I had a great experience at Sugar Factory, thanks to Clarissa’s amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She really added to the overall vibe and made us feel taken care of. I also loved my drink the Lemonade Smash (without strawberry) was super refreshing, perfectly balanced, and exactly what I needed. Between the great service and delicious drinks, it was definitely an enjoyable experience. I’ll be back for sure!

The restaurant's decor is captivating and beautiful. I love the Christmas theme addition as well. Even if it's dark and gloomy outside, the mood immediately brightens upon entering. I stopped by for a drink after work. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender, Clarissa. She can make a drink! In fact, she made me several different drinks, all top-tier! The drink menu offers a variety to choose from. She was able to help me navigate what she thought would be good based on my preferences. Excellent drinks, great service! 👍🏼

I’ve been here a few times at different locations and each time I enjoyed the food and service. Most recently for a birthday dinner party. Priced well due to the large portions of food and drinks.

My daughter wanted to come here for her 18th Birthday. From the time we entered until we left staff was great. Food was good. This is worth every penny.

My son just graduated from Camden County Technical High School and we needed a place to celebrate. The Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill delivered and we had a fantastic night. It was the start of the summer heat wave so the ice cream milkshakes hit the spot. The food was great! But what made the graduation celebration special was our server Payton. Payton convinced my recent graduate, with autism, to get the sparkler in his milkshake and it was so much fun. Payton brought enthusiasm and exceptional service to our evening. Her smile was brighter than the sparkler and my son had a great night. This place is great for any celebration and I hope you’re lucky enough to get Payton as your server! Thank you for the graduation duck!

This place is beautiful, perfect for having an event or party. Our food was great, I had the fish and chips and it was 4 huge pieces of fish fried to perfection. Service was good, and they have happy hour. We got so full off our food that we didn't get a chance to try dessert but we will definitely be back!

We went out for a girls day. We were greeted with friendly staff. You can make a reservation ahead or take the chance and go in. We had pancakes, macaroni balls, burgers and a stir fry. All were amazing 10/10 food and service. A couple of birthdays were happening during our visit and the crew had a lot of energy. The prices are on the expensive side but it’s all worth it because of the portion sizes and flavor. Skip the CHEESECAKE FACTORY and go to the SUGAR FACTORY instead. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my daughter to this location for her 14th birthday. The atmosphere was great! The food was good but the star experience is with the drinks, particularly the goblets and the shakes and sundaes. The waitress was very gracious and attentive. Definitely a good option for a celebration.

Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill was an absolute joy! My daughter moving up ceremony was the other day and I took her there to celebrate her accomplishment. I think I had more fun then her! The food was delightful, the venue gorgeous but the host was absolutely beautiful in presence and work ethics. Janet is outstanding! She was not only knowledgeable but pleasant and just as perfect as perfect can be! She deserves a raise 👏🏿. Quality service like she provided isn't easy to come by. I'm coming back and hope she is there when I get there. But if not I'm confident all the host are just as great as her! Fabulous experience!!

This was our first time at the cherryhill sugar factory but we have been to the atlantic city one twice before and the cherryhill one was better. Food was delicious, hot and fresh! The decor was halloween themed and it looked amazing. We ordered from the halloween themed menu and everything looked great! It was a fun experience. Our waitress janet was great! She was so nice and attentive. My husband and I use to go to cheesecake factory as our favorite but sugar factory has now replaced them as our new favorite. Will definitely be back!

I stopped by Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill and even though the place was pretty empty when we went, the service was excellent — super friendly and attentive staff who made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. I tried the fish and chips, which were crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The pink sliders were a fun touch — definitely Instagram-worthy and surprisingly tasty! Everything came out fresh and nicely presented. Overall, even without the usual crowd, the vibe was still good, the food hit the spot, and the service really stood out. I’d definitely come back, especially when it’s busier to see the full Sugar Factory experience.

I like the new decorations , very nice touch !!! My server was amazing !! Service was really good . I ordered the Pasta with Chix & shrimp it was very good. The milkshakes are really insane , it looks like the pictures. It wasn’t very busy today which is how I like it. We really got to enjoy our dining experience. Very Pleased with the Food & what stood out was how the food came out smoking hot !!!

Janet was excellent! She made the whole experience amazing. She gave great food and drink recommendations which was a plus. She’s such a vibe and I haven’t experienced service like that in a long time…will definitely be back!!!!

I had such a great experience at the Sugar Factory. Our server (Zadeya C) delivered exceptional service from start to finish — attentive, patient, and so welcoming. The ambiance was everything. The Desserts and overall vibe were on point the entire time. Truly phenomenal service. I’m disappointed in the food. I ordered chicken and waffles and a coconut margarita but instead I got chicken tenders that was really dry. The drinks were very sugary!

My son Aiden and I had an amazing experience at Sugar Factory, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Janet. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of energy that makes you feel instantly comfortable. Janet is truly a people person. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions with patience, and went above and beyond to fully accommodate us. She made sure both of us felt taken care of, and her positive attitude added so much to our visit. Great service can make or break a dining experience, and Janet absolutely made ours. Because of her, our time at Sugar Factory felt special, relaxed, and enjoyable. We will definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Janet! Thank you for such wonderful service! 💕 -Markesha

I love coming here! The food is always is always amazing but more importantly it’s the staff that make it. Janet is one of my favorite people to see when I come to the sugar factory. Her energy is lit, she’s so welcoming and one of the kindest people I’ve met. I love coming here because of people like her that just make the experience so welcoming and so much fun! Yall have a forever customer and it’s because of amazing people like Janet!💕

Finally got a chance to indulge in the establishment. I ordered spicy Thai Noodles and the other party had a burger. Everything was very tasty🤗 This is a kid-friendly place to. Took us a while to decide but once we ordered food came back quickly and hot. Will visit this place again and next time going back for one of their ice cream specials.

The restaurant is very small and seemed to be very popular. We had a reservation and still had to wait. Would highly recommend making a reservation, especially if you plan to go on the weekend. Staff was very taxed due to the amount of people so the lack of presence can be understood. I believe the food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. The appetizer was a bit pricey for the quantity but delicious. The main food and desert were definitely worth the cost.

The margaritas were strong and delicious. The burgers could’ve been better, but I liked the fries. Our server, Lourdes, was wonderful. I’d go back to try other items again. Every 10 minutes, it seemed the staff was singing happy bday to someone, so it must be a popular spot for that.

Upon arrival the aesthetics were great! The grounds were well kept and the restaurant was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and well Stocked! There were a lot of options for non alcohol drinkers and vegetarians. We ordered the Mac and cheese pops. They were well seasoned and very good. We also ordered the spinach dip. The dip was a bit watery and could have benefited from More seasoning. The drinks were good. And most of entrees were well seasoned but the veggie burger had to be sent back. I would definitely come back. Our waiter Jon was amazing. He was kind attentive and made our experience great!

It was a nice festive vibe at the sugar factory, but we had a ridiculous amount of wait time to be seated even with a reserved time (it was a Saturday). It was a bit overpriced, but I wasn't surprised. The decor was beautiful, but I was surprised with the table set up and lack of space. I would go again because the atmosphere was exciting and the desserts I really enjoyed.

First of all, the setup is adorable! If you are a photo/selfie person, you will love this place. The food is also delicious! These are, without a doubt, the best chicken tenders we have ever had. The only downside was the service. It wasn't very busy, but we spent a lot of time looking for our server.

J

Decor is absolutely beautiful! Our server Ann was fantastic. Two of us ordered the double cheeseburger off the lunch menu. I thought the price was great, the taste was good, but neither of us had pickles or crispy onions on the burgers. I'm not even sure if there was sauce on them, if there was it was very little. My cousin said her Oreo milkshake was delicious. Her girls ordered the rainbow sliders, and vanilla & chocolate milkshakes. They were happy with everything. They did notice their shakes weren't topped with chocolate shavings as the menu stated. Overall, we had a really nice time, just a few of our items weren't complete. Loved when the table next to us ordered a couple "gold" items and 24K Magic by Bruno Mars played loudly as they were delivered to the table. Girls loved the photo ops around the restaurant!

Our host was great! My only complaint is the amount of food you get for the price. Definitely could get more food for the cost. Otherwise, the atmosphere is cool and again, our host Deja, provided excellent service to our large party. She was attentive and quick.

This place was really cool and hope to visit again soon. Janet was an awesome waitress. She was warm and welcoming, had great suggestions to start with and very attentive. The atmosphere and the decor during the holidays are amazing. My kids 9 and 5 both had a great time and really enjoyed the shakes I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t already.

We went on a Monday afternoon. We ordered the Brioche rolls as an appetizer. The rolls weren't warm and the cinnamon butter was cold, so it couldn't be spread. I ordered the Flaming Hot Cheetos burger. I liked the taste and it was big burger. The staff was welcoming.

OK, so I came here for my 17 year-old daughter‘s birthday and I must say the atmosphere is nice but the staff in the food is not what people think it is. I believe that is it is overhyped. I feel like the quality of the food is not Worth the price. It was me and Six children so my bill was a little hefty and there was a mandatory tip of $50 which I didn’t expect because they did not say anything about the mandatory tip. They just automatically added it to my bill which I didn’t mind but at least let the customer know that you’re adding a mandatory tip. Second, I feel like the food it’s regular. I ordered a pasta and it was disgusting so I did not eat while we was there, but I did allow my kids to enjoy themselves. They enjoyed their food, but while we was there, they said that they wish we had went to Applebee’s or Chili’s now I know Applebee’s isn’t quite as extravagant but quality food wise I feel like it’s better. And coming out of my daughter‘s mouth she’s the one who said that it is overhyped $40 for a non-alcoholic beverage is ridiculous and $50 for alcoholic beverage. It just blew my mind when I seen the prices. For it to be a kid friendly place there is no kids menu so your little kids would have to order adult portions. I don’t think I would return to this restaurant unless my kids absolutely requested it before my preference. I’ll stick to my regular places. Oh, and one more thing, there was a woman there who not even five minutes after being seated, came to our table, wanting us to take pictures with different poses. She went to develop every picture we took framed them and then asked us to pay $25 per picture if we wanted them which is also ridiculous. What is the point of taking an unnecessary amount of pictures And framing them and then asking us if we want to purchase it !? If we don’t purchase it, what do you do with our images? And again these questions did not come for me. These came from my 16 and 17 year-old children. We took our complementary photo and left it at that. My four year-old daughter had to use the bathroom and there was no tissue and none of the stalls we had to use napkins from our table MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME! It was nice going somewhere new I love the decor. But I don’t think it’s worth coming here multiple times spending ridiculous amount of money for food you can get somewhere else at a cheaper price.

This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. Cherry Hill, NJ location . She goes with her friends during the year but once a year we take her here for her birthday. I am only giving this place a 3 star because the staff and manager are very nice. What little staff they have. Our server Shawn was very nice and attentive but over worked. This poor girl was the hostess, bar tender and server. They only had one other server, the manager and 2 runners. It's not an isolated incident. It's every time and it was a saturday and very busy. The drinks and milkshakes are good. Their horribly overpriced food is garbage and that's an understatement. It's terrible and not worth the pricey bill. Dry and overcooked and over salted. I'm so thankful we only have to go here once a year.

We went for a family friendly Valentine’s Day experience at 3:30pm. There was 3 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 2. It was a little busy but nothing crazy for Valentine’s Day. We waited a few minutes to be seated. We were seated near a phone booth photo op which was a bit annoying to have people keep coming up and taking pictures right next to our table. It took a long time for our waiter to come over. He was very nice and helpful. We were disappointed that there was no kids menu. There are definitely options for kids but serving a 4 year old Mac and cheese in a hot skillet is not ideal. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and when I took her the ladies room was a mess and none of the stalls had toilet paper. Someone had put cocktail napkins in the stalls. I did tell the hostess about it. I ordered an alcoholic beverage, the kids had apple juice, and we ordered an iced tea and a Pepsi. The Pepsi was $6 for a small stemless wine glass full. The soda and the iced tea came out than shortly after the appetizer and kids food came out at the same time. We had to ask for the kids apple juice again. I did not receive my alcoholic beverage until my meal came. Over all the food was ok and the service was friendly but slow (we there for over 2hrs) and for the price I’m not sure it was worth it especially with toddlers. I don’t think we will be returning.

Like others have said, the food is mediocre and overpriced. You’re paying for the “atmosphere.” And that atmosphere is “LOOK HOW COOL WE ARE, CELEBRITIES EAT HERE!!!” They literally have a gigantic wall of tv screens that just loops video of celebrities eating at their various locations. The menu is covered in pictures of celebrities. Yes, the decor is kitschy and cute, but it really wasn’t my vibe. I ordered the sliders with a side of fries and it cost me over $30 with tip. Oh, and the tip is predetermined at either 20%, 22%, or 25%. Now don’t get me wrong, I typically tip well - but to not even have the OPTION to tip less was infuriating. The burgers were overcooked - bordering on burnt - but the toppings were tasty. The fries were actually great. Will I come here again? Definitely not.

First timers. We took our daughter for her birthday. It was decorated awesome! And we loved the spooky menu! We weren't prepared for the prices but did anticipate spending more then normal. They do have a kids menu which is helpful for those with kids under 12. But otherwise you should plan for like $50 bucks a person and that's on the lighter side lol . There are things that are under 20 bucks but if you want the fun shakes and drinks it adds up quick...our family of 4 spent $160 before tip. Do I think it was worth it? Ehh is definitely a fun experience. I would go back but it wouldn't be for dinner and dessert. They do offer shareable things which is cool to. Like sundaes for 2 type thing. But if your looking for the experience it's a fun time. My kid thanked us before we even left, so it was a win regardless!

I planned a lunch here with my niece on NYE since they had holiday decor and their usual crazy desserts. Our server Janet was great- friendly and just the right amount of attentive. The food was just okay- tasted fine but we expected more given the prices. More flavor, more excitement, not more portion. The decor and desserts were great.

I had reservations for Valentine’s Day around 10pm.This is a very nice place and the decorations on Valentine’s Day were beautiful. Our waitress Anna was HORRIBLE! She was rude and had an attitude all night. She was not attentive to our table at all. I asked her for a glass of water and utensils which she never brought out at all. We waited a long time for our food to come out and our appetizers came out the same time our main course came out. The table was over crowded with food. Our food arrived and we still had no utensils. I kindly asked the guy who brought our food out for utensils and he brought them out right away. The couples next to us on the right and left side were also not happy with having Anna as a waitress. I’ve been to the Atlantic City location and it was beautiful with amazing staff. This experience at the cherry location was awful!

My family and i recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and I was definitely not impressed. The restaurant is was too small first off and there's no seating area for when you have to wait for a table. We had reservations at 6:30 but weren't seated until after 7:15 which is absurd. The food was mid and our waitress was terrible, she check on us maybe twice. We spoke to the manager about our waitress's neglect so she gave us one dish for free. They charge a $35 fee for bringing any outside cake or cupcakes if you're celebrating a certain occasion. It's barely any room to walk since the place is so small so it was a hassle getting to our tiny booth. We had a party of five adults and three children. Our bill came Out to $400 which is a bit much but we did order two drinks and a lot of appetizers so I'm not complaining about that. It's just not worth the experience in my opinion. I rather go to the sugar factory in Atlantic City. It's way better. If you're having a huge party, rent the whole restaurant out because there's no room in that restaurant. 2/10 for my experience there. I will not be going back

Service is HORRIBLE. It's a fun atmosphere and the food is decent but don't expect courteous, friendly service. There were only 2 other tables in our section, when I went to track down our server, the employees were sitting down on their phones. SMH.

I recently visited the Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill, and it was a mixed experience. We had a reservation for 7:30 PM but didn’t get seated until 8:47 PM, which was quite frustrating. Once we were seated, I ordered a Mango Lemonade, which was okay, and we tried the mozzarella blocks as an appetizer, which were crispy and tasty. However, for my main course, I had the Chicken Tenders and Waffles, which were very dry and bland, lacking any real flavor. I also noticed that the prices on the website were different from those on the menu at the restaurant, which was surprising. Unfortunately, our server wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu and was not as attentive as I would have hoped, which added to the overall disappointment of the evening. Overall, I felt like it was a waste of money, and I will never go back.

B
Betty Lou McKeich

Waited almost 2 hours even with a reservation. Patrons waiting to be seated packed in very closely with those trying to dine. Several of our plates and utensils were dirty. I will say the wait staff and the hostess doing the seating were doing their best to manage the very large crowd for the small restaurant. Hostess comped us an appetizer due to our long wait. We had an 8:00 reservation and we ate at about 10: 45.

The Local Guide

Food: 2 star turkey club sandwich was lacking flavor you would think a nice place like this would serve real turkey Breast, but that is not the case. The tomato soup was over powered by basil, fries were good, nicely salted. Cajun pasta was packed with flavor but on the greasy side. Ceasars salad was good, dressing was spot on and fresh parmesan. Service: sometimes you just have a weird feeling something is not right. We came using a Groupon for $40. We sat down and were given a code to scan for the menu. We noticed that 20% is going to be added to the end of the bill 17% tip and 3% to Sugar Factory. Guaranteed tip doesn't matter how the service is. We ordered lunch combo Sugar Factory Club sandwich (turkey & cheese) and soup. The other lunch combo was Cajun pasta and a salad. We were the only 2 people in the place and I wasn't expecting to wait as long as we did to get our food. My salad arrived and I finished it before my wife received her soup. Soup is normally made in advance so one would expect that to be the first thing on the table. As I ate my salad I thought it was a nice size for being a combo. Just remember this is our first time here so we just thought since the drinks and desserts were advertised being over the top, the food would be too. The club sandwich was big as well. My pasta had chicken that I didn't ask for. We started to wonder if the waitress gave us the dinner size. I couldn't imagine because it was 11:30 am. We were correct she charged us for each item as dinner. We asked her about it and she said Oh I don't think we have combo meals. I don't know if this is normal or was she trying to increase her tip. We had the bill adjusted and it was a $60 difference.

The food and dessert were ok... The prices tho are outrageous. Like I get this is a posh theme restaurant and all but there is a suspension of belief required to spend the kind of 💰 they are asking for I really expect to be impressed and it's just not. Service was good. $40 for a non alcoholic drink is off-putting and really absurd.

E
Evelina Taranenko

It’s so bad, I ordered a drink and they said there is only one available, and it literally looks like someone threw up in a cup and they just added water to it. And it tastes like they took phistashio paste and added a ton water. And the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty too. Also, why are they blasting the music so loud, is this a night club or a Café?

I visited Sugar Factory on January 1st for my child’s birthday. While the restaurant itself was nicely decorated and the food was decent, the service and management response were completely unacceptable. Our server barely checked on our table, did not refill drinks, and we had to flag down other staff just to get basic service. That alone was frustrating, but what happened after was far worse. After paying our bill, I later discovered that an additional charge had been added to my card without my authorization. My receipt did not reflect this charge, and I did not approve or sign for any additional amount. This is not a misunderstanding — this is an unauthorized charge. When I contacted the restaurant, I had to make multiple calls before finally reaching someone. I was repeatedly told that a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. I eventually spoke with a manager named Janet, who issued a refund for the unauthorized charge, but there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability for how this happened. What makes this worse is that I later saw reviews mentioning automatic or added tips. However, I was specifically told by management that they do not currently use mandatory gratuity, which raises serious concerns about how and why an extra charge was placed on my card in the first place. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing — not just because of the poor service, but because of how management handled (or failed to handle) a very serious billing issue. Customers should never have to chase a restaurant down to correct unauthorized charges, especially when celebrating something as important as a child’s birthday. I gave this location plenty of time to follow up and make things right. Instead, I had to do all the work myself. This is not how a business of this size and reputation should operate. I hope corporate and upper management take this seriously, because this experience has completely changed my view of this location.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CHERRYHILL....AC's is much better! Only plus is the place looks nice but it’s small. The service was terrible if I could give them no stars I definitely would. We sent $520 dollars and did not receive all our food and drinks in a timely manner, which was unacceptable. NOT one manager came over to our table to help or assist with the disfunction. The appetizers and entrees came out to the table at the same time. One appetizer was missing along with two entrees. When it did arrive at the end of service the food was then boxed up to go smh! It was a horrible experience to watch everyone eat around you when we arrived together and sat waiting there for 3 hours. The waiter then proceeded to keep saying 10 mins about 4 times. Happy Birthday was song and still NO food! Also, we had to keep remaining the waitress we did not have our drinks which was ordered first. To top it off when we did not receive the right food the staff began to get upset and did not want to remove items from our bill. The children could hear the staff talking nasty about our table and that we were going to pay because it was cooked. Very unprofessional! They then processed to undo our individual family checks and made us pay as a group which or waitress already had prepared on the tablet, which was petty. ALOT of training needs to be provided at this location as well as hiring experienced management. You really messed up a 7-year old's birthday, and I had family from out-of-town attend. I was very disappointed, and it was cold in the restaurant. NO kids menu only mon- thur and No kids Mock tails. You let Layla struggle that entire night and all that did was make the company as a whole look bad. The lack of customer service and just everything from beginning to end was POOR very unpleasant! By the looks of the reviews new hiring needs to start immediately. Your staff is sinking the place. A lot of attitudes and unfriendliness down to management, bartenders, and host.

Was not welcoming at all. It was empty and we still got ignored. Bar food but with Capital Hill prices. We got up and walked out before we even ordered. It was dead empty, we got ignored when we walked in and waited while 5 employees just a foot away stood ignoring us and taking pictures of food. Then we finally got Sat and explained we were never here before and (I wrote on reservations was for my daughter's 10th birthday and nothing...dead silence and then "well do you need a minute". We said yes, we discussed leaving and she didn't come back over after sometime so we did decide to leave, we did let her know we were leaving and we had to go to her. Then they told Open table that we didn't show for our reservation. Why would anyone drop $35 on a burger and get attitude with it. Not me, no thank you. Now I understand why it was empty on a Friday night.

For a $200 meal, this was an awful experience. No one in site when we arrived. We were seated, then left with no server in sight and no way to ask for anything. My husband ordered a wine, we had to remind the waitress. No bartender at all. Looks like they were very short staffed. I took my grandchildren expecting a special experience, and it was anything but. After lunch, we ordered desserts. When the desserts arrived, the table was still covered in dirty dishes, It was gross. We needed a few things, like sugar for my coffee, a spoon for my grandsons hot chocolate, couldn’t find a server for anywhere for simple things Watching desserts arrive to a table full of old food was unpleasant and completely unacceptable. Don't plan on returning.

I don’t even know what to say. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went today for my daughter’s birthday for the first time. When we walked in, there were only 2–3 other tables there. The woman who greeted us was okay. She sat us down, and I asked for a high chair. She said okay and then never came back. We waited a few minutes, and when we realized she wasn’t coming back, my husband ended up grabbing one himself. Okay… no big deal. Then we sat for about 5–8 minutes before another woman came over and brought water. She said nothing to us and walked away. After another 5–6 minutes, she came back but didn’t say hello, didn’t introduce herself—nothing. She just asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered two lemonades and a soda. The whole vibe was off. No one was friendly. My husband even thought maybe they were closing soon, but we got there at 6 and they don’t close until 10. We ended up leaving because we brought our daughter there to make her birthday special, and she’s always wanted to try this place. That experience definitely wasn’t worth it. I wasn’t going to stay somewhere where everyone seemed to have an attitude and made the whole evening uncomfortable. The waitress was upset when we left because she wanted us to pay for our drinks. We didn’t even touch the drinks before deciding to leave, and I definitely wasn’t going to pay for something we didn’t touch. The service needs to be better. It’s a shame because my daughter was excited, and they completely killed the vibe. Luckily, The Cheesecake Factory is in the same plaza, so we went there instead and had fantastic service and food, with very friendly staff—which is how it’s supposed to be.

Had a reservation for two on Valentine’s Day. Got there exactly at 2pm. Was not seated until 2:30.. kept being told “it’s only going to be a few minutes” sat down all we got was water and was told we couldn’t order right away so then we had to wait another 30 min. Then ordered, they got my gf steak wrong. Service took forever. It was just an awful experience. My gf loved that place and was embarrassed. And said she is never coming back.she was about to cry bc we ordered drinks and all she was saying was “I just want my drink” while trying not to cry(that took about 30 min as well). Pretty sad she didn’t want to get her steak redone bc she was scared it was gonna be another 30 min. Just awful. Ruined Valentine’s Day. UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERBOOKED. We got no flowers on our table and they didn’t even come over once to see if we wanted our picture taken. If it was up to me I would’ve left the first time it took them forever to take our order. But didn’t say anything bc this place was special to her. NEVER AGAIN. Overpriced, overbooked and under staffed NEVER AGAIN
