I had the vegan crispy eggplant and it’s seriously some of the best I’ve ever had. Unreal. If we weren’t travelers, we would be regulars. 10/10

I truly have been dreaming of Yummy Kitchen ever since I visited Hudson. I was there for one weekend and it was so good I ate it twice. I loved the teriyaki tofu bowl and can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Also the chili crisp they have out is a delicious addition, don’t skip it! 😁

Visited the new location at the Cannonball Factory at 4th and Columbia for the first time. So happy to know they will be no longer be just a warm weather pleasure ! This is from the yummy Kitchen located at the Chatham Berry Farm. Maybe the best food I've ever had out of a food truck. Great size portions at a fair price. If they say you eat with your eyes this is about as good as it gets. Just look at the photos. Make sure to get the fried eggplant. Absolutely delicious!

Their veggie rice bowl was the perfect lunch, and I really appreciate all the fun (and gluten free) condiment options to customize your meal! The spicy pickled garlic and house-made kimchi are sooooo good. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I have had food from Yummy Kitchen in Hudson and also at the berry farm four times. Never disappoints. The name is spot on and the food and service is of the highest quality. Heading back there again the next time I am in town for sure.

I was a little skeptical at first since it’s a food truck but when I passed by there was about 7 people waiting on food so I decided to try the khao soi and it was absolutely delicious!! Portion size was great. If I come back to the area I’d definitely try something else from here 😊

Tan tan ramen- amazing flavor. Chilled peanut noodles - exactly as described and a huge portion. Love it here. Line gets long so get here early.

Had the Banh Mi and Spicy Peanut Noodle. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! Wish I would have ordered a second since my wife ate the other half. That’s because the noodle dish was cold…would have been decent warm otherwise just kind of a muddy flavor. The Thai tea was watered down. They don’t make to order just grab from fridge. Would have been good otherwise. Worth it for Banh Mi!!!!

This food was so good I’ve been thinking about it non stop since the last time I had it. Nothing compares. The chicken is so juicy and seasoned to perfection. The portion sizes are generous. Every meal is equally delicious as each other. I can’t believe it’s a food truck but it’s probably my favorite place in Hudson. And it’s closed on the weekend so it feels like a little local secret. WOW. Ordered takeout from here on New Year’s Eve and it was stellar. Every dish got rave reviews. Tonkatsu, TanTan, and Veggie ramen all delicious. Panang curry with thin crispy tofu was a huge hit. Tuna don, spicy peanut noodles, and miso salad were all fabulous. A no miss dinner all four of us loved. Friendly and helpful service over the phone and in person too. Can’t recommend enough!!

We had the veggie ramen and tofu banh mi (my husband is vegetarian - I am not). Both were delightful. Super flavorful but not overly heavy. The ramen was the perfect amount of chewiness.

Not as impressed as others. Maybe I ate the wrong things. My takeaway salad was dressed, which made for a mushy experience when i got home. The penang curry was much more like a peanut porridge than a curry. Nice people.
