you feel welcome the moment you sit down. We'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.
THE BEST RESTAURANT IN CHANDLER! We just had an amazing experience here for lunch. To start off the staff was so accommodating and friendly. We got some cocktails to start and the bartender took his time and made us some delicious drinks. They have a wide variety of unique cocktails. Going into the food we were blown away by the goat cheese starter. The sandwiches were amazing and everything tasted so fresh. THEN THE BEST PART OF ALL, our server Taryn was just so sweet and patient with all of our questions. She made the entire experience and would come back just for her! We will definitely be back!!
We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s graduation here! They were so flexible when we had to change our reservation time and guest count at the last minute. The vibe is super modern and tucked away in a cool spot in downtown Chandler. Service was good—our waitress was busy but attentive when we needed her. Pro tip: stick with the pizzas and salads! My Carne pizza was amazing, though some other dishes in our group were a bit hit-or-miss. Definitely a solid spot for a special occasion.
This place does NOT miss! Just wanted to say a few words about our wonderful experience at George and Gather for their Christmas Eve dinner. We loved everything we ordered (as usual, I’ve gotten something different each time and it’s all been delicious!) but what really stood out tonight was the amazing service we received from Cole! He was not only very friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu and made some excellent suggestions for us as well throughout the evening. Thank you Cole + the rest of the staff for going above and beyond! We will definitely be back soon.
I know this place had a lot of social media exposure when they first opened. I personally was attracted by their sourdough pizza! They did not disappoint! I went with my two other friends, and we each ordered something different, so I got to try 3 different cocktails, 1 appetizer, and 3 different pizzas! We had a feast haha! Overall, delicious delicious delicious!! The server was so on point with her service throughout the evening. Our water glass was always filled. We were sitting at the communal marble table, which made this meal even more special. The decoration was so gorgeous! I’ll have to come back and request to be seated at the private dining room. Tips: 1-the happy hour is only from 3pm-5pm. 2-make a reservation, or the wait even on a weekday is 2 hours 3-save some time to check out the market attached to it. We ran out of time from chatting too much, so I missed my chance.
The food and lattes here are incredible. Service is outstanding with Cole being our waiter the past few times we were there. He is so kind, helpful and the absolute best server ever. The food looks like artwork with how it’s presented. Wonderful and beautiful place.
Today we went for lunch, and the service and food were excellent; everything tasted fresh and of high quality. After finishing our meal, we paid and decided to go to the dessert counter to get something to take home for dinner. Samantha served us, gave us her best recommendations, and was very friendly. We will definitely be back soon with more family members.
The Hello Culture Gilbert was able to host our monthly Content Creation Day here a few months ago. The management and staff were warm and welcoming as well as accommodated our group size well. We utilized all the spaces to get content and each area was clean & spotless. The food and drinks were phenomenal and even the patio seating in the summer felt great! We absolutely love George & Gather and would recommend to anyone!
What a fantastic find! This restaurant is a game-changer for anyone who values organic, locally sourced food. Every dish we had was packed with flavor, a testament to their commitment to using only the best ingredients and cooking without refined sugar or seed oils. The pizza is a must-try—some of the best I've ever had. And their coffee? Delicious and perfectly crafted. This is my new go-to spot for a meal that feels both healthy and decadent. You won't be disappointed! Plus, the vibe…. So modern and beautiful but not pretentious. My new favorite go to spot for coffee and breakfast, lunch with the girls, date night and brunching.
First time checking out George & Gather and was impressed! The vibe is cool. Definitely has the Great Gatsby feel and aesthetics which I liked. I came here early in the day, before lunch, to have a coffee and work remotely. They have a nice selection of coffee options, including seasonal drinks. I tried the Pumpkin Cold Brew and it was good. They do have a shop inside as well as to go options. The service was great. Rob at the bar is excellent! I would definitely come back here for a meal or at dinner time. Can't atest to the food as I didn't try anything. I also like that it's tucked away from DT Chandler - gives it more of a secluded, private experience. Overall, good spot worth checking out.
George & Gather is a scratch kitchen that clearly puts thought into its ingredients, with a focus on no seed oils and very little refined sugar—something health-conscious diners will appreciate. The atmosphere is nice and modern, creating a clean, stylish setting. That said, the space is somewhat loud and echoey, which made conversation a bit challenging. When we visited on a Sunday afternoon, there was an acoustic guitarist playing, which added a pleasant touch and helped soften the overall vibe. The food was good and thoughtfully prepared, but overall, I didn’t feel the pricing quite matched the level of the dining experience. While I appreciate the concept and ingredient integrity, I left feeling that the value didn’t fully align with the cost. A solid spot with a strong mission, but not one I’d consider a standout for the price point.
The restaurant was warmly decorated in tan and navy blues. It’s not a large space, but that’s part of its charm—it has a cozy, inviting vibe. I visited at lunchtime hoping to try their sourdough pizza, but learned it’s only served after 4 p.m. on weekdays and after 11 a.m. on weekends. A little disappointing, but just an excuse to come back. In the meantime, I ordered the whipped goat cheese and bacon-wrapped dates—both were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. For my main, I had the pulled pork sandwich which I found a bit dry, while my friend had the chicken pesto sandwich and said it was excellent.
