This is far more the worst location I’ve ever encountered. The front staff is rude. The black girl was the worse, but I guess she couldn’t help it being under poor management who was also the rudest. I ordered a sausage pizza with only 15 little balls of sausage. I initially thought it was a cheese pizza. However to my dismay I ate two slices, I was famished. The mgr on duty did offer to remake, but I wasn’t going to chance that being they may do something to the food, so I had requested a full refund instead which I wasn’t provided; oh and did I mention I was still On hold when I entered the store and told them I was still holding and I told the mgr that and his response was, “ I wasn’t going to answer it anyway”. Well with that statement, I guess you can see how the customer is really not a big deal to This location. Not to mention, when I got there it was 1 couple waiting and I customer leaving, so there was no rush at the time of my arrival.

The place is horriblely understaffed, and the app and email systems never reflect the actual wait times for orders and the pizza portal system never works. The staff is amazing dealing with all the upset customers but management seriously needs to solve their IT and infrastructure issues because it should not be a 3 hour wait for pizza. People are waiting for hours after the application and email systems said their food was ready and then still cancelling whenever the pizza isn't ready. People arrive hoping to walk in type in a code grab their order, not wait for 15-30 minutes to even speak to staff to be told their order isn't ready yet if they want to cancel.

The only reason I put a 1 star is because I can’t put zero stars but it’s sad that I have to drive to Woodforest Uvalde location and got my pizza more quicker than y’all’s location Still having to wait for the pizza after ordering it Instead of hot n ready it’s a slow n ready Save yall time ppl and go to the other location And get it together Wallisville little Caesar’s location

We ordered 15 min before arriving and we have been waiting at the place 40 minutes . HIRE MORE PEOPLE ! It’s just 2 people working , and 25 waiting for their orders . There is no point ordering ahead if you have to wait 1h in the place

To be fair the food is good but is it really worth the 30-40 minute wait for 1 pizza? Don’t come here please and use your time in a better way rather than just standing inside the building being lied to about how long your pizza is going to take. This is the second time this long of a wait has happened and I’m never coming back.

Skit

Last time I will be here. Waited 20 minutes for the order to be finished. Walk inside and then it's just put into the oven but wait its going to be an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes because there's no stuffed crazy bread ready. This place takes forever every time, completely understaffed and I am overwhelmed with lack of understanding from the management team. 33 minutes later the pizza has burned and im still waiting. If one is ordering in person it is a 2 hour wait. How is this place still in business?

I cannot make this up, we ordered food an hour ago. We got to this place to pick up our order 30 mins ago, and we still gotta wait. Customers keep coming and order in front of me and got their food the moment of. I’m still waiting for my food and the cashier still have the nerve to tell me “your food is still being made”. Nahh I’m tired of waiting so I asked for a refund, and I still gotta wait another 10-15. 😐 don’t come to this place

It’s not pleasant, the workers look like they will cuss you out when asking for your order or how long, so I just let them get back on their phone and chat amongst themselves. Maybe if they were focused the pizza could get out and there not be a long line.

Last time ordering here. This pizza looks a hot mess. If Lil Caesars is on the menu, we'll order from the location on Woodforest instead.

I went to pick up my pizza to find people inside all waiting to be helped with their orders, many of us asked to please be helped .....the employees where on their phones and completely ignored us.....the WORST customer service ever!!!! Whoever is managing this store, you need new employees.

My order was for pretzel crust. This is the third time that they have given me regular crust this restaurant and who manages it should be banned. It should be reprimanded, but nothing happens. Don’t order from them. They don’t care about their customers. Yes my family ate most of this pizza but we were hungry, but that is not pretzel crust.

I ordered a pretzel pizza and tell me why I got a regular thin pizza with salt sprinkled on top? Why? Looked nothing NOT even close to the picture! False advertising took it back and the second one looked even worst. Come on little ceasars ya have to do better! Hot and ready? Yeah right order ahead folks or you will wait 20-45min for a pizza especially on the weekends.
